I’m very happy with this dental office. The staff are really approachable and super efficient. They are also just really nice. Dr Fereidouni is a sensitive, highlty skilled dentist with a great bedside manner. I feel like I’m in good hands.

Thanks for taking care of my teeth. It was a complicated visit, fixing 3 teeth, and it went smoothly, no pain, with care for my comfort. Much appreciated.

Front desk staffs are really nice and they are on top of processing insurance claims. Everyone including the dentist, dental hygienist, chairside dental assistant, and receptionists are great and are attentive to your needs and questions. I wouldnt hesitate a second to recommend this dentist.

Dr. Saran is very knowledgeable, professional and honest. I drive over two bridges to see her and to get the best cleaning EVER by Khadija (sorry if I’ve misspelled your name)!

Dr. Stephanie is so kind and knowledgeable. I was a bit nervous and standoffish going in to the appt and seeing a new dentist. She made me completely comfortable, addressed all of my concerns and the work I had to get done was completely painless compared to other dentists. 12/10 would recommend.

Friendly and efficient folk. They take the time to ask questions and listen to the response. It's obvious they care about you and your dental health.

I’ve been coming here for years. Darrelle (Hygenist) does a wonderful job, and Jordan (reception) is equally awesome. Love leaving with squeaky clean teeth.

I just got a filling done at West Broadway Dentist and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist! I hate having my teeth touched (I grind them so they’re very sensitive) and dread getting any dental work done, but Dr Reena and Sybille were so patient, kind and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable and at ease (Sybille especially was absolutely wonderful and very sweet!).

I’m also really appreciative of Dr Reena for offering me an alternative to regular anesthesia. The adrenaline in the regular stuff has caused me to have panic attacks at other dentists, so she used an adrenaline-free alternative. It still numbed my mouth well enough that I felt zero pain during the filling process.

I’m happy I found this place and will be back for any dental work I might need to get done in the future!:)

Shirley performed a thorough teeth cleaning and explained everything as she went along. Shirley was truly amazing to work with. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Coming in as a new patient, they were great at providing visibility into what you may need both short term and long term.

The receptionists are also great at following up and providing visibility into how much something may cost. They also work with some insurance companies and will submit things on your behalf!

Staff are knowledgeable and take time to answer my questions thoroughly. I trust the dentists and hygenists at West Broadway Dentist and would reccomend them.

This was my first time going to West Broadway Dental. Both the CDA and dentist were very nice and made sure everything was super clear and were very efficient. The receptionist is also super accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, but I know I made the right choice with West Broadway Dentist.
Staff are friendly, welcoming and took the time to answer any questions I had. They did a very thorough first check up.
The hygienist was great and now I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

As always, Shirley was gentle, professional, and friendly. When I walk through the door I feel welcomed. When I sat in the chair I felt safe. When I left my appointment, I felt like my teeth were well taken care of and that the experience was worth it!

I just had my first visit here last week (on my birthday) and I cannot say enough good things about this dental office. The staff are all incredibly professional & kind, as was Dr. Fereidouni. I had previously been to the same dentist for 5 years, and only switched due to moving, and I am very happy with the switch! I've been a patient for a year and a half and always had great experiences every visit. The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly and my dentist and hygienists are very professional and knowledgeable. They are mindful of my benefit plan and ensure I am being scheduled in a way that worked best with my coverage. I always feel like I am well taken care of here.

This is my second review but a year later and I still stand by my first review as this dental practice is of the highest standard. I have found the people at the front desk to be very courteous and helpful. Maureen, my hygienist, has been cleaning my teeth for a number of years and she is very thorough and hasn't caused me any discomfort. Dr. Farshad Fereidouni, my dentist, is also very courteous, gentle and seems to do excellent work. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Fereidouni is an amazing dentist, so gentle and kind, I am truly grateful for him as I have a terrible fear of dentists! The entire stay are very caring and accommodating, it's a pleasure to recommend this team to anyone looking for a new dentist!

All people from Jordan at the reception to Dr. Fereidouni himself are always super nice and welcoming. Besides great quality of service they really care about the personal aspect. Always feel welcome and part of their family. They are transparent and not looking to find issues that are not there just to make more money. They are honest and quality of their procedures high. Have been coming here since I moved to Vancouver and besides the regular checkups and cleanings they have helped me with Invisalign and I really recommend them for all these services.

I am a long time patient of West Broadway Dentist and I can absolutely say they are the best dental office in the city. I had an appointment today and once again the service and overall experience was incredible. Dr. Fereidouni and Toni did a beautiful job on a filling I needed and left my teeth looking immaculate.

I was also in need of a top and bottom mouth guard for spacing/grinding and Dr. Fereidouni and Toni explained the entire process to me in detail which left me feeling calm, comfortable and confident. Dr. Fereidouni and Toni are extremely perspicacious and efficient.

Shirley did my teeth cleaning and was fantastic. Jordan and Nikki are a pleasure to deal with. They are on the ball, kind, knowledgeable and professional.

Also, I want to give a shout out to Anita H who has done spectacular work on my teeth cleaning in the past. I have visited her many times and she is amazing.

The entire staff at West Broadway Dentist are phenomenal and they truly give you a first class experience. All I can really say is “Thank you”.

I chipped my front tooth when I bit down on my fork. I have been going to West Broadway Dentist for a couple years but not until yesterday needed anything other than cleanings. I was able to get in right away. I am so happy with how Dr Fereidouni checked my tooth and then let me know my options and the differences with each one. He did a composite filling and it turned out so well. You can not see any colour difference or really where the filling part is. I am very pleased with the entire experience!

Everyone at this clinic is very friendly. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist I highly recommend this clinic.

West Broadway Dentist is wonderful! I have been going there for over 20 years plus, despite there was a change of dentists, Dr. F.is a wonderful dentist, great bedside manner, and he explains every procedures very well. He demonstrates a great care to his patients and his staff, collectively as a team is just wonderful and friendly. That is one dentist place I’d love to revisit!:)

I feel absolutely grateful to have Dr. Fereidouni as my Dentist and I fully trust his expertise and cannot recommend him enough to anyone who is looking for an amazing Dentist who truly cares for his patients. I have always had a wonderful experience at West Broadway Dentist with all the amazing staff.

I had a wonky filling which Dr. Fereidouni replaced with a beautiful composite filling. The previous filling was so uneven it altered my bite and made my retainer not fit properly. Dr. Fereidouni took the care to polish my filling to the very detail, checking with a bite paper to make sure it fit my teeth perfectly. I am so thankful he took the care to fix my teeth. He also has a very kind and caring approach, he gave me advice on how to floss so I don't damage my gums, and made sure to check in often how I was doing during the session with the filling. All in all a great experience and would go there again.

I’ve been going to this clinic for 15 years and now my family including our 1 and 4 year olds go as well. Staff have changed over the 15 years but always friendly and great service I appreciate that they always take a conservative approach to any issues they see. We highly recommend.

I’ve been going to West Broadway for over a decade and everyone is just lovely! Maureen is an awesome dental hygienist and we always manage to have a good laugh. Getting you teeth cleaned and examined isn’t always the most fun thing to do but the staff and dentists here are thorough, professional and wonderful people. They make going to the dentist a nice way to start the day. Can’t recommend them enough!

I've been coming here for a few years now (used to be across the street) and it's great. There's the New Yorker magazine in the waiting area and the hygienists have been friendly and thorough. If I could pick on something, it would be no coat/bag area in the front as you have to take everything with you into the cleaning suite.

Excellent consistent service, whether it’s a cleaning, night guard fitting or major dental work. Have never been happier with a dental office in my life.

Great staff and doctors! Very welcoming.
I did not find it very expensive. It is not very cheap as well.
One thing to know, they have a surgeon comes a few time in a month. If you want to get something advance done you need to book him earlier.

While the front desk staff and hygienists were amazing, I was disappointed that I was told, halfway through my visit, I needed to pay another $200 on top of the $360 I was quoted in order to finish my cleaning. In the end, I could only afford to have my bottom teeth cleaned. I felt like the poor American in Michael Moore’s documentary Sicko, who had to choose which fingers to have sown back on. Imagine a nail salon only doing one foot or hand and then telling you you have to pay more for the other. It also reminded me of a dodgy moving company I hired in the past, who dropped my all belongings on the 1st floor and told me I had to pay more if I wanted them to bring them upstairs. I was paying for a service: cleaning and exam. I did not realize it was a timed-service like that of an escorts. Even then, I was in and out in 1.5 hours when I was promised 2. I may look elsewhere to finish my cleaning but that’s likely to cost even more.

The staff and facilities here are fantastic! The dental team who took care of me were consistently good communicators and told me exactly what was happening as the visit progressed, and then they made my options for follow-up care crystal clear. I'm very happy to be a new patient at this office.

Excellent service, from the people at the reception, to the hygienist and the dentist working here. Everyone seems 100% genuine, are smiling and welcoming, and committed to the patient wellbeing first and foremost.

Been with them for 10 years and never a bad experience. All the people I have dealt with there have been exceptional from the receptionists, dental assistants, hygienists and dentist Dr F. Highly recommend.

Everyone is very friendly! I’m scared of the dentist and have procrastinated to go but they all made me feel very comfortable and walked me through the process and checked up on me every so often. Love it!

Dr. Farshad and his team are all very friendly and welcoming. All of the staff are gentle on teeth, gums and procedures. They have all the latest technology such as 3D mouth scan and all the rest to give a detailed conclusion for tips and recommendations. I have been getting regular checks at another dentist previously where they've been good though nowhere as professional as this place. The hygienist is very caring and knows her stuff. I highly recommend this place.
If you're a new customer you also get a starting kit with an Oral B electric tooth brush, tooth paste, floss and lip balm. Pretty good I say.

Would be great to see a water cooler in there next time though.
