Austin Warren is my massage therapist and has been for at least 5 years. I have experienced the best and the worst massages from around the planet. None surpass or equal Austin. His methods intuitively adapt to whatever is going on with my body. Consequently, with no denigration intended to my comment about West End Wellness, my loyalty is to Austin and not his place of business. XoXo

Excellent targeted massage to address the specific issues discussed on intake. After 25 years with my previous therapist that retired I can say that this treatment was excellent.

Anny was amazing, knowledgeable and caring. She remembers the issues I brought up last time and always checks how I’m doing. The place is very efficient, I always arrive 5-10 minutes before my appointment and I’m always in right on time

I saw Ashlee, she is very skilled and knowledgeable. Her acupuncture treatment went above and beyond my expectations. I was relaxed at the end and the affects really lasted. I will be returning. The clinic space is also very nice and spacious.

Love Anny! She always makes me feel better and sleep so well at night after her sessions. She’s very thoughtful and caring as well and takes time to understand your needs and pains.

I've had massages with 3 different RMTs based on availability, and all 3 were wonderful.

The massage was not pleasant, and bed was not comfortable at all!
Instead of 60 minutes massage that I booked, he only did 45 minutes.

I have been seeing RMT Alex Yang for some time and only have positive things to recommend about him. He's helped me recover from many sports & exercise injuries but have also helped address daily postural concerns that bothered me for years.

From the very first visit, Alex was extremely caring and thorough, really getting down to the root cause of each concern. He also provides helpful homecare and rehab exercises for me to do in between treatments. I highly recommend seeing Alex!

Anny is awesome. I’ve been struggling with stomach issues and TMJ for over a year or so and her acupuncture treatments make me feel so much better. She knows exactly what areas need treatment and tackles the issues properly. She’s super nice and cool and I highly recommend her.

It's been three years I've been doing acupuncture and massage here. At this point I had sessions with all the staff and everyone is great, helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend it!

Nikki was great, I hurt my back the day before and was able to get an apt the next morning. She had the right amount of pressure and not only targeted the spot but was able to release tension in my other problem areas in the same visit. I will look to her for my next trip to the RMT

Ashlee for acupuncture and Jesse for RMT massage have just been wonderful. Both are highly professional, supportive and made me feel comfortable. I’ve also had Alex as an RMT and he was great as well. I’d highly recommend West End Wellness. The office is clean, calming and welcoming. They’ll do what they can to make billing to insurance easy.

Everyone at West End Wellness is great! I've seen both massage therapists and acupuncturists, but primarily see Anny. If you're looking for an acupuncturist (and even if you're not) I could not recommend her more highly. She is the sweetest human and amazing at what she does.

Alex is my guy. I’ve been getting treatments from him for years. He helps me if I have functional issues, he helps me when I am stressed. I just always feel better after seeing Alex. I’m so excited for my next session with him

Great massage from Brennan Lewis. Place very clean and comfy. They do directly billing depends on you health insurance. I recommend it.

I absolutely love this clinic! Everyone is so friendly but also professional.
The decor and energy of this clinic is just so peaceful and serene. Whenever I walk into the clinic, I always get this instant calming feeling and whenever I leave, I leave stress free with my body feeling totally relaxed. My acupuncturist, Anny, is honestly the best one in town!

I can’t say enough good things about West End Wellness. Although I had grown up going for acupuncture every few years due to sports injuries, I never really gave acupuncture a good try, before going to see Anny. I had a back spasm that wouldn’t go away (even after 2 physio and RMT appointments) and she relieved me of it on my initial visit.

Trust me, if you’re considering trying acupuncture, give it a chance. If you’re considering going to see Anny, give her a go! Her professionalism and genuine care will resonate with you and you’ll hopefully feel better from the inside out.:)

I had my first massage with Jesse today and I left feeling GREAT! I have not had a massage since my last RMT left over a year ago, I was afraid that whoever I tried had big shoes to fill but I think I found the replacement! He has gentle but firm hands and knows how to work your muscles and sore points. I am already looking forward to my next appointment next Friday.

Rodney is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. It will be difficult to find someone that meets my standards now (I moved). His wholistic approach made me comfortable and help manage my pain.

Anny is a very experienced and knowledged practitioner. I have tried lots of therapy for my back pain and acupuncture seems to be the most effective.

This is a hidden gem downtown. I am really impressed with the service I received here. The environment is zen, They have a positive attitude, they really seems to care about you and they took the time to explain everything to me. Anny Kyun takes a gentle hands-on approach and has tons of options for all my aches and pains. For those who’ve never tried acupuncture I’ll admit I was just like you only few days ago. I was always feeling tired from long shifts at work and my sleep pattern was messed up. I was finally willing to try other things because vitamin pills were not helping me anymore. I just tried acupuncture and I am getting deep sleeps and I feel rested and relaxed. As a matter of fact, I felt so relaxed and rested right after the first session. All the skeptics out there check acupuncture out! Anny Kyun will explain it all to you anyway so you will feel 10 times less nervous. It is actually PAIN FREE by the way… I only had built it up in my head to be painful!

And If you need an amazing relaxing massage go ask for Rodney Victor here! I never usually post reviews but he deserves extra kudos.very professional and great at the job. Hands down! I was really stressed from working a lot and really needed a massage, they did meet my expectations just as much.

And just for your information: they do direct billing if you have coverage thru your employer. Which is very convenient. They Definitely deserves me taking the time to give them a review – such caring people.
