I always go through the drive-thru. My main staple here is the Apple pecan salad! Always fresh and so darn good!
It's my favorite, of all times!

I've come to this Wendy's many times and the food is always on point. I recently tried their French toast sticks and they were very good I would recommend them.

Prices have doubled in just a few years, a burger alone is now almost $10. The 1.99 menu is now 3.50. On top of the prices being higher the sizes have become smaller. The medium frosty looks like a small. The large chili looks like a small. The chili didn't come with crackers. There were zero napkins in the bag, and they had no dispensers in the store either. So so cheap and dirty, but glad the ceos are making millions in bonuses each year, don't want them starving.

Hadn't been to Wendys in forever.
Food was decent. Used a coupon and was able to upgrade (which some places won't). Fancy drink machine had LOADS of drink choices which was really nice.
The also have nice salad options.

Love the French toast sticks and breakfast sandwhiches and great service. Food is always fresh and hot.

Store cleanliness: 1/10

As we walked in the dining area floor was dirty, tables were seen messy with crumbs, I had not been helped right away. I was waiting with my friend for approximately three minutes.

Food wise: 4.5/10

Breakfast wrap were up to par. Freshly made with great lasting taste. However, our two orders of french toast lacked freshness. Two bites into our wraps the french toast sticks got cold. In the future I hope they will serve all items on the orders fresh rather than leaving some items cold.

Reason being we understand it has only been two hours since opening and there were not a lot of people working to attend all the positions of the store.

Tip: ask for fresh fries on drive thru. You will get nice steamy crispy fries!

Best fries for fast food chain in my opinion.

Almost every time i come through here, something about my order is made wrong.they seem more focused on speed than accuracy or making people feel welcome.

Food was disappointing has gotten progressively worse over the years. Used to be my favorite fast food place very disappointed.

They forgot things even after being asked if it was in the bag.
Had to go all the way back thru drive thru and get items not in bag. This was the second time.

This location keeps forgetting items from my order. Always have to double check to make sure they put everything in the bag. Several Times I was in a rush, I didn’t double check, and I have burgers missing.

I went in about 11: 30pm. It was very busy and my order was messed up. So one of the employees helped remake my order and Lauren the manager was such a sweet guy, he was really overwhelmed and tried his best to hold everything down. He apologized multiple times (even though it wasn’t a big deal to me) but I just want to say he deserves some recognition.

Went to drive-thru.no one says hello or anything. 5 minutes later i go ummm are you even open? To which the guy finally talks and says ill be with you when I can.cool. So I wait. Another 10 minutes. At this point there is 4 cars behind me getting mad, so I said screw it and just drove away. This place suuuucks.

Drive thur seem to have the better service. In dining. I will never do again.
The lady in the blue manager shirt was trying her best to correct the endless mistakes her employee had done. She would of been better off firing the young lady on the spot.
So very rude and disrespectful. She was not at all listening to what we were ordering and had the nerve to get mad at us, four customers trying to get her to correct the orders.
She stormed of as we were trying to explain to her what was wrong. She kept tell us we didn't order any of it.
It was unreal.taco salad with no taco, meals with no fries or drinks.but we paid for it. No bacan for the baked potato, just a pinch of chives but I had to ask for the sour cream. It was so frustrating we took what we had and sat down.
Then some man came around and was coughing at people while eating in the restaurant. Not a customer.he was walking and stopping between the tables. So we all got VERY sick two days later with the flu. NEVER EATEN IN EVER AGAIN!

Got a JBC with only 3/4 of a top bun. I've heard of lettuce shortages, but not bun shortages.

Normally slow. Food is okay but if you're a delivery driver prepare to wait for 20mins+ and or be talked to rudely when asking for order number

I have been going to Wendy's for years, those big burgers just hit the spot. Lately the fries have gotten so good but the best breakfast sandwich lately has been the Breakfast Baconator.love this sandwich, oh yeah and the coffee was great as a double double as well.

A very good place to hangout. The food was great, sandwiches and meat are fresh and well maintained by quality.friendly staff and pocket friendly offers round the time. I almost visit this place every day and time in a week. Never got bored of visiting again.

My order has been wrong 3 times in a row.
It tastes great and the staff are very friendly.
Just very prone to making mistakes

The managers there don't seem too nice to the employee who worked tonight at the front counter. They were out of lettuce apparently, but got lettuce on the JBC's my friend bought? Shortly after I ate my food, I started to feel really nauseous. I don't know what it was, but it's making me feel really sick. I usually go to the Wendys in Mission, but it seems the bad Wendy's business reaches even out to maple ridge.

We went through the drive through. The salads were really good. Should have checked my bags before we left as we didn't get the fries that we'd ordered. It was too far to go back and complete in person.

They must have switched up their supplier for the chicken fillets because the new ones are disgusting. Rubbery and cold in the middle couldn’t even finish it. Don’t eat here goto Mary browns or Popeyes if you want a tasty chicken sandwich.

When I got to the window the 2 girls that helped me did not say 1 word to me. Didn't tell me my total. Literally not 1 word. So that's cool.

Literally got a jbc with no beef patty and on delivery too so I paid delivery fees for a bun and cheese and couldn’t even get it replaced such a waste of money

Could be slow! It might be the only fast food chain has a fresh salad. Frosty is something you don't want to miss.

M working for the skip. Whenever I got order from wendy’s it’s always late. We still wait. Today, I reached on order pickup time and the girl said 10-15 minutes wait. As it’s already been 10 minutes. The lady at the front said that if waiting is bother you then don’t pick our orders. I mean seriously. If employees are not capable to make the orders on time and that much frustrated then store should stop taking skip orders. I use to work at fast food from so long and as much I know you can’t be rude and this girl is on next level. Need to teach them some custom service skills. Not right place to work if you can’t handle it.

I very been here almost 5 minutes (and counting).
The staff are completely ignoring the line up of 6 people. Some people walked out.
The service is abysmal. This was on a Sunday at 5: 00 pm. They had 3 or more people working the drive thru and occasionally a manager would deal with the counter service. I was 4 back for almost 15 minutes.
When they had other managers employed here the service, even when they were busy, was by far superior. This occurred on May 9th, 2022.

My favorite fast food restaurant. They have food that is healthy compared to other places that are fast food.

Floors were dirty, garbage containers were overflowing, tables not wiped off. The whole time I was there I never saw anybody doing any type of cleaning. Just gross. Won't be back.

Great restaurant attached to TimHortons conveniently in a great spot in town fast service and employees are kind and courteous it's quiet inside not overly populated inside so you can enjoy your food while doing paper work or studying and not be enjoyed like other fast food chains inside noise great spot

Food is good, way better than most other chain restaurants in my opinion. My kid agrees with me so we visit here frequently.

I like this location. It's convenient and I can go grocery shopping at Freshco in the same plaza. Food quality is consistent and burgers taste better than McD for about the same price. & they have chili, which McD doesn't. Hopefully they return to regular hours soon.

They are good there. Usually give you everything you ordered, that's the name of the game right.

Always good, hot food and reasonably prices too! Far more affordable (much tastier too) than McD's.
AND if you're a senior, let them know and your small drink, whether coffee or pop, is always free!

I don't give 5 stars to fast food restaurants, but food was tasty, bacon in my JBC was crisp and we enjoyed our on-the-run meal.

A bit of a comical ordering process here. Wanted three burgers, two fries, one lemonade. Ended up with two burgers, one fries, and three lemonade. Well, it was clear on the screen at the time but I was overheated and road frazzled which left me too stupid to notice. Drive through burgers about the same everywhere. I find Wendy's pickles salty. Fries were nice and fresh and it turns out I needed three lemonades.

This is a complaint about Wendys corporate policy rather than this outlet. I hadn't been to Wendys for a while so I decided to go online (to the site specifically linked to the Maple Ridge location) to see if they offered anything new. I was pleased to see that they had some interesting new items on the menu. I got in my car ad drove to the drive thru only to find that these items were from the US menu and not available in Canada. Would it be too much trouble for you to put accurate information on your website?

I had watched a YouTube video about making an ultra deluxe Baconator and the video makers had given good reviews of the actual burger from Wendy's. That was enough to trigger a craving so I stopped in en route to some other destination.
The burger was ok, not as good as the reviews made my expectation. Service was fast and accurate, and I didn't feel overcrowded in terms of pandemic dining.

Great services from the drive thru! Very nice and made sure everything was correct before sending us on our way!

I am not a fan of the new serving system. It is slower than the old system, and seems slower than McDonald's new serving system.

Wendy's is fantastic, great service delicious food. I greatly recommend it for a place to dine on your wedding anniversary

Staff was rather polite and curtious for fast food place it was very busy and got our food quickly and it was hot extra bonus

Quick service even tho it is a busy busy spot. The burgers, for fast food, are worth it! But it's their salads that I always seem to go for!

We really enjoy their food and that you have always been able to get it without onions or such I know that sometime though the kids have found the toys unappealing especially the preschooler because it was a spy kit

Usually very friendly and fast service with well made food, the hot is hot, the warm is warm and the cold is cold. Can't say I've ever had a problem with food and maybe the odd snooty cashier or server. But I don't or try not to ever take it to heart, cause not everyone is having a great day all the time.

Good service but the take-out coffee was way too bitter for me, and the cup was defective. Drove around to the drive through again and got a new cup. I figure that heavy smokers might really like that coffee.

The service was great and I tried a new product for the first time. It could be better for a few reasons but credit for the franchise always giving new products a try.

This particular location seems to be better than others in terms of order accuracy. Generally impressed with how fast they get customers through the drive through. The in restaurant experience is basic but clean and well maintained. The staff are typically friendly and able to enter orders accurately. Always seem to be accommodating of special requests.

Great staff and good food. Yet, I overheard a manager tell his staff to "Try and not wash your hands as much as possible" when they came back from cleaning the dining room. I don't care if they take forever to wash their hands, I don't want germs all over my fries and drink. Get a hygienic manager if you want me to come back!

Disgusting policies charging money for dipping sauce (unlike EVERY other wendys everywhere). I love Wendys and now because of this expirence i will not be going back to any of them.
