I bought a Dodge Journey from here from Laurie a couple months ago. Low mileage, clean title and overall a nice car though little did I know that the battery and the alternator were pretty much done although their inspection papers showed both of the parts "in good condition". After putting 5000 kilometers on the car the car died on me, long story short, I replaced the battery and the alternator which cost me $1500. Point being when you're buying a used car test these parts yourself and never trust what the salesman tells you about the car.

Can I give this place no stars? From the very first time I went to this place I felt like a second class citizen. The managers and salesmen looked down at my high vis vest and steel toe boots from the ends of their noses like the nose of an airliner peering at the ground demanding a place to land.
Now, I did purchase a Tundra despite how I felt treated by the staff. I payed CASH for my brand new 2021 concrete grey Toyota Tundra. That was almost 2 years ago and I've still only put 42000km on this beautiful machine. I have taken good care of my Tundra and in June of this year the brakes were given a full servicing at the prodding of the esteemed and, obviously, knowledgeable service department at Toyota.

Fast forward 2 months. On a road trip with my family my steering wheel develops a shake. Upon my safe return home with my wife and young children I called and spoke with Meddy in the service department. After I told him about the shaking steering wheel he proceeded to tell me that, most likely, the rotors and pads had overheated due to my horrible driving and that after the parts cooled that everything would be fine.
I took exception to the way Meddy was speaking to me. I told him about my experience in the transport industry and that NEVER had I been told a shaking steering wheel was OK. Meddy hung up on me.

I called back and asked for the GM. I was told they weren't in. I drove to the dealership.

I presented the service department with a copy of my latest inspection report and $400 receipt for services rendered. Again I was told about overheating brake parts. Long story short, the service department refused to look at my truck unless I paid for their presious shop time. I politely informed the gentleman I was dealing with that his answer was unacceptable and I left.

On my way out of the parking lot I saw what I thought was a sales associate. When I asked the sharply dressed man if he was a sales person for Toyota he replied with a proud smirk,
"No, I'm the GENERAL MANGER".
When I asked him why Toyota would not guarantee their work he told me that it was because I didn't buy the right warranty package when I got my truck in the first place.
I told this individual to take my latest invoice inside with him so he had all the right information to REMOVE ME FROM THEIR SYSTEM AS I WOULD NEVER BE DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN AND THAT I WOULD BE GETTING RID OF MY TOYOTA ASAP BECAUSE OF THE WAY I HAD BEEN TREATED BY THE STAFC AT MAPLE RIDGE TOYOTA.

Service is good just hope toyota figures out away to keep the rear view mirror cover from falling off on my brand new tacoma. BIGGER CLIPS? Seem it would be an easy fix, we will see

Sales management is very rude with customer requests and never listened customer concerns. I had visited five dealerships across Fraser valley and Vancouver and never seen this rude behaviour. Thanks, for great insolent service and learnt lesson not to recommend anyone to this dealership.

Made an appointment for service, arrived 15 minutes early, was told an hour and a half to two hours. After 3 hours they were just starting the service. Abysmal. Totally unprofessional. Do not come here for vehicle maintenance.

Love the Rav4.not so impressed with the dealership. Mark was a good sales guy and took care of us but we did find a few "extra charges" on the invoice when we went to pay that had to be rescinded. However it's the aftercare that hasn't been so good. We only received 1 key with the vehicle which was very frustrating for us and has proved to be a headache on numerous occasions. After 6 months wait and a number or checking, we finally got a letter from Toyota advising our 2nd key was available. I emailed Mark, who forwarded to his sales manager Gord, who then advised me to call service to book a meeting. So I called and was transfered to parts. Parts was busy so took my number and 3 weeks later has still not called me back. So I emailed the sales manager Gord asking for help making an appointment and he forwarded my email off to someone is service. 2 weeks later.
. Crickets! So while I love my Rav4 Prime. I would hesitate to buy from this dealership again as I don't feel like a valued customer at all.

We bought our '21 TRD OR 4Runner from WC Toyota, & do all our service work here. Everyone, from general reception, to service dept reception, sales/service advisors, technicians & the car wash guys, are friendly, approachable & knowledgeable. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we always have a great experience here, & wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Thanks, WC Toyota!

Really bad place for servicing cars. Service department not helpful no answers for any doubts. The guy I met at service desk told me go and refer manual book. Very rude service from the guy I met at the service department. Not coming back for another service.

Took my car for service and asked for an oil change only. Because I don't know what the different services are and when the service associate told me it is service 2, I believed him. I have been taking my car to this location for a number of years and I have never had a more dishonest associate. Even though I asked repeatedly about the cost as it didn't make sense. Be careful when taking your car and having things pushed to be done that doesn't. Very disappointed and will be finding a new place to have my car serviced.

The advisor that helped me yesterday is the main reason why I'm finally leaving a review after 4 years of having my car. My senior mother was in need of a car ASAP and I wanted her to have a safe, reliable, and fun vehicle for her golden years. I had contacted several dealers where due to supply shortages as well as could not be bothered attitude could not accomodate our needs. I had been feverishly looking and inquiring for months reaching dead ends and road blocks.

I contacted West Coast Toyota and DAMIAN P.was on it immediately. He was extremely professional, understanding and found a car for my mother within minutes. He was very human and there were NO GAMES. He put himself in my position and gained my trust (I am very skeptical of salesmen). He understood safety and reliability was very important to me and explained the Toyota Corolla Hatchback came with an SOS button in the event of emergencies. He confidently explained he would not hesitate putting his mother or grandmother in this car. He came in on his vacation to ensure everything went smoothly and that my mother had all the information she needed. He even tabbed the manual, sent instructional videos, explained the maintenance schedule, and set up the first safety inspection. He was very knowledgable about the mechanical and technical aspects of the vehicle.

Hands down I can't thank this solid human enough. I can rest easier knowing my mom has a safe and has cool ride. I bought my first Toyota in 2017 and since that day Toyota has been my rock during any concerns I had regarding my car. When I got rear ended by a F150 and my car got totaled, I called Toyota dealership in Maple Ridge who immediately helped getting a new vehicle. I had the manager of the dealership calling me and working with me while he was on vacation, so I could get a new vehicle! Neil, my sales advisor was at the dealership during his vacation time, to help me with all the paperwork and the delivery of my new vehicle! The team of Toyota Maple Ridge has never treated me as a number, they have always treated me as an important customer. I didn’t have to discuss numbers with them, they knew my budget and worked hard around it, they never pushed me to get a more expensive vehicle. They understood my needs and respected my budget! I don’t think I will ever buy a car at any other dealership! Thank you Toyota Maple Ridge!

I bought 2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE from West Coast Toyota last week. Enky was GREAT. KIND, PATIENT, FRIENDLY and most of all he answered all of my questions over and over. He was always responsive and fair. He spent an enormous amount of time with me. He and the rest of the team were a JOY to work with. Enky went above and beyond. Everyone was simply excellent, and I will certainly come back when it's time for new Toyota.

Be warned all the reviews are fake here. Kartik (sales manager) is scam artist. They are also privately owned and Toyota Canada has no power over them. Do not buy a car from here and save your self the troublesss.

Went for an Airbag recall. They busted the air vents and said they ordered replacement part for it, but never bothered calling me to come in and have it fixed. So while I like my Toyota im never going to want to deal with their dealerships again. Something small like this turns a customer off forever. Proof below.

And now its long enough that no response they make would even matter as it would only be because of this review. Just gonna get the part at a Junker and do it myself one weekend soon.

These guys did an inspection and service on my little Yaris on the same day! (I can’t say you’ll get in as quick as I did… I was certainly lucky but it does happen.) I had serpentine belt issues in the past, started happening again. Low-and-behold it was my water pump leaking coolant onto my belt, basically causing the belt to slip & it to squeal. These guys managed to fix her up in 2 hours and I was also still under warranty so I didn’t pay a dime! Plus a complimentary car wash! Super grateful for everyone in the service dept. Thanks again!

Came for first service after purchasing a used FR-S. I feel like the pricing is VERY attractive. Maybe even lower than my previous private shop. And they warranty everything. Nic helped me with what needs to be done and the Mechanic (ian) that did all the maintenance took time with me to explain stuff. I cannot be more satisfied. One thing though, they don't like to deal with modifications. But i guess when you are that busy, it make sense.

The whole car buying process was simple, easy, and low stress/pressure. I was able to text and email Laurie Shong, ordered the spec we wanted, it arrived 3 months later as predicted. Smooth transition from sales to business manager. Vehicle was nicely prepared and driven off the showroom floor. Great job West Coast!
