I've had a little Casio watch for years, and I was heartbroken when the strap broke. Came here, picked out a new leather strap, and walked out with my "new" watch in under 5 minutes. And had a fun chat with the owner too! Definitely will come back for any future watch issues.

Can't comment about "repairs" as I only needed battery replacement for two watches. Which was done very quickly and for a very reasonable price. And by an extremely personable person.
