The team at West Coast In-Home Care are absolutely outstanding to work with. We used their services to support dad with overnight care so that mom could get some sleep and the Care Aids were so knowledgeable and supportive. The best part was how quickly they responded to our needs as we were able to meet with them and have the night time care started within a few days which was amazing! I highly recommend this company if you're needing care for your loved ones.

My grandmother is hard to please, and it's hard finding good help. West coast in home care was able to fulfill all the needs and more for my grandmother! If you were wondering if this would be a good choice, you wont be let down!

I dont normally review but our father has been looked after by the most compassionate and caring staff I have ever seen. He requires a special care plan, in which the staff has exceeded our expectations for our family. They have been very reliable too when we have needed additional care which has been a huge stress relief.
Lastly the prices have been more than reasonable which has been another huge relief considering how expensive things are these days.

I highly recommend this company for all your in home care needs whether it be for yourself or a loved one, this is family run business for the past 11 years and so they truly personalize your care plans and treat you like their own. There is no contract attached so you have options to discontinue services when they are no longer needed, with the business being local we received care in a timely manner and also felt great about who we were choosing for our situation, we can’t say enough amazing things about these wonderful people who we consider family now!

Great service and very reliable! I don’t usually write a review but this company is exceptional! They listen to our requests and accommodates perfectly. The staff and caregivers are very friendly. Price is very reasonable as well. All in all great experience.

West Coast Care has really been a lifesaver for our family. My father is 90 and has mild Alzheimer's. He's able to do a lot on his own but needs constant reminders and a watchful eye for his safety (e.g. Making sure the stove and faucets are off). The caregivers have been so accommodating and wonderful with him and it's great to hear him laugh and joke around with them when I visit. They're very careful to alert the family of any possible health concerns, so we can act on it right away. Thanks to them, the family is able to respect my father's wish to age in place, instead of moving to a care home, and to maintain his health and well-being. We're very grateful for their service.

My elderly Dad receives daily care. Both Dad and the family have been so impressed! We have had consistent, compassionate, hardworking and truly lovely caregivers. They brighten Dad's day! The service is very professional and management really cares about Dad and the communication between management, caregiver and family is excellent!

I never have anything to worry about when I know that the caregivers are with my mom. They always make sure to leave my mom fed, medicines taken, and the house tidy. One of the caregivers started taking my mom on walks on sunny days and that has made my mother’s mood a lot better lately! I would highly recommend this service!

We are so thankful for Westcoast Care as they swoop in during a difficult time and with little notice, 36 hours, had a caregiver with my Mom providing respectful, professional help. Since our first meeting 3 weeks ago they have continue to meet our expectations and have gone the extra mile with finding caregivers that work well with my crotchety Mom and who have an understanding of this phase of a person's life. Vanessa along with Jessica, Gina and Vera have given my siblings and I a peace of mind. Our appreciation for these hard working women grows!
