I first found Pete and His Friends 6 years ago, they fixed an Old Plasma 55” TV that I was going to send to recycle for a very reasonable Price, This TV lasted another 6 years and was working when I gave it away, recently My beloved 42” Plasma TV in my Guy Garage that I have had since 2006 went to black Screen, no sound, no Clicking, it was also on its way to recycle based on its age, I thought I would give Pete a Call again, He said bring it in and they will it out and for $150 He fixed it! I was floored! And with 3 month Guarantee Old TV is back in my Garage! I am so Happy! Thanks Pete!

I had my tv break on me and Pete was able to fix it very quickly for a good price! The problem I had were broken off HDMI ports and he was able to fix my tv the same day and have it be a reasonable price! He saved me about $600 on a new tv that was the same size and same resolution! As soon as the tv was done he called me back with the estimated price and showed what he did and was I was charged for, he was very transparent about all the work he did! He was even kind enough to help me with some minor complaints I had after the fix and was able to fix my complaints free of charge! Great experience. He told me what they would do very clearly. Also warned me that it would take longer if parts needed ordering. Luckily not. After the initial Diagnostic time of about an hour, Pete told me two hours. Ended up being only hour and a half. Great communication and service.

I searched online to find out why my 43" samsung smart TV all the sudden went black. I had sound but no picture. By following some
troubleshooting ideas I discovered it was a backlight issue, they were burnt out. I called around trying to order some backlight strips but nobody seems to stock them. But.after removing the back of the TV I realized it was going to be more involved than I am qualified to do. I called Pete at West Coast TV repair, he said sure I can look at it and if it is the backlights, it will cost between $120 and 220 depending on which lights I need. I took it to him mid morning Thursday and picked it up that afternoon. The cost was exactly what he quoted me I got a 3 month warranty and he said I should get a few more years out of it. He was quick, very friendly and I left happy with a perfect working TV. I don't like it when you get the run around from people who really try to do the upsale routine with me. Right away Pete told me the TV was worth repairing when everyone else said I'd need to buy a new one.

Great service, and knowledge with a reasonable price, got my 10ish year old Samsung tv with burnt out LED back lights fixed.

My Sony tv started acting up so I gave Pete a call. Dropped my TV off and within the week, parts were ordered and delivered and the TV was back up and running perfectly. Reasonable price and great customer service! Thanks Pete.
