Having recently had my vehicle written off due to an accident I was dreading the thought of having to go through the process of buying another vehicle. After test driving various makes/models at different dealerships, I attended West Coast Mazda. I was referred to Vlad, we sat down and chatted about what I was looking for. I ultimately purchased a vehicle that very day. Vlad was so lovely to deal with, no pressure and very straightforward. I then met and chatted with Kelley in finance to attend to payment details and she was great too.

I was honestly shocked at how pleasant the entire process was. Thank you to West Coast Mazda for your casual but professional approach.

Purchased my 2020 Mazda CX3 on September 14. This was my 3rd Mazda 3. Two Mazda’s 3’s and the CX3. I also get them serviced at your dealership because I like the service people. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable too.

We're always well taken care of at the Maple Ridge location. When we first purchased our car the sales staff was informative, friendly, and understanding. There was no pressure to buy. The service staff has been exceptional at all our follow-up warranty visits. They're efficient, friendly, and organized. Consistent good experience here!

I don’t recommend waisting your hard earned money at this place
had a chance to meet a friendly and helpful sales person whom helped me through the whole process of buying a mazda,

Unfortunately, due to circumstances, we can’t keep the car and tried to give it back, the buyout price they gave us, is CRAZY, Whoever contacted and wanted to buy it out, was surprised by the price they give, don’t know why they’re so hard to work with, I tried to bring customers to do a lease transfer.

Their lease manager, Anthony Basile wants to call my customer to chat with, are you kidding me? He thinks he is the smartest in sales and tries to steal customers. He’s not being helpful because his motive is to sell another new car and make a bonus off of that, not making it easy for me.
The buyout price they give, is a ridiculous number, they have NO sense of helpfulness while talking about helping people.
I Do not recommend this place if you think you might go back to them and do some negotiation or problem solving during your lease period.
This lease manager has No logic!

It's really hard to buy a new car these days. Because there is not much stock of new cars. Also, you have to wait a lot even if you order.
However, when I visited West Coast Mazda, they provided accurate information and kindly explained everything in detail.
In particular, Brenden is really the best. He honestly provided all the information and he tried to make my car arrive on the appointed date.
If you want accurate information and want to buy a good car, Call to "Brenden" right away!

love it! I sold my previous vehicle before my new one came in so they gave me a beautiful loaner car. I would highly recommend them. The staff was all excellent.

My Acura MDX broke down on me on the highway on my way home from work on the coldest night of the year and I knew it was time for a new vehicle. We weren't planning on financing a new car (its been over 12yrs since having to do that) but I knew I needed something reliable so we didnt have a choice. I used to own a mazda cx9 and i loved and missed it so much. Luckily, we got the best customer service from the team at West coast Mazda. They worked with our budget and even loaned us a car because of our situation until our mazda cx30 came in. We will forever be grateful and so thankful for all the help and for taking a lot of our stress away! Special shout out to manager a Brad.

Recently purchased my Mazda CX-5 at this dealership. I actually walked over to this dealership with Mark from Toyota so I can't thank a specific sales person at this location. But the short interactions I had with the staff here were pleasant and knowledgeable. In my opinion, this dealership had some of the best used Mazda's I could find. They seemed to have lower kilometers and more reasonable pricing. Very happy with my purchase and feel that this location is run by honest people! Thanks for getting the car ready in time for my road trip!

As usual, I would expect nothing less than complete satisfaction and have never been disappointed whenever I take my CX5 to be serviced at West Coast Mazda in Maple Ridge BC throughout the last 10 years, but my recent visit surpassed all past experiences. After 24 years in the Victoria area, perhaps coming from an island perspective, I've found customer service in the Vancouver area, generally conspicuously aloof. Disappointingly & unfortunately, I found it no different at the service department front desk of West Coast Mazda. Perhaps, it's something that I sadly need to get used to, but unlike Victoria, when something is not available at one place, more often than not, service people will network and be much more readily supportive and forthcoming with possible solutions. I didn't experience any of this for 2 minor things I asked about. I can understand if some people are tired, bored and apathetic about their jobs, but you're in the service industry and it only takes a moment to display good customer service and support. I'm inclined to drive to another dealership much further away, if that means I don't have to feel as if I'm putting you out for asking a really simple question because you couldn't be bothered to provide the simple answer that you actually had readily available, without me having to prompt you! Also, when you call a customer to say the car is ready, wouldn't it be a lot less frustrating for the customer if the car is actually ready when she/he arrives? ! "Ready" does not mean waiting at the dealership another 20 minutes because the car is being washed/vaccumed. That's just not considerate and respectful of people's time and I would think not particularly appreciated by the customer.

I was honestly blown away by how amazing Anthony and Juli made my experience!
They both went out of their way for me multiple times and I left the dealership beaming! Anthony was never pushy at all, answered all my questions with patience and kindness despite being super busy, and even came in on his day off to make sure my purchase was a happy one. Even my boyfriend who has bought many many cars said that was the best car-buying experience he’d been through.
100% ask for Anthony if you want a smooth and exciting car buying experience!

I recently bought a 2021 Mazda CX5 from you guys and i couldn't be happier! I got a great deal and Marnix my sales guy was really helpful and pacient with me! He took his time and didn't feel pressured into buying something i did not like or worked for me! We hit a few bumps along the way thru the buying process but he was able to work them up and we finalized the deal! Great Mazda dealership i would definitely recommend it! I took my Mazda into get a coolant hose replaced and it cost $550. Now that's not the problem. The problem is they also replaced my battery terminal without asking me. When they replaced my battery terminal it does a factory reset on both automatic front window's. They were able to reset the driver window but not the passenger. I brought it back and they said it was because my car was older and it wasn't there fault even though there is direct correlation between the two.then they had the nerve to quote me over $700 for the part and service. Long story short they blew the fuse and refused to fix it which is unacceptable for any business to operate like that. I will no longer be giving my business to West coast Mazda and I advise everyone to seek other car help.service staff were clueless and mechanics are obviously not fit to be working on cars.

Tire sensor went off so I stopped off there to check it. They took a look, and fixed the problem. Even replaced my rear windshield wiper. In and out in 10mins.

I had a wonderful experience buying my 1st and 2nd vehicle here. I had the pleasure of working with Marnix both times. This guy really knows all the ins and outs of every model he sells. He was able to walk me through all the features that were important to me, and break down all the different packages available. With this information I was able to make an educated decision and I couldn't be happier.

I purchased my new Mazda here more than three years ago. The buying experience was great, and the service has been even better.

There are closer dealerships to my house but none provide better service. Radford in the service dept is awesome.

Mazda produces great vehicles and the two star rating has NOTHING to do with the brand/car itself, but everything to do with the dealership. If you want a great vehicle, by all means buy a Mazda, but at another dealership.

In 2018, I was looking for a sedan car with luxury packages. There were a dealer named Anthony, he approached me and my dad about the type of vehicle which it would work for me. This guy gave me great car Mazda 3 GT with premium packages which it was great choice!

From last week, I was considering to keep my car after 3 years lease but Anthony called us about great deal for either 2021 Mazda 3 GT turbo or 2021 Mazda CX-5 GT Turbo. I’ve decided to go with Mazda CX-5 GT Turbo fully loaded which it was awesome choice for me!

If you guys are not sure about which vehicle you want to buy or lease, go to this dealer Anthony! He will help you and select the right vehicle! You won’t regret this, this guy’s the best.

I just purchased my Mazda 3 from here and the service was fantastic! Since it was my first time buying a car I took my father with me but the staff always addressed me instead of him which was super refreshing with me being a young woman. They are honest and everything they told me about the car was accurate. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and informative. They really seemed to go out of their way to accommodate me and resolve any concerns. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I'm changing my review from 5 to 1 star, because I feel like I've been let down by Mazda, despite the fact that I've been their loyal customer for over 7 years. Due to an unforeseen COVID related emergency, I had to break my lease just months after having entered one. A reasonable penalty would have been fine. But I lost a hefty $16K because they just are shrewd about their business. Sorry Mazda, I'm with Kia now.
