Extremely worst experience!
Called 3x, was on hold for 20-30 every time, took my information & was told someone will call me back!
Its been 2 weeks & no on has called back.
When i called i was told due to weather they cann’t call me back & have to wait 2/3 business days.
Its been 2 weeks now.

I had an extremely frustrating experience. Enrolled in 3 online courses. Have to wait 1 week after classes started to get class link. Missed classes for first few days everytime. Try to call and sending emails no response. No record of payments.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the college receptionist. Several times, they made me wait on the phone for an unreasonable 30 minutes, and when I showed up in person, they were impolite. It's puzzling because the college doesn't get many calls, so there's no excuse for such inefficiency and rudeness. I hope they improve their customer service to better represent the college.

I finished my MOA diploma from this college and my instructor was Ritu Mam she taught us every single thing very clearly and nicely I give 5 stars to Ritu Mam.

I just take 1 course, but they accomodate me as if i'm a regular student.the dean and teacher is kind nice. I'm now a Registered care aide. Thank you so much.

This college is a useless college, whenever the student refunds the fee from this college, this college does not refund the student's fee. I faced this issue from there, western community college is totally poor college, i suggest to all, you shouldnot choosw this college

Fake college, totally useless college, students can not take fees refund, i faced this issue, you shouldnot choose it it will better for you

Miss Farah is very professional and very knowledgeable. She will advise you the right program to do according to your dreams. I have never seen an professional advisor like her.

I appreciate you take it positively. But I hesitate to say your administrative staff should be helpful with accurate information. They should call back or email us if they are unable to answer at the same time. They should treat all individually. If someone approach them for clarification, they should respond promptly.

Had an awful experience. Pathetic service. Extremely unprofessional and non serious attitude towards students and admissions. Admission advisor/receptionist never picks up, never calls back, does not reply to emails. Keeps making false commitments and delaying the process regarding any course.

I just want to share my experience with Professor Ritu sharma she is an excellent teacher Thank you so much Ritu she is a amazing teacher she always helped me and she was really nice to everyone she was fantastic.

I am alumni of this school. I emailed the school twice as I refer 3 people for the same program that I took. I received a response at first that they will forward my email to the concerned department. However, I never got an email back from anyone in school. Then, I did another follow up email and there is no response. As an Alumni I was disappointed with the treatment I got.

Really they are doing literally great job and I think whenever I call or go there they never disappoint. The one of the staff member Alisha she is the best as I m the who take the things in the wrong way but she always motivates and with that she is having a smiling nature which gives us positive vibes
