Blain took my boys and me on an adventure which turned out to be our best day on Vancouver Island. He's passionate and knowledgeable about the off road areas of the island and showed us how spectacular it is!
We were lucky enough to see a bear happily looking for salmon and the most stunning vistas!

We had a fab 3 hour trip into the wilderness with Blain. As well as spectacular views and scenery (although it was somewhat cloudy on the morning of our trip) it was great to hear about life in Port Alberni and the surrounding mountains from someone who has lived there all their life - it gave us real insight to the locality. It was fun exploring the forest roads and getting to appreciate the remoteness and silence of the mountains a short drive away from civilisation.

I'd definitely recommend the tour and hopefully I'll back again one day!

Our family had an amazing experience with Blain yesterday on the Ucluelet Tour, Pacific Rim Expedition to Barkley Sound Viewpoint. Blain is extremely knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to spend several hours hearing the local history and information on the region. I highly recommend this tour.
