RUN.do not walk to work with West past Windows! From the beginning of the process to the end GREAT customer experience and AMAZING installation where you NOT tell the large picture window was not original to the house. I needed a BIG picture window and Westcoast did the job on time, showed up when they said they would and left everything immaculate! What are you waiting for? Anothe window company to return your call?

Can’t thank Westcoast Windows enough. We are so glad we went with them. The interior of our home feels brand new and many neighbours have commented on how nice the windows look from the exterior as well. The process was simple for measuring and consulting, and the install team was amazing, so clean, and so fast! We can already tell the windows are more efficient at keeping heat on our home, and are very impressed at the quality! I would 100% recommend them to friends family and neighbours:) (and already have!)

I had my windows replaced by West Coast Windows in March 2023. The team from West Coast that I dealt with, from Sales & Service to Installation, were incredible! They were professional, arrived as scheduled, completed the installation in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. The windows look great and were left nice and clean. I couldn’t have been more happy and satisfied with the work West Coast windows did. Came to my house 3 days in a row. Always on time and very respectful of both the inside and outside of my house. They cleaned up after every day both inside and outside. I have had tons of renovations done to my house and this was the first ever, that I didn’t have to clean after the workers left. I was more than happy with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend West Coast windows

We just replaced our "1988 era" aluminum framed windows and patio doors with new vinyl framed ones made and installed by West Coast Windows. Nick Barnes was the product advisor who worked with us to pick the frame style and glass options we needed to achieve a classic and modern look, much improved energy efficiency, and to cut down on the traffic noise in our home from the busy street adjacent to our house. Once our order was placed the production and scheduling for the job was handled efficiently, and their installation crew of TJ and Jordan did a great job putting in the windows and patios doors as well as cleaning up after their work was completed. If you are looking for new windows and/or patio doors, I recommend you give West Coast Windows a call.

We had a few recommendations to go with Westcoast Windows for our new windows and patio door. We are so happy we did. Not only are the windows beautiful, their service was amazing. Very quick to install and the cleanup was perfect. Will always recommend them.

As a discerning consumer, I urge you to avoid this company at all costs. My experience with them was unprofessional and unpleasant, and I regret choosing them for my window needs. Not only were the windows of subpar quality, but the entire process left much to be desired.

Save yourself the headache and seek out a different company that values professionalism and customer satisfaction. Don't make the same mistake I did by giving this company your business. You deserve better, and there are other reputable companies out there that can meet your needs. Trust me, it's not worth the risk to go with this company.

I highly recommend WCW! The entire process was smooth! Keith took his time walking through the home to know what we wanted and answered all of my questions. He had me visit the showroom to see the windows before we bought them. The team was great in installing and were reliable, kind, and quick! 100% happy with the results!

The reception is very unfriendly and rude. We were there to ask couple questions bur she had absolutely no idea. I wish she was at least little but friendly to customers.

We chose West Coast for replacing all our windows after a thorough review of the suppliers a couple of years ago. Everyone we dealt with at WC was knowledgeable and professional, and the pricing was competitive. But what sold us was the fact that the installation is done by their own crew, not a third party. This avoids finger-pointing.
The importance of one-stop-shopping was highlighted a couple of months ago, when one of the small parts in our Euro door was giving us some trouble. I emailed them a picture of the issue, and within days, one of the team members from the original crew came and replaced the part cheerfully. Hassle-free at every step.

Jeff from the Sales Team came by after we reached out requesting a quote.

He walked around the home and explained the entire installation process along with the options available to us. Not only is he a super nice and genuine personality (not a "salesman" type AT all), but it should be noted that he was formerly a Lead Window Installer for the company so he absolutely knows what he's talking about.

After hearing about their amazing warranty, and the important fact that the entire sales, window making and installation process is done with only their team (they are a one stop shop vs.other companies who order their windows off-site (sometimes in the USA) and subcontract their installs, etc. - this can make warranty coverage awful to deal with if needed) we knew almost immediately that we would be going with WCW.

They aren't the cheapest by any means, but they're also not the most expensive. The warranty is worth its weight in gold for peace of mind.

Nick updated our quote multiple times without any complaints as we finally settled on the styles we were looking for.

When the install team arrived it was like watching a fine oiled machine. Each person on the team of 5 (?) had a very specific job and they all worked together to create a very cohesive and efficient process.

They worked VERY hard each day they were here and every one of them had a smile and positive attitude.

After they completed the project, we found a few minor issues that we brought to Nick and the Install team's attention. They came back one week later and fixed every single thing on site! And again, not one complaint. They even did a few walk throughs to ensure we were happy with every window.

It's been such an enormous difference having these new windows - we are thrilled!

Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience in what we initially felt was going to be a very stressful process.

Our general contractor for a living room-kitchen-bathroom renovation used West Coast Windows for the new windows. We were impressed with the quality of the product, the service, on-time delivery, and with the final outcome. This year, we got West Coast to replace the remaining windows in the house. The crew worked efficiently and carefully removed the old single pane windows and installed the new casement windows. They cleaned up everything before leaving including cleaning all the glass inside and out. The windows look great from the inside and outside, and they work great, very smooth action and very secure locking. It was an easy buying process, we're very happy with the results. West Coast Windows did a great job of replacing the old windows on our 1929 house. The estimator was thorough and communicated clearly, the office staff attended to all the details of the order promptly, and the installers were professional, worked quickly and did a neat job. The actual product is well-designed and appears to have been manufactured to a high standard. From the exterior, the windows match the look of the house, as if they had always been there. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

We have used West Coast Windows on two separate occasions as we live in a 1912 home that needed an update desperately. Presently 15 windows have been replaced and we have more to add once we complete our renovations.

After researching many brands, having in-home quotes done and assessing product lines we were confident West Coast was a superior product with guaranteed Lifetime warranty. Since we live in a 108 year old home installation was challenging due to original window openings not being completely square but the expert installers completed the task. The professional staff work efficiently to complete the job and are more than willing to make a project right if challenges arise. We believe in supporting local businesses and the Enertech Glazing System with reduced air leakage, double sealed spacers, and UV rays reduced for fabrics/floors is superior to other brands. We had a few of our windows serviced for minor adjustments and been very pleased with our service.

These guys have been in the business for 40+ yrs and it really shows! From the initial consult and discussions with our salesrep Brock to the final measurement visit (after 5 pm to accommodate our busy schedule) to the amazingly fast, clean and professional install it's been a great and pain free experience. Thanks to ALL of the staff who guided us through this dramatic transformation to our home back in 2016. We're still loving our new windows and doors and marvel at how little maintenance is required compared to the very old and inefficient items that were replaced.
