Westerra has always been great to deal with and today was no different. I arrived as the doors opened needing to rent a breaker but noticed the tip was extremely worn out. Jeff A in the shop changed it immediately with a smile on his face and it wasn’t easy. I would recommend Westerra to anyone needing service sales or rentals.

Was terrible to deal with. Lots of promises were made but were never done. Then i had a majour hydraulic problem so they took my machine and had it for 6 months before they called me and asked me why my machine was on their lot. Nobody called to tell me that my machine (skid steer) had been repaired and ready for pick up. And they obviously did not check over anything before it left the lot like they told me they did because a hydraulic leak was very obvious. Then a year later i still did not have an invoice for purchase of the machine. So instead of giving me a proper invoice they made one up. My name was spelt wrong. My address was an address ive never seen or hers of and my business name was someone elses. Will never ever go to westera again nor will i ever recommend it. Many other dealerships around that will respect people spending tens of thousands of dollars

BE CAUTIOUS. Extremely unreliable and untrustworthy employees who work in the service and sales departments. We were never treated with respect even though we used to always bring our business to Westerra.

Ive walked in many times and walked out without the parts i need cuz they never have em, my machine is not rare, i can only waste my time so much untill i just wont go try again, and i am now to the point where i just aint interested in trying to give them business anymore, 0 for 6 is just toooooo lame, i guess if i owned a new machine they might help me

I rented a couple of machines from Westerra last summer. Caleb was super helpful, friendly, and accommodated any changes I had to make without any question. Machines were delivered and picked up on time, and the small Bobcat I needed was sourced out without issue. Nothing but good things to say about this company, and Caleb deserves a raise! Great service and staff. Will definitely come back again if machines are needed in the future.
