Save your money and avoid this dermatology clinic! The prices they charge are completely inflated, especially for basic procedures like botox. I made the terrible mistake of not researching the market prices beforehand, and it ended up being a costly lesson. To make matters worse, they initially promised me a free touch-up session, but when I returned, they insisted I pay for it, claiming I needed more than just a touch-up. It was a disappointing experience all around.

Unless you're incredibly wealthy and don't mind throwing away your hard-earned money, I would strongly advise seeking a more affordable and transparent clinic. It's essential to research prices, reputation, and customer feedback to ensure you receive the best value for your investment in any medical procedure. Learn from my mistake and find a clinic that prioritizes honesty, fair pricing, and genuine customer satisfaction.

Dr. Sutton and her team are absolutely brilliant! I received the results I wanted regarding my issues with melasma, without any laser treatments. Just a prescription for a topical cream was sufficient along with some medical grade creams to help with flaking and dryness and exfoliation. I saw my melasma slowly disappearing after just over one month. My confidence has been restored and I shall be forever grateful to West Dermatology! Hurrah for Dr. Sutton!

Being referred to Dr. Sutton about 8 years ago by my GP was one of the best things to happen to me. I had been suffering from rosacea and acne for a few years and was desperate for my skin to get better. Dr. Sutton is so kind, understanding and patient. She worked with me for over a year to find a combination of meds, skincare and laser treatments that gave me the best skin I had ever had. Because my skin was so great I slacked off and my rosacea came back with a vengeance recently. Of course I made an appt asap at West Dermatology! They now have a super cute office and her team is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Sutton got me back on track with laser treatments, awesome skincare and a little Botox now that I’m older ️ My skin feels great and honestly it looks flawless. It’s amazing to be able to go makeup free and feel good. If you suffer from rosacea… it’s just the worst. I am so grateful to Dr. Sutton and recommend everyone to West Dermatology!

I just had my third visit to Dr. Sutton’s office over the last year and my acne has completely cleared out. When I came in for my first visit, my face was red, sensitive, oily, and covered by a lot of acne. With all the sensitivity, I had stopped using any potentially irritating products and limited myself to only the gentlest and most moisturizing options (La Mer mostly, very expensive but I had no choice). Things were not looking any better though. When Dr. Sutton suggested the new regime to me I was skeptical and scared. How could I add more acid and retinol to my already irritated skin? What if I ended up in a worse situation? I had to return to work in person in September so I decided that I should just give it a try and I am so grateful for that decision. It was definitely not easy at the beginning. For the first three months, my skin was rosy, burning and peeling. I emailed the nurse Ashley several times and she kept reassuring me that I was on the right track. It was very hard, but the improvement was also significant. After three months my skin cleared up, and my sensitivity was gone. I had some sensitivity under my nose that I saw other dermatologists 2-3 times before I went to Dr. Sutton. It was very bad and I was desperate. Dr. Sutton told me that if the general inflammation and redness went down that part would likely improve and I thought she was just saying it, but it happened. I can’t even begin to articulate how thankful I am to Dr. Sutton and her team. Only people with long-term acne (more than 10 years for me) could understand that despair that no matter how much makeup you use your face never looks “clean” enough. Now I sometimes walk out just with some sunscreen and tinted primer. It is life-changing. It really helped with my confidence and quality of life. It was so so so painful to have acne and I tried so many things. I spent so much money on all kinds of skin products and all kinds of laser treatments, and chemical peels… but they are not sustainable until now… it might seem daunting to buy all the products Dr. Sutton recommended at once but in the long-term, it saved me so much more. My life is also simpler lol to no longer need to care about any other skin care products. One last comment I will make is that the location, the office space and everything are also clean, relaxing and beautiful. They are all super nice and accommodating.

I have had an absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Sutton and the entire team at West Dermatology. I started seeing Dr. Sutton in 2020 for acne issues and have been extremely happy with the results. My skin has never felt this good! Dr. Sutton and the entire team are very caring; I never feel rushed during appointments and appreciate being able to discuss different treatment options. Very happy with my overall patient experience and definitely recommend West Dermatology!

Dr. Sutton and her team at West Dermatology are incredible! I went to her to have my melasma treated and I cannot believe the results - after just 3 weeks I noticed significant improvements, and it was completely cleared up by my two-month check-in! I'm so blown away by how effective and comprehensive her treatment plan is and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone that's been struggling with melasma to go see her!

Dr. Sutton and her assistant Maria were extremely professional, patient, and conscientious. I was nervous for my procedure because I wanted to look very natural. They listened carefully to what I was looking for and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the plan. They truly cared about getting me the results I wanted.

The actual procedure was smooth and easy. They walked me through exactly what was going on as it was happening and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. I am floored by the results! It was exactly what I was looking for. I feel like I look natural and refreshed. I am so happy with my entire experience with Dr. Sutton!

I too had an unfortunate experience with West Dermatology and Dr Sutton.
I came in hoping to get more info on laser for some light hyperpigmentation marks that made me feel insecure. After speaking with the nurse, Dr. Sutton was brought in who spoke with me for less then 10 min looked at my skin from a chairs length away then said how a skin regimen program was necessary before any laser. I was given a piece of paper with a generic morning nighttime skin routine with a long list of products that she sells from her office. Despite me being concerned these products could cause irritation with my sensitive skin (i.e this routine included 3 exfoliants, and products that were heavily scented) I was reassured by the nurse and Dr Sutton that if I give the “routine” time my skin will be transformed. I was given no information about the products usage and risks. As well as how to use retinol as this was also prescribed to me by Dr. Sutton. I was told that buying the package I.e 1300 dollars worth of product which included a follow up appt was the best way to go. I got caught up and did buy this package which as a young student was a MASSIVE investment for me and one I came to regret very quickly. I was caught up in the whole environment of the place and trust in what Dr Sutton and her nurse told me. Having never experienced the dermatology world I thought this was normal. After doing my own research at home and using some of the products which caused major irritation I quickly realized that this skin regimen was nothing more than a way for her to capitalize as much as she could from her patients on the product line her office has ties with. I called the office back a week later and was shocked when I could not return the many unopened products purchased. After crying on the phone talking with reception I was told that I would be refunded for the follow up appt only. I was told by reception that it was highly unusual and that I was lucky to be given this small refund. As others have mentioned do not be swayed or convinced by the perfectly aesthetic office and employees. Do your research before hand. I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Sutton/West Dermatology It has taken me months to write my experience as I find my confidence again

Had a great appointment with Dr.de Gannes. They were able to expedite my appointment due to possible skin cancer (it's not, thank goodness!) so I got in super quickly. The clinic itself is gorgeous, the staff were very friendly toward me and everyone else I saw signing in.

My appointment was very fast, they definitely did not keep me waiting. Dr.de Gannes was very professional and she was able to diagnose the problem on the spot and then checked my entire scalp to ensure nothing else was hiding in my hair as my issue was located on my crown. She let me know what the next steps were and gave me the business card of another doctor that could fully remove the issue.

All in all, I was very happy with my experience here and I would recommend this clinic to anyone with concerns about their skin health. The appointment itself was only about five minutes but I felt like even though it was short, it wasn't because I was being neglected but rather because she has the knowledge and experience to know what she's doing. There was no upselling or pushing, it was very matter of fact.

Dr. Sutton, Nurse Kayla and Nurse Ashley have all been wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. My skin has improved so much in only a few weeks.

For someone that has struggled with acne and other skin related issues my whole life, receiving bad customer service by both the receptionists as well as the doctor, makes the experience that much worse. After waiting weeks to get in to see Dr. Nurmohamed, I left feeling rushed, unheard and disappointed by the doctor. She did not care to hear about my health history or even give me the time to ask questions or hear my concerns. Instead, she rushed through the appointment quickly prescribing me cream and told me to come back if I was not satisfied. Fast forward a few weeks later, I was not satisfied and decided to book another appointment and received even worse treatment by the reception team. They are unprofessional, short and rude! I tried booking my appointment on many occasions through email and phone, and both times were worse then the time before. I will not be returning and I urge anyone who is interested in going to this clinic to look elsewhere. Zero compassion or bedside manners!

I was nervous, as I had never really taken very good care of my skin, and had so many questions and issues, and I felt at ease immediately. After only one visit with the wonderful team, being put on a daily cleansing regime (my skin looks years younger, fresher and cleaner than ever before), with the fantastic products that Dr. Sutton Recommended, I am literally glowing! They were able to perform a few procedures at my consultation appointment, and I was surprised and thrilled! My self confidence, my understanding on how my overall appearance influences my self esteem and my overall poise has been boosted. I truly cannot say enough about this remarkable doctor and her staff. Life changing may sound like an overreach, but I assure it is not. Dr. Sutton listens to you, and is remarkable at her job!

I went in last year initially to discuss hyperpigmentation issues and enhancing my face with fillers. We've been working on gradually enhancing my cheekbones, lips, and jawline since then and Dr. Sutton also helped me learn that I was suffering from eczema! I recently did some neuromodulator work on my forehead to tackle some emerging fine lines and, as a bonus, my eyebrows just look extra fabulous!

I enjoy the staff so much and I feel like I'm hanging out with cool, knowledgable, and supportive friends.

Dr. Sutton is exactly the kind of doctor that you wish all doctors can be. She's friendly, knowledgable, thorough, efficient, and empathetic. She takes the time to explain the thought processes and reasons for her prescribed treatment plan, and makes sure all your questions are answered before leaving the office. Even over the phone, Dr. Sutton takes her time when explaining how to take medications, side-effects to expect and watch out for, the different situations in which medications can be stopped, and when/if to come back to follow-up treatment. This is the best experience I've had with a medical professional in a long time, and I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Thank you!

Dr. Sutton and her staff make any procedure a wonderful experience. There is no pressure or expectation to do anything beyond your comfort level or budget. I experienced professional and experienced consultations about various products and treatments; once I was ready to try a few things, Dr. Sutton and her very capable staff reviewed the procedures making sure I was OK with the decisions we made together. I had the worst experience with this Doctor. She was so rude and acted like i was not even there. Only talking to my daughter and wanted to prescribe birth control pills to her for her acne only 14yrs old. Knowing that it isn't the safest for her at that age. Mentioning that her diet has nothing to do with her acne. Did no blood work either. Never going back.

I saw Dr. Sutton a few months ago regarding sun damage on my skin and I wanted to get botox. She was so lovely and the staff were excellent. It hasn't been that long but so many people have commented on how great I look. I am so happy with my skin. My frown lines are completely gone. I didn't realize how much skin care could change my appearance. I also bought a great sunscreen powder that one of the nurses recommended, it's worked so well in the muggy Vancouver weather! I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Sutton & her staff are amazing! They truly took the time to care & made sure I was set up properly on the right skin care program that fit my challenges. I have been seeing Dr. Sutton for my melasma for 5 months & not only is it gone, I don't ever wear makeup anymore. I get young ladies asking what skin regime am I on.
