Poorly marked entrance in this difficult location. Other than that everything was great. Just be cautious, especially at night if arriving by car.

Today i went to the Wendy’s at this location. The girl name (Aman) she was super nice to me. I’m so happy with the customer service here and the food is great as well.

I was picking up doordash and Old man manager Made me wait 15 mins when food was ready the whole time and ignored me the whole time until I pressed him.

If I could give a zero star,

I would. The drive-Thur is tight for a pick up. I have to order it and book 3 times at the window. She couldn’t comprehend what I was ordering when I got my food it was the wrong breakfas sandwich and the season breakfast potatoes was iced cold. I was too far away to go back Dave Thompson is rolling in his grave about the service l, approach of the drive-thur and the quality of food.

Slowest wort trained employees I've ever seen, has been consistently this bad for the last few years

Unorganized, slow and doesn't follow directions on food preparation when asking for no condiments on a burger

I didn't stay to eat. I did the quick takeout. Had a great bowl of chili and cheese. Less than $4 I really enjoyed it. I usually have the spicy chicken burger. Those are great.

Wendy is garbage these days lol the lettuce is 2”x2” squares, the drink is as small as a juice box, the burgers are garbage, everything is way smaller, and the owner and staff cheap out on the ingredients complete rip off

Constantly overstaffed, yet every time my order is extremely delayed! Won't be coming here again

The food is good it's a good idea to check your order before you drive away they sometimes get your order wrong other then that the person working in the drive through are usually pleasant

Ordered through door dash 2 days ago had the worst food poisoning. Was in the hospital would not recommend ordering anything from here. Don’t even wanna give one star should be 0

Nine times out of ten, there is a mistake with our order at this location, and the quality of food is definitely on the lower end compared to other locations.

The place is a disaster with a manager who doesn't know what a fast food restaurant is.

Having a Frosty while waiting for a friend on a snowy day. Food and Service are fairly well for a chain fast food restaurant. Parking lot outside, drive through available.

It's a chill place. I like the food, the quality is better among other fast food restaurants imo.

Server was not the least bit friendly and got my order very wrong. Breakfast potatoes were amazing though! Its probably just the one staff member that's a d*ck so I won't hold it against them.

Wish staff can speak in English internally, gives a very weird vibe when they are communicating inside in their own language and giggling and laughing, makes customer experience very poor.

Food is good, not great. Had the double bacon cheeseburger, bacon actor, fries and loaded baked potato with a chocolate frosty. Its been a while since we tried Wendy's so wanted to see how it compared to the other fast food mainstays (I.e. Macdonalds, Burger King and A&W). The burgers were decent, but don't have much of a flavor, either beefiness or char from cooking. Fries are good, baked potato was probably the best executed. Frosty is more cloyingly sweet than I recall. Will likely make other choices for a fast food burger.

I’ve never written a review before but this location was so awful that I had to. Took 15 minutes with no line for me to even place my order, I kept asking if I could order and I kept getting rude responses back. Took 20 minutes after I ordered to get my food, which was cold and soggy. And just to add to it, my small frosty was the same size as the large frosty that the person before me got, the staff seemed too lazy to care about what he ordered and just brushed him off when he said that he asked for a large and was given a small.

Got a junior bacon cheeseburger and a junior deluxe burger.around $5.00 all up. Great deal and the burgers were very good.

Took 20 minutes to make a jbc when there were only 2 people ahead of me in line when I walked in. Still got the order wrong. Wasted my entire lunch break on that and didn't have time to eat. Thanks wendys.

I ordered a combo burger today. I was really surprised how their burger and fries are so good and tasty. It’s much better than McDonald’s burgers. I loved it. Thanks to Wendys for a tasty, yummy and excellent size and value for your meals.

Told myself to go to BK, should have listened!
Very disappointed. My burger had no onion, no tomato, no dressing. My wife's chicken burger equally sad. No drinks, the machine was broken. Just lettuce.even that was 'meh'. No ketchup for our take-out order. Never again. Her baked potato didn't have the sour cream as promised!

Wendy's provided me with an impressive dining experience. The food had good taste and great texture - the burger patties were good quality and nicely cooked and the fries were very crisp. Everything was clean, and it was relaxing. I'll recommend it to others - my only regret is that I live far away.

Came here on my lunch break and spent the entire 30 min break waiting for service. Ridiculously slow and incompetent workers here. Save your time n money, McDonald's is 5 mins away

Super slow ordered 2 burgers and it took 15 minutes and food was cold don’t recommend to anyone

Worst wendys I have ever went to. The lady at the drive thru was so rude. I’ll be going wendys again for sure because I love Wendy’s food but really hope I won’t see that lady in drive thru.

Is the best hamburguers fast food in Vancouver! The quality of the food is good and also the flavor. Price is good! And the staff is super fast

I gave it one less star because the service is not the fastest. Don't go if your in a rush to get somewhere. If you have some time to kill its good.

I find food quality/taste is the same at almost all Wendy's and the only differences I notice are generally in the service, etc. This Wendy's location seems to be a little slower to have food ready than most, which is why I never go through the drive through if there are already 2 or 3 cars in line. It is faster to go inside.
Invariably, there are often mistakes in the drive through here. Most often they miss an item I order and I have to add it at the window when I'm paying. Don't forget to check for salad dressings in your order as I've driven away missing that twice this year and had to go inside. This is another reason I prefer to go inside to order because I can correct it on the spot.
Don't get me wrong.the staff is very friendly, but appear frustrated when I point out something missing (such as salad dressing). I always try to do it in a nice way, so it's likely they are just overworked or understaffed.
Please be kind to service staff everywhere. Everyone makes mistakes especially when in a rush/under pressure.

I asked twice for no cheese on my burger because I have a dairy allergy and when I got home there was cheese on the burger. I didn't get a receipt or I would have gone back. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. It wasn't during peak hours or anything. The service is pleasant but not good.

This place is the worst Wendy's in my life. Their store crew doesn't know even how to use the coupon which is provided by their Apps. And their attitude is horrible.

Burger was tasty but no as seen in ad … just because it was not hot and not taste fresh… like the baked potato with soure cream

The food is very good. Especially their fries use real potatoes, which are very crunchy and delicious. Their spicy chicken sandwiches are also delicious too.

I just ordered 2x burger combo with 2x large fries and this is what I get (5pcs of fries).
So never again.

Good as usual, the drive thru lane is pretty tight so drive carefully. They were out of Coke. Coke!

I have been coming here for some time but since 2021 the quality has dropped. I never complain but today my burger buns were moldy. Some time back, I got a salad and the container was missing a lid so I received it wrapped in cling wrap.

Love Wendys so much! By far has to be my favourite burger place. It just sucks that there is no closer ones to where I live. Its just not convient. But if it was Id totally say its better than Mcdonalds.

What is this? Supposed to be a large fries? Not cool that staff thinks it’s ok to serve this. Also modified orders are always wrong.

Good Wendy's if you're on foot, or going drive through, be warned drive through is tight ie.not for big trucks. Not alot of parking and it shares that space with a number of other businesses.

Seldom do I write a negative review but when you see the glossy Baconator burger and order two as you are hungry and then find that the burger does not resemble that glossy picture at all, it needs correcting. The burger was dry? The bacon was there and a tiny slice of tomato, no sauce, a single leaf of lettuce that showed a bit of color but no crispness and surely it must have been a one off? Nope both burgers the same. Will i be back to Wendy's, nope.

This place used to be good but the past few times I have come here the food was burnt just like everyone else was saying, and the people serving have a horrible attitude. Shame as this was a really good place to eat before.

OMG! This place is BRUTAL! Food overcooked and fries cold and dried out. Girl at the counter literally threw my bag of food on the table and walked away! I DON'T CARE how busy you are, lose the attitude and treat customers with respect. With covid they say "support your local establishments" well this one doesn't deserve the time of day!

It can’t be compared to Wendy’s in US. One burger hasn’t any vegetables, fries without ketchup for pickup. Order from app needs to upload twice and store manager asked me to park and wait 10min to finally find my drive-thru order! Oh my goodness!

Wendy's in North Vancouver. Plentiful parking around the back. Has a drivethrough. Limited seating indoors right now. Quick service, decent food quality. Service is ok.

My whole experience here was great! Oh, by the way, I love Wendy's! I always get a half salad, a small chilli and a grilled chicken sandwich and always leave refreshed. Their healthy options are amazing and you don't really feel like you're sacrificing anything trying to eat healthier. That is why I love Wendy's and the options they provide on their menu!

The JBC's are still delicious as they've ever been. The loss of one star is purely for the issue of gravy. I can't just ask for gravy any more without being met with confusion and even a little suspicion that I'm messing with them.

You want gravy, you have to ask for poutine sauce. I refuse to eat poutines entirely out of spite at this point, for corrupting something so pure and, dare I say, sacred and reducing it to the lowly category of a mere sauce like ketchup. But yeah the burgers are great.

I'd never eaten at a wendy's before, was so surprised at how good the quality actually tasted (I had the spicy chicken sandwich) Definitely will be coming back.

Try the spicy chicken and spicy fries, it's great! This Wendy's is operated well, and never disappoints. Keep up the good work!
I recommend this location.
With that said, the property management in charge of the parking lot sucks. They left a pot hole so big, that it damaged cars and trucks for weeks before it was repaired! This has nothing to do with Wendy's, but Wendy's management should take it up with their landlord, since it's their customers being impacted. If you go to this location, just be careful of the potholes! Biggest one I've hit to date, and probably threw off my alignment, if not cracked my rim.
Highly recommended otherwise!

Good service fast and efficient Clean Food nice and hot Parking a bit of a pain but all in all a great Wendys

Best Wendy's I've been to. Burgers are cooked to perfection and the special drink dispenser provides 18 different options. My go to place when craving Wendy's.

Good service but drive through is hard to access and very narrow for my pickup truck. Exit is also a blind corner.

I usually drive through, but came in this time. They had the baconator for $5 in a limited time promotion. Overall, this fast food chain really does make a tastier burger than other chains. I'm a pickle fan, but not a fan of Wendys pickles. Not sure if anyone else feels the same way.

WheThe deal they have with the baconator is good but my fries were definitely not as fresh as I would have liked also recently there was what felt like a 2 week period where the drive-through was cash only

The staff here aren't the friendliest and the wait time is often surprisingly long, but the food arrives warm and fresh every time.

Food is usually good, with the exception of my most recent visit. Ordered the bacon deluxe and meat smelled funny. The Avocado salad was good though. Not a fan of their Dave's Soda brand. Fast Service.washrooms were not cleaned and lacked soap and towels.

I ordered on Skip the dishes and my food was cold. The chicken strips were practically dehydrated. I got no hot sauce with two orders of chili. Overall disappointed. I will not order from there again.

Same great taste I have come to expect at Wendy's. I only eat their Chicken burgers though. I don't eat burgers that aren't char- broiled

Normally I choose Wendy's for fast food, however this place had some difficulty with my order. I asked for no sauce but got it anyway. They didn't get my son's order right either. I don't think the cashier knew or understood what I wanted though I was clear.

No Toilet Paper, No paper towel, No soap in the washroom. Told them about it but they didn't care. (Do employees ever wash their hands? Yawk.)

Coke wasn't available since they didn't refill it in the machine. Told them but they didn't care.

There was no ketchup too. But they didn't care.

I'm never going back to this restaurant.

And please people. DONT EVER COME HERE!

Great service.how ever would have gave it a 5star except the drive through is a bit of a nightmare to get to onlyto find out it has a low overhead height warning!

The orders are always delivered accurately and in good time. The JBCs are really good. My favorite. Flimsy drink trays keep them out of 5 star territory: (

First Wendy’s I have had cold chicken strips. Order taker was clueless and repeated answered questions several times. Rude service and no receipt in the bag. I guess that makes it harder to do the corporate survey. They must have been getting too many negative reviews. Seems to be a downward trend with the chain.
