If you want to see how unprofessionals work, just visit this location and they will show you pure unprofessional behaviour. I got a message for ultrasound and it says a 9 am appointment if you missed $75 charges may apply.
I reached 8.50 am and the Asian lady on the help desk told me to wait. I waited for 40 minutes and then I asked how long it would take. She told me that your appointment has been cancelled as there is no need for the ultrasound.
They have wasted my 2 hours. In addition to that i have to pay for the parking and drive back to my work late.

For missed appointments they are asking for 75$, now i want to ask them will you pay me for my losses of time and money?

The first 2 times i went to this clinic i had a good experience. My last visit was horrible. The tech called me from by her room door which was around the corner of the waiting area and just expected me to know where she was, she didnt say hi and just said ly down on the bed for ur exam. The tech did my growth ulstrasound in 5mins and told me my husband wasn't allowed to see the baby because he came the other 2 times. I had argued that and she finally said yes and literally took 15 seconds to show us our baby and said she couldnt give us a picture either. She gave me one paper to clean up a whole bunch of ultrasound gel (turned her back on me and didnt even ask) and during the exam did not talk at all about what she was doing or looking at. She was rude to start with. (a middle eastern tech)

Worst experience for first time parents! No need to be rude and the appointment is booked for 30mins, 5mins to get the job done isnt okay!

I would give them zero star if I could. Greedy, trying to make money from a dying person. My wife has cancer. Doctor needed a copy of her ultrasound. They charged money for it. Weren’t they paid for ultrasound? Why charge for a copy of report?

Staff was very courteous and helpful. My doctor's office had faxed in my requisition to the main service centre. The receptionist couldn't find it.she was good enough to call my and ask my Dr.to email it in so that she would get it directly. It was very busy as it was lunchtime and within 10 minutes I was in for my x-ray the technician was very nice I was out in less than

I would give them a zero if I could. The worst clinic I have been to till date. The worst service ever. I’m 24 weeks pregnant and went in for a simple ultrasound with a full bladder and while I wait then they realize bay they need my previous reports in order to do a simple ultrasound to check if the baby was ok. It’s a stat and obviously we tried but couldn’t then they tell me the appointment was booked wrong? The technician didn’t care to even try. They told me to re book and yes he front receptionist couldn’t find any appointments and I had to just leave because this was increasing my anxiety and anger. I’m still in shock like how does a technician think he has the power to decide whether you get your ultrasound or not despite a doctors order and then thinks he can diagnose your case and also has the audacity to tell you that there’s just not enough time to do the ultrasound because they wasted my half an hour arguing back and fourth. Just disgusting and unbelievable.

They don't follow their hours of operation and don't care. They close before their listed hours. I went to two locations 30-40 min before 'closing' and they had a hand written sign saying they are closed. People leave work early and travel based on hours of operation. Go to any other x ray company except for this. A poorly run business usually means it's poorly run in all areas.

Isnt as bad as people describe (from my experience). Got there 10 minutes before our appointment. Ultrasound lasted 15 minutes the technician didnt say much. I had no instagram expectations, so everything was good.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I had an ultrasound at 20 weeks. The lady was lovely and kept me informed about everything she was doing. It being my first baby, I was really nervous and wanted to know if everything was okay. She was wonderful, her name was Tara. I was informed unfortunately they didn’t get all the pictures they needed and I had to come back in a couple weeks and not to worry - which was no big deal.

When I booked my next appointment they asked if I had a preference male or female. I told them I had no preference and I got a male technician. He told my husband to wait. I spent 30 minutes on the table and he never said a word about what he was doing, he asked me to empty my bladder because he had more photos to take. So I went and came back and he seemed to have all he needed. He said I’ll get your husband. He spent a minute with us and rushed through what he was showing us. I asked if everything was okay and if the heartbeat was good and he said it was fine.

With COVID this was the first time I was able to bring my husband. I was so excited and I just feel robbed of the experience. My husband was worried cause no one told him what was going on and I sat there in silence cause he wouldn’t tell me what was happening either. First time moms, we are already nervous. It would be nice if we had a bit more bed side manner to assure us everything is okay.

Please do not fall for the mere 1-2 positive reviews for this location as I fell for them and it has been the worst experience for pregnancy ultrasound ever. The technician there was rude, did not answer for anything. We asked her if all was ok with baby to which she replied do not talk to me, talk to your doctor, we aren’t allowed to talk to patients.
I re verified with at least 10 other locations if asking about baby’s health wasn’t ok and each and every one said that there’s nothing wrong you had asked.
She didn’t let us take any pics as my family is travelling and upon asking her to provide us a print, straight denied that I cannot give it.
She did not make me hear my baby’s heartbeats as according to her the fetal Doppler is very unsafe for the baby.
The whole experience of seeing my lil one was ruined by this technician. Her name is ms. Phan. Please do not get any ultrasound here.

My experience for x-rays was fantastic! When I arrived, I was greated nicely and only waited a few minutes before I was called the gentleman that called my name was great at his good and took his time and made sure I ok before I left. He also gave me a hug and wished me Merry Christmas. He is a wonderful person.before i left the x-ray was ok

I went for my detailed second week ultrasound scan, it was performed by sonographer named Sweta. She is very professional, detail oriented, polite, calm and patient sonographer. She made me understand the 30 min long ultrasound procedure and answered to my basic questions patiently. We were not able to complete the entire procedure as some of the images of baby's heart came out to be unclear, so she called me again next day during her lunch time as the slots were booked already. Since, it's a time sensitive scan, she understood the importance and spared some time from her lunch hour to complete the scan. Highly appreciate her! Thank You Sweta!

The experience of seeing our baby for the first time was ruined!

My wife and I went in for our first Ultra Sound yesterday and we did not have a positive experience at all.
We went up to the front desk to check in and the lady made us stand there in front her for a minute without even telling us that she will be right with us. I could clearly tell that she was doing something, but it is not common courtesy acknowledge that we were there and ask us to wait?
Next, the technician called us for our turn, but did so from the hallway. I would expect that she should have come out to the waiting area to see us face to face and lead us to her room.
If these were the only two things, it would not be a big deal.
The whole time while she was doing the ultra sound, we got the impression that she wanted to get rid of us as fast as she could. She took pictures of the baby without even consulting with us and the picture turned out really bad. She showed us the baby's body and arms and legs, but it was literally for 30 seconds. She did not answer my questions properly when I asked because she was too busy trying to get the measurements and pictures printed, and at the end she forgot to give us the printed picture until we reminded her. She told us that we were finished without even looking at us, because she was too busy filling out the form for the family doctor. Then I asked her what the next step is, if we have to contract the doctor, or if the doctor will contact us (basic information that she should have told us) and she had an annoyed look in her face and said that the doctor will contact us.

I am sure she did not do anything wrong, she checked off everything that she is required to do. However, for most couples, this is such a precious moment that would stay with them for a long time. The poor service from the technician should not ruin the joy of seeing your baby for the first time.

Incompetent. Did not say anything about my baby how it is and squeeze my time. I was already there 15 min ahead from my appointment time still he give me less than half time to me and said i am not able to give you more time. I was wait outside for half an hour.

My mom was on hold for 30+ minutes and then finally someone picked up. They looked into finding a day, but didn’t ask for any details and just hung up the phone on their end. My mom awaited a call back but there was no call. We ended up using the website to schedule and we got this automated text message that literally says “a member of the team will contact us” and no one has yet.
Absolutely pathetic. Disgusting system.

My wife booked an appt with West Coat Medical Imagining Guildford location a month ago regarding breast ultrasound screening but was told that she could not do it when she arrived on Oct 28,2022. What a joke! They let a patient booked an appt and waited for a month till arrival and then told the patient that she could not do it. My wife thought that maybe her family doctor sent the wrong requisition to west coast medical imaging and it was why they could not do the ultrasound screening but when the new requisition was sent again and my wife asked them to check it. The receptionist was very rude and impatient, saying it was the same requisition. Can you not read. Excuse me.my wife was just a patient and requisition was sent directly from her family doctor's office and the first sentence under the description of requisition was different compared to the previous one. Our family doctor wanted my wife to do the ultrasound and it was why she set the requisition and the receptionist at West Coast Medical just told my wife that you did not need to do ultrasound. I wondered who was the doctor? This is ridiculous.

The staff called me last week to confirm my appointment and told me what to prepare for ultrasound. She was really nice and told me to go to Guilford location. I did read reviews and got pretty nervous from what I read BUT my experiences today was totally opposite from the review. The front desk lady was really nice and friendly to check me in. But for somehow I was waiting for too long than I expected so I went to ask and she was rush to check what happened because I should be done already. She apologized to me and after a few mins. The technician called me. She said sorry to me and was really nice and did everything fast because I was holding for so long and let me went to the washroom so I felt better. What a good experience for my first time here. Thank you!

Easy to find parking spot. You have to walk to the basement to their office. Mask required inside but if you don't have, they provide for you. So overall, I had a good experience and pretty happy when I left the place.

I have been trying to book an ultrasound appt for a month from now. Requested a priority appt online a week ago, entered info and no callback. Tried to request an appt online again a few days later. Nobody has called me back. Today I called them and waited on hold for 45 minutes before the call automatically hung up. Called again and waited another 45 minutes before it asked me to call again later and then hung up. So frustrating! I don't know what I am supposed to do.

Please double check your time and location while booking. I got an appointment after 20 days, and when I reached the Guilford location the lady told me that you are booked for new west location. That was shocking to me as while booking I called Guilford location and told to book for the same.it was very disappointing as I went all prepared for the test, took a day off. I told them to adjust me somewhere as it was there fault but the lady rudely replied and gave me appointment on a later date. Now I have to again wait for 20 days.

This is the most ridiculous experience I had! I never give one star because I appreciate all the work and services of various institutions and establishments. However, the poor customer service, unreliable slow system process made it the worst experience I had so far. The management should widely see the processing system of this imaging company, particularly in Surrey. We deserve better healthcare services!

I've been to this place several times. Sometimes they could be busy, but the front desk and the radiologists are always friendly and professional. It's a good choice if you don't live too far away to come here.

I did my ultrasound today and the technician is great. He is nice and professional, very patiently answers questions and explains how patient cooperates with aultrasound taking. He deserves a five star. I've been here many times. Today is the first time I feel a bit uncomfortable at the reception. I heard they've got a new system, and that may be why the waiting line in checking in is longer than usual. The receptionist lady (I meet her for the first time) seems frustrated and rushes patients away. That feels impatient and disrespectful. Although she may be stressful and frustrated, as the receptionist she could have communicated with patients in a more professional way. I like this place all the time, so hope things can get improved in the future.

We had an appointment booked on July 26 at 8AM and was requested to arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment. No chairs to sit down. No one greeted anyone. A staff walked by without acknowledged anyone. There were 5 people waiting.
Called out to get a chair and a lady responded no chairs to be put out until the clinic opens. Then why is my husband advised to come 15 minutes early just to stand around? He had surgery on July 19. This clinic is not compassionate and the lady said my husband was yelling her. He was only asking for a chair so he could sit down. He only got a chair to sit after he said "Are you going to wait until some collapse before you put chairs out in the waiting room? " Please do not ask patients to come in early if your clinic is not ready to greet patients. Also, be courteous to seniors. Someday, you'll be lucky to become one.

We had an appointment for 6: 20 pm on july 27th 2022, the staff welcomesd us and helped us right away, when we started from our place when we checked online it says WCMI is closed by 4: 00pm that's our only concern, other than that they were very professional and friendly. The place was Airconditioned so felt much better for the heat wave. I don't know why other people give poor rating but I had completely diff experience.all was finished within 15 mins. Thanks guys.

Great experience with an x-ray walk in. From the time I got there to the time I left it took just 10 minutes.and that includes waiting 3 minutes for the person in front of me taking a while at the reception desk. The receptionist was also super nice.

I had a smooth experience at the guilford location. Booking was easy and quick. When I came to my appointment, staff was super friendly and nice. The technician was very kind. I recommend it and would go back if needed.

This is really weird policy. I thinks for all West Coast Medic. X-ray don't need appointment, but when I comes, always said full and come back later, then I asked i will do appointment for sure i can do next time come back, they said, no, don't take appointment! What is the points. Every time I drive 50km to here to hear full. Come back next time. Why they don't take appointment easier for everyone instead of driving here for nothing. I am looking for some where else to do x-ray

One word: INCOMPETENT! They moved my 2pm appointment to 5 pm without prior notice. Apparently the technician called sick in the morning. So are they shortage of technicians too? Anyway, Once I got there the medical clerk said she’s going to squeeze me in BUT what she did NOT mentioned is that the technician will rush to do her actual job! Not to say did not check at all my pelvic. Just said: it’s mentioned here that you have right ovary pain, she pressed one time and said we are all done for today!
It’s getting more and more worrisome this nonexistent Canadian healthcare! I will report them immediately and request serious sanctions! This should be taken seriously as they are misdiagnosing and sending wrong reports! It is our actual health there botching with! UNACCEPTABLE

This morning at 8 am, my aunt and I went to have a medical check-up at 15300 105 for a follow-up check-in. The female check-in staff member was very impolite and had racist behavior, because I am not too fluent in English, raised her voice at me? We pay for medical checkup, balance peace respect not come to feel so bad!

I went into this location to get an xray to find out why I was having trouble breathing 5 weeks after having covid. The lady working at the desk she was very rude, unprofessional and so loud that all the other patients there can hear about your medical ailment (unethical) says I can't be seen at this location because of my breathing issues. No kidding that's why I'm there for an xray. I explained that I am not covid positive and you should take into consideration that people coming in for tests are covid long haulers and need help. Train your staff accordingly!
