It's a good place for cheap fast food they do their training here alot so not very experienced employees but they work really hard

Food and service was good. Our server was very friendly. Sadly, it was freezing cold inside the restaurant.

I only do drive-thru at this location and they are always prompt and very professional and polite one of my favorite Wendy's!

Food was good but the staff were having trouble at least when I was there. They forgot a few things about my order and had to go back

Wish it stayed open later. I think its BS that it's always closed b4 6pm & that the drive thru won't serve ppl on bikes!

If you say you're open, be open. Placed an online order and when I got there way before closing, the building was shut down. Went again today and they can't find my order. What kind of establishment are you running? Will never visit Wendy's again.

Want to go lower than one, took my mobile order and charged me but show up and they're closed. Best part is the employee looked at me when I knocked on the door, smiled and then walked off. Came at 930pm, sign and website say closes at 11. Manager didn't even bother to rectify the situation, came out talking on his cell phone. Don't waste time at this location.

The food was good and consistent with the Wendy’s brand. We enjoy the Wendy’s chain and this location was decent. We ordered take out via drive thru and it was a longer than usual wait time. We understand that everywhere is short staffed and taking longer than usual these days.

Service was extremely slow. Staff was disinterested in their job. No one spoke a greeting or even acknowledgement of our presence. Frosty was melted by the time we got it. Management was equally unfriendly, and uninterested in the slow service. Very disappointing.

Best Wendy's I ever had. The food was great and the service was with a smile. I love a Wendy's so much I'm not only a customer. I work there

Very nice you can change things on the board and also add things. Never seen that before in the Mac Donald’s u can only delete things. The add things was great. Only one order had the wrong burger but she still enjoyed it.

Slowest service in town. Have wasted my lunch break waiting in line several times now and had to leave without ordering. Do not go here if you are on any sort of schedule.

Burgers were sloppy and greasy.fries were cold.place was being operated by teenagers this evining and no one responsible on site.waite was long as they were yelling laughing and joking around inside.usually great service but not this night.

Love the staff n fast serves. My children enjoyed it along with my sister n her daughter. Great serves.

Super fast drive through. Burgers were hot and fresh. Fries were yummy as well. Friendly staff. Only miscue was the coffee where the staff member had no idea what a double/double was - took explaining. It came with nothing added. No biggie, we were there for the burgers!

There aren't enough Wendy's in the smaller cities of BC and Alberta, so this one gave us a nice diversion from the usual menu of burgers. The salad was good - typical Wendy's. The air conditioning was perfect. The washrooms were clean. We had our dinner and were refreshed.

Went in for limited chicken thai burgers and the service was slow and not friendly and the food was not as good as pre- covid

The food is always good, love the new strawberry salad. The tables needed some cleaning and the garbage.bins were all full. I mentioned it to the staff and they started getting things cleaned up right away.

Busy location, but a bit disorganized as there was a garbage can overflowing and tables needed to be cleaned. Food took a long time to prepare and was lukewarm when we got our food.

I don't normally review fast food places because you get what you pay for. That's what she told me this Sunday's was nothing like I remember them all the tables were dirty and the staff was very friendly and to top it off I couldn't eat my burger it's just did not taste good. The fries also tasted like they were in very old oil it was pretty gross actually.

Super slow service, it was busy but not crazy busy. They got our order wrong. Food was fine, typical Wendy's stuff.

Just getting a two because the burgers tasted good. Place was filthy. Not one clean table. Garbage on the floor. Waited 10 min in line for a frosty before we left only one in front of us. Left empty handed.

An older gentleman decided he wanted his money back because he waited too long and instead of just doing that he decided to yell at the staff and swear.
The most ignorant example of a human being.
The staff handled it very well.
The manager should be proud of his staff for dealing with that idiot customer so well.

Coming home from Salmon Arm we decided to stop at Wendys for lunch. We both had Spicy Chicken burgers with fries and Sprite to drink. While the burgers and fries were tasty the Sprite was not. Something was off and it tasted like dtinking swamp water and left a funny aftertaste. It could be the mix chosen by Wendys but for me it was not a winner. I would eat there again but would chose snotherdrink.

This Wendy's location usually has quick and good service but its also the only location my burgs are prepared sloppy and you wont get that wendys burger flavor here.tastes like the beef was cooked on a dirty grill.

The food is what you would expect. Same as every other Wendy's. Wish they would take a few seconds and assemble the burger better. Always have to reattach everything before eating eat.

Sloppy Grilled Chicken burger that was dripping juice with hair in it. I looked and only one person in the kitchen was wearing a hair net. Will never eat at the Salmon Arm Wendy's again. Giving them a 1 out of 5 stars is to much.

Drive thru took way too long! Food was not hot and found a hair in one order of fries. Will never return!

Ya know! Wendy's just knows how to do it right. Their food is hot, wholesome and fast.
Real fast food with quality in mind. Tough to find.

Service was fast abd friendly, food nothing special, thinking i will stick with A&W the next time i am looking for fast food

My wife and I dined here at 4: 30 pm on Sunday. When we ordered starters, they could not fill our order. When we ordered entrees they didn't have enough left in the kitchen to fulfill our order. The server was either new or stupid. Orders were late or forgotten. Food was average. Service was TERRIBLE. RESTAURANT was nice.

Really busy Sunday afternoon just after church when two or three churches come down after for a meal.

Wendy's is one of our family go to places, this Wendy's is sub standard. Slower service and cold food

I went thru drive thru for lunch today. My burger tasted off. I threw it out. I typically choose Wendy's over other fast food, but this location has been declining in quality and service recently.

Food and service was good, we came at 11: 50 am and the main door was locked and had to walk through the biggest puddle to get in.

Typical Wendy's restaurant. Clean atmosphere, very friendly staff and good food quality. Have been going there for 15 years and if it wasn't right they made sure it was.

The staff is cordial, the management is always Vigilant to see if any other services are needed.the food is freshly made

I got ignored by the cashier. My chicken strips were cold. The burgers were flattened and extremely tasteless. This location has gone down hill!

Was in about 7pm Sunday March 17th, and the lady at the front counter was rude and would barley talk to me, same with the other quests while I was waiting for my food. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.

Drive thru is horrible 20 mins to get to the drive thru window to be asked to wait by the front door for another 20 mins. Didnt even get what i ordered and food was cold

Absolutely amazing had three Dave singles my son had three Dave singles and fries and a pop and my father had to Dave singles and a baked potato we were very full LOL

Spent $25 on what I thought was gona be delicious. When I got my order the poutine had ice cold cheese Luke warm gravy it was disgusting after the first few bites so I thought the burger would be like they claim savory burgers unfrozen well couldn't be more disappointed bun was dry meat was cold and dry. I am disgusted by the quality control I last bought Wendy's 5 years ago I had a bad experience with same thing burger was cold no flavor my girlfriend tried a bite and spat it out gagging. Wendy's needs more quality control I will NEVER SPEND MY MONEY EVER AGAIN on Wendy's food should get some tips from A&W if they care about the garbage they serve people
