Don’t buy pens from these guys. I bought a disposable pen before opened it and it was not even half full, they traded it for a more expensive pen I couldn’t even check the oil on. It died in less than a day I doubt it was even full. No way I could take down 800mg in one day, regardless of what happened I won’t be coming here again.

Super impressed with the options of product as well as the customer service. The ASM went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and also was super generous. I was short a few dollars and they let me have the product anyway. Smart move cuz I’ll be a long term customer. Highly recommend the blanket strain btw.

Ok. Got animal cookies pre rolls by Camp river. Big fan of a strain… but what was that? Compared to what is in the market there are other animal cookies strains that are indoor grown and actually premium. Product manager, helloooo?

I’m not coming here anymore because the concept that I should be tipping on my purchase for someone to reach into a counter and process a payment seems ridiculous. I work in the actual service industry so it’s a little offensive that you would presume the service you provide is worth 10-20% more.

Westcanna broadway dispensary. Great experience, came into the store environment was clean, employees were very welcoming. Paul was my bud tender he was very knowledgeable and helpful/insightful in what I was looking for and did not feel like I was being up saled. Overall great experience and highly recommended. Great job Westcanna!

FIRST TIME VISITING THE STORE AND I GOT RIPPED OFF. I bought 3.5 grams of bud AND 1 shatter package. Somehow I was CHARGED for the 3.5 grams of bud AND 2 shatter packages but still only received one like I ordered. Luckily I kept the receipt. When I noticed the math wasn't right I went back to the store to talk it over and explain. The store attended told me they would have to "verify" my identity even though I presented my ID at the time, and that they would give me call back. Not surprised, never heard anything back from them and they still have my money. Not impressed by how they handled the situation. They might be ok when things are done correctly, but it seems like the minute there's a screw up or something, they sweep the customers' concern under the carpet and hope it doesn't show. Needless to say be careful with your purchases with these guys. Besides the issue the staff was good and the store well setup, however I'm not keen on recommending this place or returning for future purchases.

Very disappointed in the service. The front line staff are nice and quite knowledgable but there is no presence of ownership or senior management. The staff are not empowered to deal with problems or customer concerns at all.the best you will get if something is wrong is ". Ya other people complained too.sorry Dude, nothing I can do for you". For a dispensary that appears to be investing itself heavily into the future of this industry they really need to understand the importance of customer service. I may as well order online from the government next time.

I gave you 2 stars because I've probably spent between $1,500 and $2,000 at your store and still don't have enough points to get a single item on your shelves. Your loyalty program is weak. The prices for your flower are overwhelming high (pardon the punn) The quality of your 'premium' flower has gone down substantially but your prices remain the same. Every single time I go in there it's the exact same strains youv had from day 1. Would you pay $52 for 3.5 grams of weed? My last purchase was Forum Cut Girl Scout Cookies which I believe is the 'Private Reserve' which you guys charge even more for. Let's just say I've had much better Forum Cut. The second star is because the British girl and the Iranian guy were really nice.

The staff is not helpful or knowledgeable, especially for persons with health needs. None of the weed strains on their website label the amount of CBD or THC, which is not helpful. Most people want to know how many mg they are taking because it is important for medical purposes. I noticed that most of the marijuana sold on the gov't website has NO CBD making it useless for medical needs and I expect this place is the same - just selling to the recreational users. As a medical herbalist, I can say the gov't doesn't know what it is doing. Cannabis had been used in Ayurvedic Medicine for thousands of years and there are over 100 medical uses cited in these texts, so there is no excuse for the lack of research before making it legal.

I purchased some “CBD” pills from this dispensary under the name soulmed. They were NOT cbd as i take CBD all the time. Ended up being super THC high which at the time “work” was NOT a good thing. The bottle said it was supposed to be made from Charlottes web strain which is 0.03 percent THC. It definitely was made from a different strain. Not impressed at all as they told me no refund and haven’t responded to my emails or answer calls. The website of the brand soulmed.ca doesn’t even exist. This needs to be more regulated I can’t be expecting cbd for anxiety and end up getting super high from some random THC strain. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

The cannabis flower here has always burned black or gray and tastes like chemicals. The 5 star reviews must be fake or from amateur smokers who have no clue what premium product is.

Keep in mind this store is now illegally in business just like some of the other dispensaries in Vancouver. They chose to keep their doors open on the day of legalization instead of respecting the law, closing down and applying for a proper license. This matters because their cannabis is not from federally licensed producers which essentially means they could be sourcing product from literally anyone and selling it in their store. I would rather consume cannabis that is regulated by health Canada rather than from clandestine grow operations that have no oversight. We have no idea if the product is actually being lab tested like they claim and the fact their flower burns dirty is a red flag for me.

I now buy from BC Cannabis Stores website online and the flower from the government burns clean which is what anyone should want. I hate writing bad reviews but this one was necessary.

I was seaking a more holistic pain management solution and visited WestCanna. I asked a few questions of the Girl at the counter but I should have asked how the CBD oil was made, where was it made, and how old the bottle was. I picked up the 1250mg of Zen Medical. I tried 2 doses and it burned down my throat so bad, I had to gargle for a out 5 min. I couldn’t breath and my eyes watered badly.

It was like swallowing jet fuel or worst like swallowing glass it hurt so bad. I’m taking the product back as I feel it is contaminated. This Zen Company is a Vape Maker/Distributor. It should taste like dirt, or have no taste at all, for sure, but certainly not like a cleaning solvent.

An Aweful experience.

Went to sign up at this dispensary and when i walked in there was a customers CAT (Yes the animal) on top of the counters (Sep 10 around 11am) which are used for displaying product (most medical establishments try to keep a clean environment). Next I had an employee tell me that all the product i would be purchasing came from "Licensed Producers" which is a blatant lie as all ACMPR licensed producers are barred from selling through dispensaries and anyone with a personal license doesnt go through the same testing as ACMPR licenesees do therefore cant be considered "licensed producers". I have no problem purchasing through dispensaries however I do have a problem when they try to hide behind the guise of a fancy establishment while they put one over on their less cannabis educated customers. THEY DO NOT DO ANY OF THEIR OWN TESTING ON PRODUCTS THEY SELL! Will not be coming back!
Weed sells itself so there is no need to lie about its orgins

I went to this dispensary with very high hopes and bought three grams but was very disappointed with the quality after one joint. I was then completely blown away when I was informed I couldn't return only two grams of unsmoked, un-opened herb and purchase concentrates (which I would have paid more money for) with the credit. I've worked 3 dispensary jobs and been studying cannabis as a medicine for the past 6 years. I've never seen a dispensary be that apprehensive about someone exchanging product that they were unsatisfied with (especially when you charge $14 a g! I've had strains for 8 bucks that were better than your el jefe). Most places wouldn't bat an eye and would opt to keep a patient happy, not here apparently. I'll be turning any of the patients I refer away from here. Even if the bad nug was a one-off, their priorities seem to be profit>people and that's unfortunate. They get one star for the store being pretty though!

Also. Most of the 5 star reviews are from a store promotion where if you give them a good rating you get a tshirt or something like that.

Edit: Wasnt expecting youd resell the bud at all, thought that would be obvious. I would gladly refund a customer if a member of staff recommended something that a customer hated.

I liked the store and products but i have to say the pre rolled joints come with way to much unnecessary plastic, maybe they could just put them in a small paper bag or something more environmentally friendly. I bought a pack of joints which was actually quite expensive for 6 joints but i was a little sad to find each joint was inside a plastic tube that you only use once and throw away. I suggest changing the way you package your joints! The quality of the weed was good though.

So I went into this establishment a bit weary, for obvious reasons of course. As it turns out, it was simple and fascinating. There were so many alternatives to the pharmaceutical drugs for anxiety and insomnia. I absolutely love the workers there, they were knowledgeable and understanding. I cannot say enough about their great service.

Oh and their recommendations were incredibly helpful, especially for managing my fathers pain.
