Love all the staff here. The manager has known my son since he was in tummy and always welcomes him in the store. Excellent customer service from all the gals up front. I love that they’re knowledgeable with the new products. I find they are Honest when selling products. They don’t try to upsell stuff they haven’t tried. I love this place.

The staff here is amazing and always so friendly they almost always have what I need and if they don't have it in stock they order and have it to me asap!

Very rude and condescending older woman. I came in to purchase a product for our cooperative salon, and an older lady with glasses tore a strip off me, she demanded my " designation". I have been a salon proprietor for over 25 years and never been treated so rudely. They forced me to open an account of my own even though I had no plans to do so. I spend $$$$ on product and they didn't even try to be nice to me, guess they don't want business. Never going back.

Absolutely terrible experience. They would not sell me a product because I didn’t have an account. So they let me know another store across town that holds the product. Little do they know that store does not hold the product and sent me on a wild goose chase. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Excellent service but similar to every other location, having difficulty stocking shelves. Inventory is limited but they are doing the best they can.

I absolutely dread it when I have to shop at West Coast Beauty. The staff are miserable especially the manager. If it wasn't for the fact that they carry one particular product that no one else in town doesI would NEVER go back.
People in the customer service industry need to be cheerful and personable.
I'd you go so there make sure you try to stay in a good mood. It will challenge you

Truly miss Nova Beauty's staff and customer service.the new staff was condescending and rude, no customer service skills and product knowledge by any means

Specially drow there to get products I needed. They refused to sell it to me because of their company regulations and I have a lisence I can purchase what ever I like in different supplies Nova Beauty always sell to me everything I wanted. What a waist of my day to go there in downtown Victoria with all that traffic and construction. Miserable people working for miserable company. They came to Canada from the US with the bed attitude we want shop in Canadian companies! Proffecionals don't go there or order from them!

Great store.but the staff could be alot better and nicer.plus some of the stores rules are abit stupid.no nail polish testers.inaccurate swatches no samples.the older women working there today was quite nippy, ignorant and rude. Im well known at alot of beauty supply stores around town and always have great service and not such bogus rules.if i can swatch OPI nail polishs anywhere else theres no reason for this store to not have testers.and instead of the women implying i take it up with the company, why dont you be a proper good empolyee by displaying good costumer service and saying you’re sorry you’ll make a suggestion to your manager about that.since every other beauty store has testers lol.
