We've just transferred to this clinic after moving from the coast and they've been great. The staff and doctors are warm and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they've been able to get me in quickly when my dogs have an issue. I've seen a few of their doctors and they've all been great!

Being in the animal health business can be hard. I appreciate how this team is upbeat on each visit. I'm glad that we found them.

They really care about your fur babies. When my senior pup had surgery, they called to check up on him many times and spent lots of time answering all my questions.

Very poor customer service. Have called on many occasions with sick animals and am always told to go to Fairfield or another vet. I spend a lot of many here and they are always over booked. Don't understand why they would not take care of the customers that they already have, and, same some appointments for emergency. Also front desk staff can be very rude

Hi I am missing my fur baby Keven she disappeared, barley road in West Kelowna during the excitement of the of evacuations we saved her babies but could not find her we are heartbroken with worry and absolutely devastated we were wondering if you guys have seen her at all by some miracle. Also was trying to find a way to get the kittens into the vet to meet with that they suffered exposure to the smoke and all three of them have serious diarrhea and I have seen no sign of worms

The first time I had call was November of 2021 sadly my nearly 17 year old Poochon (Kelsey) suddenly was very ill. I had called a vet closer to us and they were beyond rude yet they recommended Westbank Animal Hospital and it was like night and day. Not only was reception kind and listened she managed to get us in that day. Right away they did tests on Kelsey and found he had a large cancerous mass (something our previous vets missed) Dr. Robinson was amazing, she did offer surgery but explained with his age she wasn't sure he would survive or even how long he would survive afterwards. I made the decision to put Kelsey down, Dr. Robinson gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. Everyone there that day was amazing. Unlike any vet we had been to before. The staff genuinely care for the pets, but the owners feelings as well. Since then I got a another dog and they are just as wonderful with him.

Good booking, good communication, thoughtful space and environment to minimize stress on your animal.

Best vet. I have trust issues with veterinarians. Dr. Robinson is my go to. Fair, honest and kind.

We just got a puppy and LOOOVE it here. They are so kind to our little pup, Archie and are always genuinely happy to see him! We are one of those families who believe that pets are members of the family, so it feels so nice to know that he is getting the best care. They return calls, emails and are truly invested in the health of your pet.:) Would definitely recommend.

We sadly had to put our lab down and Dr. Emily was the most kind, compassionate and lovely vet I have ever been to. I would highly recommend.

We Brought our 18 year old ginger short hair Tabby in as she was lethargic not eating and progressed to where she was losing her balance.
Dr. Kai Ng examined her and diagnosed a left ear infection and prescribed and supplied the medication. There was also a totally unexpected follow up phone call checking up on her progress a week into her treatment.
She is back to her old self again which is a relief as being 18 years old we thought we would lose her.

I had to put my 22 ye old kitty down and the vet, oh my gosh treated and talked to my kitty like it was her kitty, so kind and so incredible.

After several disappointing visits, I finally decided I need to do better for my dogs and should never go back to this clinic.
They forgot about my referral and I had to follow up several time to book for a surgery which I ended up going to another clinic due to delay from Westbank clinic getting an answer. After the surgery, I took my dog there to remove the stitches, and a day later, I found her biting at left over stitches that was not removed properly!
For my other dog, I have to order special food through the clinic and they forgot about my order several times, so frustrated with their messy communication.
Also when my dog got sick for the first time after I adopted her, I took her to the clinic panicking as I didn't have any history on her. The clinic totally abused the situation and charged me for anything they could think of, which was not necessary for a simple vomiting. I was scared so I agreed to xray, shots, and many other things that a caring doctor would not do at that moment. They should've monitored her for at least half an hour before starting to make money of a scared client!

The staff here are very friendly and personable. They where able to get my dog in within a week. The only thing not giving this clinic a 5 star is the size of the waiting room area. It's just a touch to small and contested to have more then two large dogs in it. Over all I recommend this vet clinic!
