Amazing customer service and a team that goes the extra mile! I was driving by when a tire pressure warning came on. It was 7: 30am so no one was open yet but I thought I'd try my luck since I just needed a top up. I pulled up and they answered the door. After hearing my problem I was told they didn't have the right keys to get into the shop. John (another employee) told me he would find another way and directed me to a different bay. Evan was patient, kind, and diligent which was far from what I was expecting in a car salesman, and that extends to the rest of the team as well (incl. Alex, Maddison, and Wilson). There were some issues that I had after the sale, but Evan and Alex were very responsive and understanding, and made sure to resolve my concerns within 1 day. I especially appreciated how Evan went above and beyond on the delivery day, including brewing tea for me and carrying my bike from where I'd locked it all the way to the car, so I could easily fold it up and place it in the trunk (and not forget about it either).

Just bought my brand new car from West Coast Nissan with Michael this past weekend. I already knew the car I wanted and had test drove it elsewhere, so we sat down and in less then a half hour we had a deal.
