West Coast Metal Recycling LLP

I went to West Coast Metals last week and the staff were incredibly rude. It was my first time and I was practically turned away by the disrespectful and cold employees.

I briefly talked to someone named Mikael but he was not very welcoming and seemed preoccupied on his phone. Feeling very discouraged since I’d heard good things about this place so it’s unfortunate my experience did not live up to the expectations I had going in.

Legitimately the worst experience I've had in any place of business I've stepped foot in. The employee was terribly rude and didn't so much as smile or greet me. NEVER again.

I recently called west coast about some recycling needs and spoke with Michael on the phone and he was very informative and polite!

It is dirty and noisy like any other recycling or garbage depot but fast and courteous service!

First time here and didn’t get much, but after they found out they fixed the issue. Will definitely return. Thanks for checking into the problem and fixing it.

We dropped off an old range hood and some florescent light fixtures for recycling and were impressed with how helpful and personable the staff were.

Clean, efficient scrapper that is different from all the others in it's set up. Pays premium prices but unfortunately the only way to see the actual price breakdown is to cash out your ticket in the machine collect your loot and then return to the processing area.
