Had a subpar experience at this dealership. We put a deposit down for an EV6 and was glad it arrived. Things went downhill when we tried to work on our trade in. The one and only trade in offer was one of the lowest we've received, there was no wiggle room whatsoever, never once did we see the sales manager, he/she didn't show any interest in working with us. Our sales rep insisted that we can sell our trade in ourselves, which is true, but we've bought and leased many vehicles before, the dealerships had always tried to make it work.
On top of that, the EV6 2023 pricing was several thousand dollars higher than when we placed the order.

Fast forward, we've sold our trade in, it's 5k higher than what West Coast Kia offered us.
We also got our new electric car.

I've liked Kia products, but I wouldn't want to give my business to dealerships who are not interested in working with their customers.

Purchased my Carnival here and very happy with the service and staff. Servicing is great as they schedule a specific drop off and pick up time. For a basic oil change, they need about 1.25 hours and stick to this.

At one point I actually thought it was a no go.but these gracious people helped me and MADE it happen. Now I’m a proud REPEAT customer. The only complaint I have is with the man in the service dept that told me that I had to bring back both my car fobs “during the week”as they couldn’t do anything for me today which is a Saturday. I’m thinking it’s just to change the battery as the car is only 3 weeks old and the automatic starter button on the fob blinks red and have so since the day I
purchased the car. Unfortunately I too work mon to fri and work 12-15 hr shifts in Langley. Plus I live about 20-25 min away from the dealership.so it’s impossible to come in during the week to get it fixed. Any suggestions on what to do? Otherwise I love this dealership! This is my second time purchasing from this Kia location and it was an awesome experience! Charlie was my sales rep and really helped me turn an insurance claim that was a very bad experience into a much better one! I had a car accident where my previous Kia Niro hybrid got totaled. Because of the problems on the market with hybrids being unavailable And just the change in values for the hybrid cars it was an extremely stressful experience!
Charlie and Bharti from financing fought to get me the best rate in this volatile market, and Charlie really went to bat for me with my replacement insurance.
At first when I was shopping around there were no used Niros available at this location and I was shopping around at other companies. I was getting nothing but pressure sales pitches, higher rates and almost felt harassed at some dealerships!

Charlie was willing to help me with my insurance issues even if I wasn’t buying the new car through him and If I could give him six stars, I would!

This location is a joy to work with. With my previous car the service department, and everybody has always been so accommodating and friendly. 100% recommend!

I wanna to find a compact car for my wife so she can bring kinds to school and groceries and I am impressed with Rio 5 doors spec. However I was struggle in finding the right dealer as most of them either take “Market Adjustment Price” which is not fair, or even do not take any preorder at all!

Until I find this place and Charlie and his team helped me a lot at the very begining. Today we just took a brand new Rio 5 doors delivery from you guys! My wife is so happy! Highly recommended this dealer to those who had struggle to purchase cars in such chaotic market.

Had to bring in My Soul for 2 recalls. Service was done on time and friendly staff. Then I booked an appointment to have my winter tires put on and again all done very quickly. So I now have them stored there for the Spring!

We were comparison shopping for sedans. Our sales representative Himi was so knowledgeable, patient and honest. She represents this dealership so well. She never dismisses our concerns, she answers them so considerately no matter what it is. And she isn't over-eager to make the sale and she never overpromises things only to slowly take them away, something we have found at a lot of other car dealerships at this time (late 2022). I highly recommend asking for her!

Also, both times we visited on Sunday and this dealership seemed not to be overcrowded, unlike others we have visited. It felt good to avoid a sense of brutal competition among customers to outbid each other for cars, or pressure to sign quickly.

We worked with Denys and he was a great sales person to deal with. The KIA we purchased was not marked up like most of the other dealerships and I had called quite a few around the lower mainland. Denys followed up when the car was ready and was flexible with our request.

There was a lot of upselling from the finance member to sell extended warranties, protections, etc, and those are all I assume part of the sales cycle but make sure to ask for the final amount and check all the costs on the invoice before you agree to anything. Some of these may apply to you but they did not to me. I would say there was some pressure to sell these additional features which was a bit uncomfortable.

Nevertheless, the dealership is honest and knowledgeable. Altogether happy purchasing our first KIA here.

Went to West Coast back in April.
Ordered a Sportage from Deborah Wock, she is really easy going, very
knowledgeable and helpful.
Things are slow right now, on the manufacturing side, so it took some extra months to get the car.
In the meantime my wife and I would drop by every few weeks, for any updates.
Got to know Rocko Mahboubian the sales manager, and Bhakti Desal.
It was a great experience, never felt any pressure till the pick up day.

Daniel is the manager, and he was excellent at taking care of our needs when purchasing our new vehicle. Amazing customer service!

When it came to our new Kia Telluride, the transactions were smooth from start to finish.
Picking up the vehicle was seemless as well. The paperwork was ready to go upon arrival, and the agent was ready on site to transfer the insurance.

Our plates were then transferred onto our new vehicle quickly, and like that, we were done. I like that there was little to no time lapse between all of these steps; they seemed to recognize that our time was just as valuable as theirs.

Before leaving, Charlie, (the assistant manager), made sure to give us a thorough explanation of all the features of the new SUV. He even preset some things for me that he thought would work best.

In summary, I think that Kia made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Thanks to everyone at West Coast Kia for a smooth sale.

Around 6 years ago I bought a brand new kia because i loved the management at this dealership, every time i went there i would have amazing experiences, but recently there was a change in management and it took me over 3 months to get my car checked. After i got my car back the alignment was off and a safety concern, they wanted to see me a week later even though there was nothing to do that day, i pushed to get my car checked (i literally just wanted to see what was wrong because i had previously payed over 1k to get my car fixed) i heard the employees talking bad about me right behind my back-because i came back due to one of their mistakes. I’m so disappointed in the new employees because this is the closest dealership to my house and i had so many prior amazing experiences, such a shame.

Great experience with the dealership. Receptionists are very kind, and Charlie is really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

So I bought a kia sportage new in 2018 from kia west. After setting up the first service appointment with them for first thing in the morning and still not having my car taken in for service until 10 am I never went back to the dealership. West coast kia on the other hand was waiting for my car at the time I arrived to have it's service done. This gave me confidence in the belief that west coast kia gave some consideration to the customers needs and time. I do not at all recommend kia west however WEST COAST KIA gave back the feeling of good customer service to me as a lost kia customer. Thank you to their service department 10 out of 10 for your customer care.

The trade in/sales process was smooth. Financing was slow. This is the third car we’ve bought here so we know it’s typically faster. Paul in sales was friendly and helpful and there was no pressure. We traded in our Sorento for the 2022 model in Wolf Gray and we LOVE it! It arrived earlier than expected too!

An excellent experience with our first Kia purchase. We placed a preorder for a Wolf Grey 2022 Telluride Nightsky with Charlie in Sept/2021. Transparency is very important in regards to pricing and Charlie was a pleasure to deal with. He periodically kept us up to date with eta of delivery. The day we picked the vehicle up, Charlie spent over an hour with my wife going over every feature of the vehicle to make certain she was familiarized with it before driving it.

When I crashed my car frontal and went to the Kirmac repair shop to request the purchase of parts to do the repair, but a only problem is that the WestCoastKia Part manager did not fulfill the warranties. I'm waiting for a part that is a Kia Rio frontal emblem. The order was placed on November 3rd, 2021 and this order would arrive on Jan 10th at WestCoastKia and it hasn't arrived yet. Is the resolved situation of a part manager qualified and guaranteed? And I didn't receive any email apologizing from him.

I was told on the phone that the cost for my Kia Carnival first service would be $99. I dropped it off at the scheduled time, and when I picked it up, I was told that there was an error. Since they were not considering an additional volume of oil for the new Carnival, next time they would charge $50 extra on top of the advertised price, but they would honour the original price since it was their error.

At the counter, I got charged $115.00. I knew that it wasn't the price we agreed on but I would not fight over $15 since I was running late for another appointment.

If they compromise themselves over $15, imagine what they do at their sales department. Glad that I didn't end up purchasing my wife's vehicle there and won't service it anymore there.

The staff at West Coast Kia were super friendly and professional, Denys & Lidya were amazing. They were able to provide me with the vehicle I wanted and walked out super happy with my purchase.

I just picked up my new 2022 Telluride and I'm loving it! The experience at West Coast Kia from the moment I booked my test drive has been great. As most people probably know, the Telluride has been very popular and it was hard to even find the SUV available at a dealership to look at it, but with West Coast Kia, there was no rush, I got to really take the car for a good drive around Pitt-Meadow and Maple Ridge. There was No-pressure from the amazing sales person (Himi), and I didn't feel rushed. I placed the order on the Telluride and even though it took a bit longer for the car to arrive, Himi was constantly given me updates. Most importantly West Coast Kia listened to its customers and is trustworthy. Also outstanding customer care from Daniel, the Sales manager to the Business manager when doing all the paper work, so efficient. I would Highly recommend Himi and West Coast Kia.

Was washing my back windshield wiper on my KIA Seltos 2021 when I pulled too hard and the spring came out. No idea how to fix this after watching videos and reading online, I took it in here to find help. Rick, the gentleman who helped me out while he was doing his paperwork, came out to assist me. After 5-10 mins we got it to fit! He even brought out pliers. This shows great customer service and a true image to who West Coast KIA hires as their employees. If there was a 0 star I would have chosen that instead. TERRIBLE service. They have had our car in repair for a month now, never call to provide us any updates, never offered us a loaner, never know anything about the car until I physically go in and ask. I don’t understand how this place operates because their communication is terrible and they clearly don’t care about their customers. Not even their manager had a viable solution. Trust me drive the extra miles and go to another kia. You won’t regret it later.

I was moving from Toronto to BC, I saw my Jeep Patriot in Facebook at West Coast Kia, was the car and was looking, no accidents and low mileage.
I contact the dealer and very fast Ken the sales consultant contact me and sent all information and the suggestions to put one deposit online to saved the car for 3 days, I did.
Next day, Rocko the Manager contact me to doing al formal, I pay part with my Visa and them keep my car until my trip 15 days after all this.
The pick up day, I was excelent treated, the manager Rocko received me, The Financial Manager Sandy resolved all littles financial problems, Ken the sales consultant give a ride to the bank, put my plates and a couple of gift as coffee thermo, key rings and the ICBC lady (don’t remember her name) did all my insurance procedure easy and give yo me some recommendations.
The strawberry in this dessert was the 3 free months of Sirus and the gas tank was full!
I had and excellent service from this West Cost Kia in Pitt Meadows from all personal!
My case didn’t was easy to do all by distance and online and all in this place help me to do the whole transaction perfect!

Denys was the most chill car salesman I've ever encountered. Super responsive, proactive and friendly, but not pushy or cheesy.

This dealership continues to run without any sort of care for the customer with Kia Canada having no interest in protecting their own brand. Started when I went to buy a brand new Kia Optima and ended up them wanting to charge me over the price advertised on the KIA website. Had to go out of the way to Applewood Kia to buy the car. And then they made promises they couldn't keep when the same car recently broke down on me. Took 6 weeks to say KIA wouldn't warranty a defective motor after promising it would be under warranty if it were infact defective. All while not offering a loaner to me with a 3 month old at home with no means of transportation other than the 1 family car. Obviously never buying Kia again thanks to them. A real shame because Applewood Kia were fantastic to me. Avoid these guys at all costs.

They always accomodate my schedule and i always get my vehicle back in a timely manner and usually early. Great service.

I was having problems with my engine warning light that kept going on for now reason. The service department was very helpful in getting me in right away to source out the cause of the indicator. Been a customer with their service department for over 3 years and today is the day I end dealing with them. Very disappointing experience with their new service advisor and senior management. Extremely poor customer service and complaint resolution skills, don't care two F's about retaining their existing clients. Sad to see what this company has become.

Just bought a 2018 Kia Rio from west coast Kia with the help of Himi. She was super wonderful and really attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle. She never made me feel pressured to buy and made sure I was happy with the vehicle I chose before proceeded with it. The whole experience was really pleasant and I felt more welcomed than I had at other dealerships I had looked at. We just purchased a beautiful 2021 Kia Sorento from West Coast Kia. The service was exceptional and the experience was the most positive I've had purchasing a car. The assistant sales manager Charlie and the sales manager Daniel were both very clear, honest and transparent from the start-a seemingly rare dealership experience these days. They took their time with us in all steps of the process, explaining everything as it went along. When we picked up our car Bharti was yet another wonderful person to work when doing the paper work for financing. I 100% recommend West Coast Kia. If you are looking for a great vehicle, great value and a premium customer service experience I suggest starting your search for a new car with them!

I just want to give west coast kia 5 stars. I bought a kia rio hatchback in March. I’m gonna be honest it had a noise that drove me crazy. But there service department had it in twice and they solved the problem. Thank you west coast kia for getting to the bottom of the problem. I now love my noiseless kia rio hatchback
