So I managed to wrap a piece of barbed wire into my Vermeer BC625a Brush Chipper. Dave in parts immediately responded to the voice mail I left. Communicating back and forth on the phone and by email was a breeze. He sourced all of the Vermeer parts that I needed and had them in the shop two days later! I look forward to doing more business with Dave and Westerra Langford.

To the service team Drew has been great when I have an issue to discuss it through and getting his Machanic Adrian out quickly to diagnosis and get me going.
Also Nick in parts has been great at finding the parts I need and getting them coming.keeping me in the loop on time lines as they change in these crazy times.
