I recently had a hard disc crash on me. I thought I'd lost all of my info. I contacted WeRecoverData, and they restored all of my info successfully! Everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I hope I never have to deal with this problem again without having my data backed up. But if that happens, I will use them again.

At first, I was unsure who I could trust with my failed hard drive. There seemed to be an unending list of data recovery providers, all vying for your business. WeRecoverData serviced me extremely well, recovering my data as promised and delivering it on time for the fee they provided. The process was smooth and much appreciated.

WeRecoverData provided excellent service. The Customer Service agent was extremely helpful and informed me via emails and phone calls. The recovery process was excellent, and I could retrieve all my deleted data on a safe disc. I strongly suggest this firm and its service to anyone who has lost important data on a hard drive.

I'm grateful to WeRecoverData for the data recovery services I received. They were able to finish a successful recovery process, and my claim was handled quickly. I appreciate the excellent recovery service and customer support they gave. I suggest them to anyone wanting a rapid recovery because they treat every situation professionally.

I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. I’ve sent a device to them under the case number 482002 and they started the evaluation on March 7th, a few days later I was informed that the recovery wasn’t successful and they offered to send my device back; I agreed and gave them the address on April 6th and have been waiting for my device ever since. All the communication has been made by email with the manager Neil Brian and I’ve asked multiple times for an update and always get the response that my messages would be transferred to their Shipping Department. Here I am writing this review on May 18th in hopes that finally someone from this company will solve the issue and give my device back before I take legal action against them. This has been very frustrating and I’m surprised at how unprofessional they are. If you have a problem I highly suggest that you find a different company to help you.

When looking for their office, they don’t have one in Vancouver (but does not mention it.). Media is dropped at a “‘sister” company.no receipts given.
Wait up to 15min and my calls were not answered. Looks shady for me.
Canceling my case and not dropping my card.

I did not use their services but nonetheless had an awful experience. I started to complete a form online as I was interested in a quote, but did NOT submit the form as I decided against it. In spite of this, the company pulled my phone number and email from the NOT submitted form and has called me, texted me, and emailed me several times. There are no options to remove myself from this list, I NEVER consented to them taking my data, nor to them contacting me.

The fact that a data recovery company plays it this fast and loose with potential customer's data is absolutely abhorrent. I will never use this company's services.

I had a client with a failed Synology drive and was only able to recover half the files on my own. I contacted this company for assistance and it was an easy, straightforward process. Communication was clear and concise and was able to drop off two buildings over from my office in downtown Toronto. Would definitely come back. I live in North Oshawa and nobody had the reputation and speed of these guys. Thank-you

Was hesitant to trust someone with my personal files but my husband recommended WeRecoverData as his company had worked with them in the past. The process was smooth, the people were fast to respond and all of my files were returned to me - despite their competitors telling me "they are probably gone"

Suddenly my hard drive was going to ruin my data. But they gave me hope and finally I got my data. Thank You

I had a problem with SSD. The company is closest data recovery office from my work. That was the mistake to measure the service by distance! They sent the drive to Toronto. Estimate was times higher than from others I found a few days later. They kept SSD for 3 more days after I asked to return it multiple times (emailed and called them). On the 3d day they offered 50% discount on exchange of positive review (still overpriced!). When I got the SSD back and recovered in another company, the 2 folders I specified critical for recovery were deleted. Big thank you for not touching other folders! Unethical business!

The whole process from dropping off a failed hard drive to getting my data couriered back to me on an external drive that they supplied was fast and first rate. The customer service and communication through the whole process was excellent and I am 100% satisfied with the level of professionalism I received.

Great service, they fixed my raid5 configuration with no issues. All my data was recovered.
