I've come to this location for a few other parts before for my vehicles and the staff were fast and efficient in getting me everything I needed at competitive prices.

Today I dealt with Aamir and he was immediately very helpful with looking for the parts I needed and made an effort to look for the ones I asked about extensively even though their phones were ringing off the hook. He made sure I had everything I needed and wasn't making me feel rushed at all.

He even made a corporate discount happen when I asked about it. I will be recommending other employees from our company to ask for him and send them to WestCan for their autoparts.

The best in the city and at good price; everything you want, they have in the store or could bring in few hours. If you want something special like 'car door edge protector', be sure they have all the information in the market.

This is my go to auto parts store - they have the best prices and go out of their way to help you find what you need. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Truly a horrendous experience. Horrible, inconsistent service, ordered the wrong parts for me, had no method of shipping and had to chase after them to even get back to me. Go elsewhere if you actually need parts.

I went there a couple of times and everything was great, however the past 2 days they have screw up my orders and had to wait for a long time! Very disappointed

Ordered a premium air filter based on the knowledgable staff, never got the call back for pick up (ordered in from other location eta 3hrs ie same day) so I showed up no one could find they're as with their hands much less my filter. Spent 15 min waiting to find out they would to re-order. I went to Ford np there.

If you want honest, quick, professional and efficient service, I recommend dealing with this store. Sirak has been an absolute rock star to me these last few months during covid: finding parts nobody else has, and in an efficient and affordable manner!

Worse company to deal with. Bought some totter that we defective and they would not take it back or replace it. Save your money and stay away!
