I sat waiting for the dr for 30 minutes. They spent maybe 5-10 minutes with me during my ‘45 minute intro session’.

Then try scanned my feet to sell me on a way too expensive option. And they charged extra for the scan.

Poor communication, poor service.

Went to see Dr. Hahn as my podiatrist had moved. I originally saw Dr. Hahn who seemed to be very knowledable and listened to her patients. After the original appointment I was passed off to one of her colleagues. My first pair of orthotics with West Coast Podiatry had to be remade ~ I've had many pairs so I know what to expect. My 2nd pair of orthotics a year later (my feet have never changed that quick where I was needing another new pair) but after 4 appointments and 3 remakes, I decided to go elsewhere. Going to see a Dr is one thing but if there are this many issues when being passed off to a colleague who isn't a doctor, maybe that person shouldn't be seeing people. Unfortunately I would not recommend West Coast Podiatry.

This was my first time visiting a podiatry clinic, the reviews were good so I decided to book instead of going to my family doctor. I only had a tiny dot on my foot and I wanted to make sure it wasn't planters wart and it wasn't. The doctor told me I stepped on something and did very little to try to remove the object, likely a piece of glass, and proceeded to apply a strong chemical for the price of an extra $130 on top of the consultation fee. I specifically asked her if I was going to be able to walk and she told me "yes, it's only going to burn a little. " By the evening time the pain was really severe, I felt like my foot was melting and the blister that formed was very large. I wasn't able to walk or leave home for 5 days and in severe pain. Only when I called the clinic the next day to ask what to do they sent me the 'after care package', which stated moderate to severe pain to the treatment. The offered me to drain the blister for an extra fee. I was treated for planters wart, which I understand it could be the correct treatment, but I feel like I should have been given a choice and asked if I wanted to feel severe pain and the cost. I felt ripped off and stupid. I was seen for 15 minutes, given a bill of $205 and told to return in three weeks. Yes, I was shown a list of prices before my treatment, but it is difficult to know that a drop applied to my foot would cost extra, as it could have been a part of the consultation. A small foot issue turn into a big problem. The doctor was friendly, but to me, it did not feel like she cared about me as a person, only about the money, unfortunately. I will not go back.

Visited for forefoot injury. She was nice but didn’t get any practical help other than the recommendation for orthopedic shoes.

Dr. Hahn is a very warm, caring, gentle doctor. I had to have my big toenail removed, and I was terrified of the whole thing! She explained the process calmly, reassured me, and conducted the procedure quickly and painlessly. You may pay more to see Dr. Hahn (her clinic isn't covered by MSP), but I'd much rather see her than other doctors with poor bedside manners! I saw another podiatrist, and they weren't concerned at all about reassuring me, but Dr. Hahn is different. She is lovely, and you will be in good hands with her.

Doctor Hahn is awesome! She has made my thickened toenails look and feel amazing over the past two years. I wish I had started making appts years ago, my feet would have been way happier

Was happy when I called and was able to get an appointment the next day but when I showed up they advised on their forms of a $130 consulting charge that they did not advise of on the phone. Very high! And I left. They did however refund my parking fee hence the 2 stars. The receptionist was quite defensive and just kept saying how it's not covered and I knew that but would have booked my appointment for after payday at the very least or declined the appointment altogether as it is an excessive consult fee and other places I have now called are much more reasonable.

I wholeheartedly recommend West Coast Podiatry. My treatment went very well and Dr. Han is great.

Dr Hahn has been a pleasure to deal with over the past year. Easily the best doctor I have had the pleasure to see on a regular basis.

After my first podiatrist told me there was no hope for my toenails to grow, I decided to try one more, and I'm so happy I chose Dr. Kathy. She literally saved my toenails, I wont be going to anyone else from now on. Highly recommend Dr. Kathy!

Highly recommend Dr. Hahn, she got rid of my planters wart pain within 24 hours and it was completely gone in 2 weeks! Had for 6+months & saw several other drs with numerous other treatments. Thank you!

This is a great place to get your foot related issues fixed. Dr. Kathy fixed my planter wart problem with chemical treatment for which I was almost troubled for the past 6-8 months, but as soon as I saw her she identified the problem and decided to do the chemical treatment. Now after 3 week I am free from planter wart. Thanks Dr. Kathy.

Excellent doctor, she explained everything about the procedure to me, the procedure was quick and pain free. After care is excellent. Office is clean and efficient. Many thanks.

Suffered for a year with this plantars wart on my foot with the masculine intention of "it'll be better soon". It was not: (My Doctor recommended Dr Hahn and as with each of his previous recommendations it was to a consummate professional, I was impressed with the effectivity of the single required treatment and the front end staff was as professional as Dr Hahn herself. A fine operation and I would recommend it to anybody.

Overall experience was great, Dr. Hahn helped me deal with a stubborn Plantar wart, I would recommend her.

I went in for a simple wedge resection for $200, they tried to bill me $365. I asked what for? They said there were fees, I asked what fees? They refused to tell me. I left.

If I could give them a no star review I would. I have filed a formal complaint against them for unlawful practices.

Dr. Hahn has been so helpful for all of my foot woes. She has helped my son as well. Always prompt and so friendly.

I'm on my second pair of orthotics now from Dr. Hahn. After wearing my first pair for 2 years, I decided to make a couple of modifications to have a set more suited for hiking, added cushioning in a few spots, etc. Dr. Hahn was very receptive to my concerns and accommodated the changes I wanted. I've now worn these on a few hikes and they feel great. I can go much further without any foot fatigue. Also, the receptionist Abe was very helpful in setting me up for my insurance claims. They went through without a hitch. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality orthotics with exceptional service.

Seems like a setup and a insurance fraud. They wanted to charge 500$ silently onto my credit card and on asking questions as to the cost referred that they can bill directly after contacting insurance. Luckily i did not pay with card. They never called insurance looks like and never got back to me. Just 200$ wasted for a 5min visit to the doctor. Unbelievable - the prices they are charging. 500$ for a shoe insert:)

Dr. Hahn is amazing! She's very kind and easy to talk to. All my concerns were addressed in a single visit. They even directly billed my extended health plan! She truly cares about her patients, and I absolutely recommend her.

I was suffering from pain on my right foot for over two years. As a person who loves walking and mild hiking, my life was distributed. I tried different kind of treatment and spent hundreds of dollars with no success. Eventually I was referred to Dr. Kathy Hahn. When I met with Dr. Hahn it was the beginning of the end of my suffering. She diagnosed the problem as soon as she examined my foot. She explained the problem and treatment procedure in details and in plain language. After treatment, I am back to my normal life - enjoying walking. I wish I could be referred to her sooner. In addition to be expert in her filed she is a very caring and kind person. I have no hesitation to recommend her service to others and I certainly give her five stars.

BEWARE. We made an appointment for a family member and they failed to inform us of the fee at the time of booking. If we were aware we would have used the medical system. On arrival I was told the visit would be 120.00. Due to the fact we had waited a week for the appointment we didn't have much choice, we agreed to the fee. After the appointment was completed I was then presented with a bill for 300.00. I was not asked or informed and neither was the patient. If I had known I would have not proceeded. It really put us in a tough position. I cannot believe a medical office does not inform you of their prices and they just proceed? Also most coverage is just for 120.00 a visit so beware if you are going to use this doctor and ask about pricing up front before you waste your time.

Thank you, Doctor Hahn. She was attentive, was a good listener and thoroughly explained the cause of my health issues and ways to remedy them. I have been suffering from this annoying inflamed nerves on the centre of my right foot for a month. Amazingly, since wearing the orthotics Dr. Hahn ordered for me, I realized my pain has been gone! In fact the pain went away the first day I started wearing them. Thank you, thank you! I also love the clean and large facility. Would definitely come back!

Went in for a consultation and got my feet scanned but when the orthotics arrived and I tried them on they felt so off compared to my old ones. The doctor said to try them but after wearing them for 1 day my arch was bruised and I could barely walk. Brought them back in along with my old ones and the doctor realized they were so wrong and sent back again to get redone. Just got them back again and after 1 hour the top layer is ripping on both.

Update: Received a call offering a refund so changed the rating.
Not happy with the lab they use as they tried to reuse the same top layer before the orthotics were changed.
