This is my first review ever.
This place is just wonderful because Shannon and Glen are there to help you:)
I picked up my very first TA custom guitar today, and they treated me with the same hospitality as the first time we met (even though it's been over a year since we've seen each other).
When they recognized me as the guy who ordered the TA a year ago, they were very happy to entertain me. I remember Glen was unpacking another Gibson CS with blue tiger stripes, and he kindly invited me to join him to see this beautiful instrument. He was kind enough to invite me to see this beautiful instrument with him before he took me to unbox my own TA.
They don't treat people like bosses and customers.
Instead of asking you "how would you like to pay", they ask you "you need water or Cola? "
I can't stop talking to them, they are very friendly and I'm very lucky to be their customer.
And my TA guitar is just amazing:)

Called in to inquire about a guitar and Shannon was amazing, she put my name on the guitar so I can come by to pick it up. The experience at the store was also amazing. Glenn and Shannon were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even offered me coffee and were very friendly. The store has a wide variety of guitar, amps and accessories. Definitely recommend for guitar related purchases in Vancouver.
