Thank you doctor for your patience. I was very ticklish, and the doctor patiently helped me finish the examination. The guy at the front desk is also very nice

The techs are wonderful as always. I had my first appointment and it was good. The receptionist who called me to confirm my 2nd appointment with Indian accent was helpful and friendly. However, the day I had my appointment on August 10 at 1: 00 pm. I came 15 minutes early. The Auntie Filipina receptionist was not friendly and not approachable. She even forgot to give back my Medical Card and I asked her kindly that she forgot to give my card and she gave me a typical annoyed smile. After my appointment, my tech instructed me to confirm with the Filipina receptionist about my ultrasound to be sent out to my Family Physician because in her file it was not noted. I came up to the receptionist to confirm with a soft tone. It took a while for her to understand me and I guess she was impatient. As she confirmed with me and her tone was unprofessional. She thinks that she owns the clinic. I understand she works hard as an admin, but as medical staff, you should be respectful to the patients. I rarely complain, but this is unacceptable. I gave 3 stars because of the techs, and the place is clean.

Rude receptionist refused to check my wife in because her requisition was "to blurry. " Appointment is now bumped by 3 weeks. God forbid you take 30 seconds out of your day and be helpful - terrible customer service - take your business elsewhere

I walked in with my frail 92 year old mother. The receptionist was very friendly. Willy, the technician, agreed to work into his lunch hour. He couldn’t have been more understanding, patient and professional.

I had done several ultrasounds there, I think the technicians were efficient and friendly but the receptionist was far below average. She definitely needs improvements!

The office very pleasant, it is roomy and bright, excellent environment. The reception staff is kind and patient. I had a transvaginal ultrasound and the tech was clear, kind and respectful. My spouse had an x-ray and the tech asked for consent before touching any parts of their body. The x-ray tech explained everything beforehand and he was not judgemental.

Terrible service. They want 40$ for a stick with the xray images. Orthopaedic surgeon says he cannot access the images and suggested to repeat the xray at the hospital - much better to go somewhere else.

Not sure why there are so many low review. This place is great and efficient. Needed an X-ray, had no appointment. I walked in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff and radiologist are professional.

Receptionist is so rude. She acts like a boss and doesn’t even want to answer simple question. She doesn’t deserve to work as receptionist. I would rather give 0 star if I could

Nobody seems to answer the phone, and they want you to request an appointment online. Well, when you request online it takes them 5 business days to call you back, and then if you miss the call and call back 5 minutes later you wait another week. Still no call back, cannot book an appointment at all. No follow up. After reading the rest of these reviews I’ll drive across town to some place with better service.

One star is a lot for them. I never recommend to go there. The sonographer’s behaviour was so decent. I felt humiliated when I left there.

Tiana did my ultrasound and I am thankful. She is so caring and polite. I arrived on time and there was no wait time.

Terribly rude receptionist. Kept pushing my requisition back to me and mumbling behind her mask and plexiglass barrier. I couldn't hear what she was saying so she yelled at me to read the covid screening questions. Then she yelled at me that she needed the requisition that she pushed back towards me twice! Most other clinics ask the questions and the patients verbally answer. How was I supposed to know what was expected without a clear sign telling patients what to do? Lack of clear communication for walk in patients. Unacceptable behavior of front staff.

Spent half an hour waiting with my referral not even being processed. Receptionist claimed difficulty with new system, but was on three personal calls during this time. One person in line behind me quit and left after observing this

This place only books ultrasound appointments requiring fasting between 8 AM and 10 AM. Even though I have been fasting in the past 20 hrs, and have no problem fasting longer during the day, they would not take such appointment requests.

Was worried because of all the negative reviews, but I had a great experience overall!

Booking an appointment over the phone was easy, and the agent I spoke to offered me multiple options to suit my needs.

The receptionist was professional and attentive. The technician was personable and efficient. Everything went smooth as I could hope for.

11/10 would x-ray again!

Extremely unfriendly, technician is extremely tough, uncoprative, and refused to give any feedback, never communicated, or even said any word.

Avoid this place, horrible!

Poor service, rude staff. Had an 830am appointment (they open at 8am) and had to wait as they were behind schedule already.
Find another location.

Not too bad, receptionist was quick to respond once I submitted request for an appointment booking, and the ultrasound went smoothly, but don't expect too much service

I haven't even been to my appointment yet and I'm already dreading it. Just making the call for the appointment was awful. The woman who answered the phone made it seem like I was just such an inconvenience to her day- she was very short with me and mad me feel like I shouldn't have even called.

I tried to make appointment over the phone. Waited 15mins for someone to answer for it just to go to voicemail. The technician was unfrendly and rough they were doing my altrasound. Wouldn’t recommend

Extremely rude. No consideration of covid protocols reception removed her mask rubbed her nose and continued to type and work away. Then used the same hand to give another patient a mask.

Their “expert” guided me to a super cold room, emptied a lot of very cold gel on me and started her rough and tough work. After her work, unlike any Canadian professional place again, instead of cleaning the gel, she rough-and-rudely left a pile of napkins and told me to clean my skin!

If they even had slightest idea about what Canadian Professionalism is, they would have made and keep their rooms, tools and gels warm, and would not risk losing clients by saving a few cents on their heating bill. And they would have been acting more like Decent People - With Respect and Honour!

Wife was not allowed to contact me during 20 week ultrasound. During COVID so I understandably could not attend but their policy is to not allow partners to witness this once in a lifetime event even by Facetime. Disgusting.

The technician was also extremely rough according to my wife and had no bed side manner and also scarily uneducated about fibroids.

Avoid this place like the plague.

I would rather drive farther than go here again. Avoid if you are going for ultrasound. The receptionist was nice but unfortunately the tech had zero bed side manners.

Despite clearly saying "we are pleased to offer patients Fast-Track X-Ray appointments at five Vancouver locations. " on their website, you cannot book appointments at the locations listed.

Ample street parking, clean modern facility, efficient check-in, on schedule. Procedure seemed fine, no discomfort. Would go here again.

I was a bit apprehensive because of all the negative reviews, but found that my experience was fine. The receptionist was friendly and the ultrasound tech was nice.

One of the WORST medical experiences I've ever had. Went in for an pregnacy ultrasound, and talk about a lack of bedside manner. The technician couldn't have taken more joy away from the situation. I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone!

Absolutely very worst healthcare experience I have ever been through. Disgusting attitude. The technologist treated my wife and I with contempt and aggression. This person turned what should have been a special and happy moment into an anxious and heartbreaking event. Healthcare should be a huminizing experience, and this was nothing remotely close to that. This place has no business dealing with people and should be shut down.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I just got my 20-week ultrasound yesterday. The technician was quite rude and rough with the ultrasound on my belly. I still feel a bit bruised to this day.

The only way to make a complaint is filling in a complaint form online at the College of Physicians and Surgeons website. This location don’t even accept my family doctor’s phone calls. Those radiologists’ behavior reminded me of high school bullies. They don’t follow any procedures or guidelines.

I had an ultrasound in September with a totally normal appointment, no complaints whatsoever. My doctor asked me to do a three month follow up ultrasound, which was scheduled for today. Due to my poor planning, I thought that the ultrasound was scheduled at the same location (kerrisdale) that I had my ultrasound at in September. Showed up for my appointment to find out I was at the wrong imaging centre! The receptionist was extremely accommodating and happened to have a patient call in to say they were going to be late, so the receptionist let me have an appointment shortly after my arrival, even though they don’t normally do ultrasounds in the morning. The technician was accommodating as well, given the situation. The receptionist was extremely friendly and understanding of the situation. Definitely recommend this location!
