West Coast Medical Imaging

I went there for shoulder xtray (of course with shoulder pain). The lady who did the xtray was not only rough she was also impatient she asked me to move with my stuff from one room to another it took me less than 2 minutes as I was in pain and trying to gather my belongings it was a snow day so big jacket to carry and all… she stood in the hallway with her colleague and started talking about me and laughing. So rude and unprofessional. I gave two star just the receptionist was nice but the xtray technician was not a good one. Would I go back the answer is NO.

These people are doing a wonderful job. Receptionists and the technicians are really good. Some customers need to grow up and learn how the medical field works. With zero knowledge you are nothing but a fool. Arrogance, anger, and Abusive behaviour at medical centres won’t help.

I had a great experience at this location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also, the estimated wait time was 30-45 minutes, but was called before that, which was fantastic.

Poor experience. We waited one hour for x ray (referred from E. R overflow). Two hours after that and there was still no report. Went back TWICE to find out what was going on. They had no explanation except to say the tech hadn’t read it even though others after ours were read. Ultimately they printed it and let me take it with me back to urgent care. Office was not air conditioned on a very hot day. Staff was friendly though

They don't follow their hours of operation and don't care. They close before their listed hours. I went to two locations 30-40 min before 'closing' and they had a hand written sign saying they are closed. People leave work early and travel based on hours of operation. Go to any other x ray company except for this. A poorly run business usually means it's poorly run in all areas.

Zero star give to this location never pick the phone and rude staff here. Need to be training for customer service.

Tried two different branches for my pregnancy ultrasound and they both sucked. It is west-cost medical imaging. They really take away emotions when dealing with ultrasound.
