Appalling service for NHS patients
Never heard worst of an excuse to have a dental composite deposit done then today

I was a patient from 2017 to 2022, very good service and friendly staff. The only reason I am not with them this year is because I just moved out from Kitsilano: (However I highly recommend the clinic. When I had issues with the appointments because of my job they were always very understanding and flexible when possible. Thanks!

It's a great dental office. They work very professionally and I never feel pressured to get any extra work done. The after care and services are very good.

Dr. Rai has been our dentist for many years now (including my two daughters) and I would highly recommend this office. The front desk staff and hygienists/assistants are always friendly, welcoming and patient with children. Dr. Rai takes the time to do thorough check ups and explain procedures in a thoughtful and informative manner.

Having been a patient since 2019, I've found West 9th Dental consistently provides the most attentive, efficient, and comfortable dental experience I've ever had. From Natasha at reception to the dental hygienists to Dr. Rai herself, the office's friendliness and professionalism are unmatched. And having had a number of dental surgeries done here, I just have to say that it's obvious Dr. Rai's skill, proficiency, and passion for dentistry, her focus, care, and attentiveness to detail, represents the highest level of interest and dedication that one only brings when one has found their calling in life. Seeing Dr. Rai do her best, most challenging surgical work is like witnessing the best version of her come alive. I never expected to find such meaningful ardor at the dentist's, but it's always a pleasure.

I honestly should have written this about 3 months ago. My visits to Dr. Lisa Rai's office at West 9th Dental were very pleasant. The office is very clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. She provided me with a clear explanation of my treatments as well as alternatives detailing the pros, cons and risks. Best of all, I barely felt the injection.
