One of the cleanest fast food places I've been to and the staff are super friendly. Great place up stop for a burger while you're running errands.

Appreciate this place stays open late. The frosties are really good

Shame the food sizes went down and prices went up, but nowadays that's normal for all businesses. I recommend for a late snack

2nd time experiencing same issue. The person taking order was not good at all tried to rush without listening n gave me stale chicken when I asked for fresh chicken n fries. Both were cold n tasted like oil. Asked for toasted bun which I repeated 5 times n still have the buns without toasting. Wendy’s used to be good food service plave with drive thru.

Clean, nice staff, food was hot. We were impressed by the drink soda fountain. Such a great selection. I don't drink anything except water or decaf tea. I really appreciated the choice of a strawberry lemonade it was really nice and not too sweet.

My order was badly messed up. I received the wrong chicken sandwich. The one I got was full of hot sauce and jalapeno. Instead of the fries I requested I received a bowl of chili and my order of chicken strips was missing
Also they had no baked potatoes.
Very poor

I mever have a problem at this location. Like ever. Then suddenly tonight that all changed. For $50 to feed a family of four, I expect the food to be right. Packed right, made right. Of course it's always my food and not anyone else in the family. Mine. The one who drives there and waits in the lines. Instead of eating something I didn't want because I am not fighting traffic to go back.

Was so excited to get a caramel apple frosty, drove 25 min and I got a totally melted one. Must have been for another order. Disappointed. Do better!

The manager was rude and try to pretend not to hear us when we asked for our drinks. We're aboriginal and seems like there is a racism problem here. Would not recommend this place what so ever.

The staff is very unprofessional and rude. There is a long queue of more than 10 cars and yet they force the Online delivery orders to come in queue instead of giving it through the side window. Time is only 23.20.

Although the food is same as any other Wendy's. This store seems to be too busy dealing with drive through customers and skip the dishes couriers. Even if there is a huge lineup at storefront they will have only one cashier at storefront.

Underfilled all my food, forgot 3 items, didn't get proper sauce and the girls kept rolling their eyes at us and laughing. Very disgusting! Get new staff

Expect a bad and terrible service when its indians.they are the worst customer service ever.unhygienic and dirty workers, also manager who is indian as well are rude and no knowledge when it comes to customer service.the only good manager i deal with is the old filipina who did apologize and replace our order.the rest are indians who doesnt know how to do their job properly!

Must try their Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, ask for their special sauce (which comes in a black sachet). Try it with watermelon lemonade. Awesome taste

They don’t pay attention to your order and make not one but several mistake on your order. They gotta do better. Quite disappointing

Worst service ever! I used Mobil order 6: 35 for pick up when I got there was not done and I have to waiting for it till 20min later still not done they were just busy on other things. That manager was so rude didn’t care her customer only told me they short people so I deserve waiting for 0ver 30min? ! Until 7: 02 thanks god I finally got my order!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered egg and cheese sandwich today. Once I opened it up the bread had mold on it. I went back and showed them. The girl that was working in the back then started to laugh. I'm not sure what was funny about the modly bread but it was absolutely disgusting. Definitely telling fraser health about this.

I always come here because its right by Guilford mall and for some reason Wendy's baconator seems to suit my stomach alot better when compared to all the other fast food joints, maybe they really do use fresh beef and btw I have a very sensitive digestive system.

If there was an option for 0 star it would be more suitable. From the instant we gave our order over drive thru to picking it up was a nightmare! The lady on the intercom was impatient and rude, she cut off our order and told us to drive thru to the window to complete it. We noticed the staff rushing inside however we were the only vehicle in the drive thru. I had yet to complete my order which was a small frosty. The lady barely even looked at me and gave the order to the passenger at the back instead of myself. The lady then closed the window on us without completing our order so we waited, mind you this was the manager being rude! An employee came by the window and we tried to ask her for our drink and she closed the window on our face abruptly again! We were in shock how rude they were! You wouldn’t think we were in a westernized country where you had rights. We were treated like 2 nd class citizens. Finally manager came to the window to give my niece the drink, it was a small and she had ordered a large not a small. She said no when we asked her to correct it bc order was wrong and she was angry, she scolded us and said she already made a small and that’s it. I told her my niece ordered a large and she should get what she ordered as she is a paying customer. She then told off my teenage niece, I immediately told her not to disrespect my niece because she’s a child. Why did she have to yell at my niece bc she ordered a large coke and wanted it but this lady mistakenly gave a small drink n wanted my niece to take it bc she already made it and didn’t have time to go get the correct one she had ordered. Are you kidding me? How hard is it to press the button and change the cup size? She s not making a meal just pouring drink! She was furious and closed the window without any apologies or acknowledgement. You could see her attitude through the window. She finally gave us the correct drink and literally threw it at my niece. This was the manager setting a terrible example for her staff and the Wendy s franchise. Terrible location, extremely rude staff! Zero customer service and utterly disrespectful and to top it off maltreatment of children. Wow! I never knew this still happens. Never go to this location! I should have read the previous reviews but now I know they’re 100% correct about the tragic non existence of respect and customer service.

The food was great, but a whole team of staff members does not make one brain.

If you are hungry and there is no other better option then it is an alright to satisfy hunger pangs. It is fast food so by default dont expect exquisite taste.

Went for coffee there after dinner at another restaurant nearby.
This is another establishment that has succumbed to the virus of doordash, Uber eats and every other food delivery companies orders are more important that helping a customer place their order standing right in front of them.
No apology for the wait or Wendy's style greeting. Just a flat out "what would you like? "
Ordered my coffee then proceeded to watch them. They apparently needed to make fresh coffee because they removed the pot and place a new filter and coffee grounds in the basket. Then placed a coffee cup under to fill, added the requested condiments and put the pot back under. I must say.you need to make the full pot because your coffee is bitter afk!

Special order correct but others lukewarm and little taste. Strawberry lemonade was good. Used discount coupons.

Rip of of 4$ for lemonade.is more water than anything. And an insane amount of ice as well.
If I wanted to taste 1 lemon I could of done it myself. Totally ripped off other Wendy's don't want it down that badly

No ketchup.no chille. Um did five dollars.where was the chili.salt.pepper.ketchup.napkins? Wow cheap

The fries were not crispy.the spicy chicken burger was not as moist and crispy.as guildford wendy's.the inside was clean.and staff fairly friendly and helpful.

I use their drive thru, they can never hear and I have to yell to be heard, this time I had to place my order at the window.

Always place my orders online and pick up in store. Employees ignored me for a good 15-20mins while they tended to drive thru and skip the dishes drivers. Took another 5+ mins to get my food

While the location is wonderful, the staff us really overworked and it remains very busy and swamped.

I asked for no tomatoes in my burgers, opened it up and there was tomatoes.
Also asked for no ice in my drinks and guess what there was ice.worst wendy's ever.only good thing food was hot

This Wendy's should start hiring people who are non Indo-Canadian. My niece came in to apply here and there was no chance whatsoever of her ever being hired. I'll never support this establishment again.

Drive Thru took over 25 minutes.definitely wouldn't consider calling this a Fast-Food Drive-Thru the service was horrible, very impolite employees.

Service is great. Couldn't ask for more as far as fast food goes this Wendy's location is the tops!

Had my first ever Wendy's. How has Europe missed out on this? Best fast food burger chain there is.

They are fast at taking and filling orders but it is just another fast food outlet with underpaid and understaffed employees. The food was hot, service was efficient.

Really slow service how are skip the dishes drivers supposed to make money if it takes 20 minutes to make a burger stop wasting our time

Wendy's is one of our family's favorite. However this branch has more room for improvement. Its very difficult to order via drive thru. Their drive thru equipment is outdated. However ordering inside is also not great. You'll need to repeat yourself quite a few times before they capture your order correctly. I hope to see improvements soon.

Convenient fast food with good quality. You can order online or by phone to pick. Fresh produce, meat, fish and chips with good price.

They conveniently forget items and sauces every visit, still charge you for it as well. The manager is a cheapskate who makes sure you never get 100% of your order.

Since when did someone need to speak with 3 people to order a baked potato? ! But that's besides the fact. After receiving my order I was quicky shooed away, "that's everything" she said. I quickly inquired about my second drink, which happened to be the first item ordered. I was ordering off a list for my girlfriend at home. Anyway, she was adamant I hadn't ordered one. So I quickly purchased one assuming it was my fault. Asked for a receipt and sped off out of respect for the line up building behind me. Needless to say, I ordered it twice, paid for it twice, but received it once.

Food was cold hardly any gravy on my poutine.the Korean BBQ burger was thrown together with half a piece of lettuce and nothing like what is advertised as the new great thing less than satisfactory for over 30 dollars what a joke

I used to frequent this location years ago, but after a few consistent errors, I decided to quit frequency all Wendy's locations. Don't get me wrong, this was the best of all locations, but with all Wendy's always in error on every order, I quit going. I stopped at this location recently as two of my co-workers were looking for a choice, and I told them this location was always great for being open later. Some locations are only open until 10 or 11pm.

The sad thing is, I asked for extra and extra mayonnaise, and told my co-workers why. When we arrived at our work location, I found barley a swipe of mayo. My point was made.

The manager on duty was rude and basically stated to my gf that she was lying denied that she even filled my order until I showed my face also my order was wrong and she refused to correct it. I ALSO reopened a wound coming in on the door and had to ask 4 times for a napkin until the customer and my gf said he's bleeding

Safety and social distancing is understandable. But Wendy isn't bigger than A&W or MacDonalds. Their take out practice only by drive thru for food that is sub class is a poor initiative.

Beaides wait times coupled with a rude and unresponsive staff is the highlight of this restaurant

I've always recieved poor service at this specific Wendy's location. It's a shame because Wendy's makes great quality fast food.

So disappointed with my oorder, went through the drive thru, ordered a kids meal, junior bacon cheese burger and a large taco salad for $20. Came home and I basically paid 10 for a small pack of greens with a sprinkle of tomatoes and dash of cheese with chilli. What ever happen to the taco sald. Never again will I order the salad

Wendy's has good burgers. Most locations have terrible fries but some how this location is always on their game with the fries. They must be the only one that goes the full cook time.

Went through the drive-through only to be extremely disappointed.

I ordered 6 JBCs and one double JBC for myself and my family to eat and instead of getting our complete order, I arrived home to realize that I just received 7 JBCs. The drive was far from the branch and it's insensible to do more than count the burgers I had received while driving.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and will probably never come back to this branch again.

They start making fun of us and speaking in a different Language language in the drive thru like why?

This place is just worse mcdonalds.dont know why anyone goes here; for the square patty? I cut the top of my mouth from it.

I generally like Wendy's because they have good prices and the food is good, I like going to Wendy's for the poutine.

If this review was based on food alone I would give more stars. However, when going through the drive through, it is rare for me to receive the correct order. Most recently, my husband and I ordered 3 burgers, 2 Dave’s Singles w/cheese, and one Bacon and cheeseburger w/no tomato and no mayo. Now the Dave’s single was on special for $3, the bacon one costs us around $6.50 or so. Well we basically got 3 Dave’s singles with cheese, but paid double for one of them as no bacon was on the burger. This has happened more times than I can count, to the point we rarely visit this location anymore or Wendy’s in general.

My only complaint was that the fries were Luke warm and not fresh. Other than that, the service was friendly and efficient.

After placing our order, which was quite a big order. The workers put out 3 trays on the counter and started putting our food on them. In the meantime they are letting people order and hanging overtop of our food, handing cash and reaching across our trays. Gross! Then when our order was finally ready it was cold.it looked like the burgers had been around for hours! My son's baconator had bacon that was rock hard. Tables were filthy, I had to wipe down our on table. Horrible experience.oh and apparently Skip the dishes orders take priority as the employee allowed the driver to go ahead of me to get his order first. Not Impressed! I'd give a zero rating if It would let me.

Worst service ever they never give sauces even when i ask and when i do remind them that they forgot after receiving my order they huff and puff rudely then give it to me such bad vibes.

Customer service was good, but the food seemed to be served with extra salt and pepper, and there were only 3-4 cheese curds in their poutine, and most of the fries were not even touched by the gravy. And their ranch sauce tasted now like Starbucks' cream.

Full marks for overall cleanliness

Used skip the dishes for this restaurant, and was highly dissapointed everything we requested was not fulfilled the request were read because they did the one thing we asked but lacked horribly in everything else.it was written twice so that it wouldn't be missed and still was.

High volume restaurant, the quality suffers, poorly packaged, didn't taste great either, go spend a little more and get better food at the establishments in the surrounding area.

The restaurant is clean the staff are friendly kind and quick the food is good and well made
The rest rooms could be kept stocked better though

Wendy's seems to try just a bit more to give us fast food that is juicy, fresh, and tasty. Hard to beat chicken sandwiches (#7 my favourite), and burgers to satisfy all tastes and appetites. The marketplace is full of dry, tasteless fast food so kudos to Wendy's for fresh beef and real chicken breasts in their lineup.

Waited 25 minutes for my food while everyone else who came after got served theirs first and they left within minutes. Ive gotten salads from this place without dressing many times. Crappiest wendy's ever

Went through the drive thru and ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and water for my Nephew. I forgot his chicken nuggets and he was disappointed, so I said if you’re finished your meal and you’re still hungry I’ll go get them for you! Lucky for me he was full. I ordered the double cheeseburger meal for mum and I and we could hardly finish it! Everything was so delicious and fresh and I will never forget his chicken nuggets again! It’s his favourite food

Drive thru is terrible. I think it's the speaker. Whe we order the cashier punches I totally different items.
