Ann was great. I was referred to her for tenant insurance. The experience was great, so I brought my vehicle insurance renewal to her. She was prompt in replying, kept me updated regularly through the process of switching over, and saved me significant money by thoroughly reviewing my previous coverage! Ann also passed on additional perks that I didn't previously have. She took time to answer all my questions in detail, and she was a very nice person to deal with. I would recommend her for sure!

Came here to buy insurance but there was one customer inside already. Because COVID-19, they are limiting the traffic. Their staff is really considerate. The slim male agent asked me to call in and helped me to renew my insurance over the phone and saved my time. Nice service!:)

Called them to renew my ICBC insurance over the phone during COVID-19 situation. It was a fast and effective experience. The agent who helped me explained the procedure of renewing over the phone very clear and she gave a detailed explanation of new ICBC rules. In total, I just spent 10mins to renew my insurance. Finally, I came to the branch to pick up quickly. I really like their service.

Came in last Saturday to renew my ICBC insurance. During this COVID-19 pandemic, I feel safe to come here. They provide hand sanitizer and they are limiting the traffic to the branch. I saw their staff was disinfecting the siting area before inviting me in. The whole renewal process was quick and professional. One agent named Tony explained coverage in detail and he reminded me to take a picture of my odometer reading so I can get a discount in the future! Good customer service and I will come back next year definitely! Nice service!

I've gotten my auto insurance from Western Coast Insurance on Cambie for many years, from when it used to be under the Coast Capital umbrella. I've always had great service and this includes during the pandemic when they've moved to a hybrid telephone/in-office model. Called Cambie branch for my car insurance renewal, an agent named Kris served me, I am so glad that I could renew my insurance over the phone and the process was only 15 minutes and it saved my time. He also offered me a great coverage – replacement cost for my car, I definitely need this coverage just in case my car got totaled. Great customer services, very professional and knowledgeable.
