Went to them with a serious concern, they told me nothing was wrong after looking at it very briefly and that it was save to drive, a couple days later my car broke down. Not diligent or helpful. Charged a lot for something that was ignored and never even fixed. Take your car somewhere else.

I always take my car here and have a great experience with Nishad. He is reliable and does a great job every time.

A 5-star rating doesn’t do justice to the level of service we received from Nishad at West Rich Auto Services. Nishad quite literally saved our holiday when our booking with one of the major rental car providers fell through. This trip was our first in 5 years — a drive up to Whistler for my best friend’s wedding, with excursions, attractions, hotel bookings, and hikes planned to the minute and to the dollar. None of the other providers had vehicles and a bus trip was untenable.

Nishad picked us up within 20 minutes of calling him and was incredible to us from the start. Beyond providing us with a bigger car than we had booked at roughly half the cost, Nishad had a genuine appreciation and understanding of the importance we placed in this vacation; he excitedly told us about the drive, must-see places, and Vancouver tourist ‘hacks’; he shared with us some of the culture of Vancouver and Richmond; he even went out of his way to show us around non-tourist areas and give a glimpse of everyday life in the city. He made himself accessible throughout our 5 days, and in every single dealing, was nothing short of cool, polite, and professional. Most importantly, he was outrightly committed to making sure that our experience with him, and our trip on the whole, were beyond satisfaction.

Nishad’s rental car service was outstanding, but our experience with him extends beyond this; he was a truly fantastic ambassador for the city of Vancouver. I don’t know when I’ll be back in Vancouver, but to any family, friends, or others that visit the city, I will fervently recommend that they rent their vehicles from West Rich.

Life savers! I called when I ran over a huge screw and they let me come in right away. Johnny fixed my tire fast and also explained everything so well to me! He even checked all my other tires and filled them up for me. Reasonable price too! A+ Would definitely recommend them.
