I really enjoy talking to the owner and store staff. Excellent advice, knowledgeable staff and great products. Definitely recommend this store.

The people here are knowledgeable and genuinely seem to love birds. I won't go anywhere else for things for my bird anymore. End less bird toys.

The Asian lady working there seems unnecessarily angry and paranoid. She is often mad and aggressive for unknown reasons. For example, she:

-whips paper away aggressively at the cashier
-glares at people and asks in a very angry tone “do you need help, ” and then a minute or two later, follows you and glares at you, making it obvious that she’s looking you up and down for a few seconds, thus making things super awkward (why would anybody ask her for help when she speaks in an angry accusative tone?)
-says things like “I’m not the only one working here” when you’re ready to pay for something and she’s working on stacking something else at the cashier
-tells the other junior guy working at the cashier that he needs to get me to pay for an item that I already paid for when I was holding the item walking around the store

She scares people away and makes people feel like they shouldn’t ask for help or questions. I think she often assumes people are guilty before they are proven innocent and is paranoid of something or someone. I wanted to stay longer in the store to find a stringy toy for my pet bird, but was scared to stay longer by her unnecessarily mad tone and demeanour, and thus I couldn’t peacefully pick a toy.

Looks like there's a lot of accessories for birds.unfortunately they don't have any pets in the store.

We arrived at 5: 28 p.m. To purchase last minute items at the rear door. I found it is locked and there are still 2 mins before the posted store closing time. As an eager customer, I knocked on the door once, waited a few seconds and knocked again. When I almost decided to give up, someone came to answer the door. Before I could say I am sorry for the lateness but that I needed to quickly get a bag of bird food, the store staff impatiently and angrily blamed us why we came at last min. I explained we just wanted to quickly grab some bird food. She let us in very unhappily. We finished paying right at 5: 30. On my way out, I said to her "you were pretty angry at us", hoping to ease the situation. She then started to blame me again in a very rude tone.

I've never encountered such a rude staff in any store before. To let customers in or not is up to the store, either way I do think they should treat customers nicely. I am wondering whether she knows what customer service is about, how to treat customers in a proper way, no matter what the circumstances are.

Lots of toys way over priced. As I was paying there is two wood toys one half the size of the other same price. Asian lady maybe the owner is extreamly Rude! Says yeah if you don't like it you don't have to get it. I said I'm already buying it! She said don't buy it if you don't want to. I said I'm buying it! Then she said if you don't want it it is ALL final sale! Whole store is final sale! No returns on anything!
Half of there food is expired or has bugs in the bags! Amazon is cheaper faster and doesn't treat you like a peice of garbage! Will no longer be supporting this bird store! Please don't support a store like this! Sad sad store!

Good selection, knowledgeable staff. I always enjoy a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience when I go there every 6 or 8 weeks for bird supplies.

They do have a great selection of foods and toys and accessories.
However, be careful! The foods that are 50% off were expired 6 months ago or more than 1 year ago. I think it is okay to sell bird foods that are expiring this month or next month, but if it is already expired more than 6 months or even 1.5 years, and still charged 50% of the original price? I hope buyers should be careful about the discounted product. Check the expiration date!

Brought my bird to the vet for a checkup and went to check out the store while I was waiting. Did not leave empty-handed, so much toys, perches and other goodies! Also, the staff were kind enough to move a cage in front of an outlet to let me charge my phone since I was going to uber home and my phone was dying.

Lovely place. I live on the island but whenever I cross over I make a point to stop here. Love that there's a place to get plenty of toys and such for birds. I got my cockatoos cage here and it's perfect for him too

I love these guys. I have been a customer for about a decade, and the entire family that works there are very helpful and sincere. If you need bird food, please visit them. I come all the way from Maple Ridge.

If you have any type of parrot/pet bird you love deeply and want the best for them. Come shop from here.

Great store and helpful owner and staff. Me and my mother in law had great time in the store so much selection and the best cages. Wish we had one in Langley too. Love it.

I was so happy to find a parrot store not a wild bird store. Owner is so friendly and it's so neat and organized. So many real wood perches and toys. It's great. They also have online store so people not in Vancouver can still shop.
