Must have your own installer or you will be sorry. That’s why they set it up but don’t stand behind them. The installer said he leveled the floor but didn’t”T edges not finished properly.

Bought high quality flooring and have to replace it due to poor installation and poor quality nosing that the store made and guaranteed as good as factory but it’s not. Nosing should last longer than 6 months. Thousands of dollars wasted.

Very poor quality, non caring and dishonest customer service. It's top down from Owner/manager to sales, to warehouse workers and delivery personal.they all really don't care. They will sell generic non labeled adhesives with no information nor advice. They will sell flooring that they have a limited supply of and have no idea when more is coming and not let you know. I've been a mid level business person/owner for over 25 years and this is certainly one of the worst supply company's I've ever dealt with. (They were 'cheap', but cheap in every sense of the word, I dealt with them once and never again). I certainly don't recommend them, pay a little be extra for more honest and caring staff/management.

Akarsh helped us today with SPC flooring, Super nice guy helped us select the right product for our home. 10/10 definitely recommend.

They are rude and will try to rip you off wherever they can. We just had new carpets put in, and the way the laminate was installed previously caused problems for our transition so we couldn't use the ones the carpet people provided or there would be large gaps. (The boards at the doorways were zig-zagged, not straight edged). Our carpet installer said there are a number of problems with how the floor was laid (beyond the problems we were already aware of, such as large blobs of glue left in many areas, and cuts so short the baseboards don't cover them, but we had no choice but to let it go because I had signed off on the work because my naked eye couldn't tell the cuts were a 1/8" - 1/4" too short and the glue only shows up in daylight, but it was dark when they finished).

Anyway, I called their store, (which is about an hour one way from our home in GOOD traffic) and asked for what I thought was a fair compromise. I'll pay for the transition if you'll deliver them when you're going to be in our neck of the woods. Note the part about when they're near our home. I did NOT ask them to make a special trip. The first person I spoke to quoted me $20 for each transition, but refused delivery. Realizing he may not be authorized to do so, I asked to speak to a manager. (I was polite and friendly during the interaction, because I believe you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.)

The man that came on the line cut me off and started YELLING at me about how I just want freebies. I politely corrected him and said, "no, I'm willing to pay", and explained the delivery option I was requesting.not a special delivery, just a delivery when they were near here. He goes "You'll pay for them if we bring them to you? " "Yes. " "Fine.they're $50 plus taxes each. " I am not proud of the fact that I then lost my temper and called him the lying POS that he is before I hung up on him. Went to Lowe's and paid $20 something for an almost exact match. Do yourself a favour.the few hundred you may save here is NOT worth the hassle if there is a problem. Lowe's and Home Depot have good customer service.these people most definitely do not.

I buy all my flooring supplies from westcoast, they truly have been so amazing and helpful. This pricing you can’t get anywhere else.

Poor customer service. After 4 months installation, floor started coming apart at seams. Went in, no help. Very disappointed as it's alot of flooring to remove and do something new. We've worked with many floors in the past but never had this issue. So disappointing.

I went there so many time, no doubt good variety and quality but staff is rude and unprofessional.
