I changed my policy term for my car assurance - I got shobhna Jakhar as my advisor, She was so kind and generous and assisted me in getting my insurance done really quick and in timely manner

Jasleen was exceptional to deal with when I renewed my auto insurance over the phone. She was professional & able to concisely answer my questions. The renewal process was efficient from a time standpoint. I will continue to renew by phone.

Quickly corrected mistakes by another insurance broker as we found that in part the vehicle was not fully insured, added another name to the insurance. Very efficient. Will continue to use Westland Insurance for our future needs. Thank you

I had the best experience at Westland Insurance. I called a few minutes before closing time to get a temporary operating license for my car. Linda was so helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed even though with a new baby at home I wasn't able to physically make it to the office. Truly exceptional service.

My experience was awesome. I was there to get my paperwork transfered to the buyer i sold my vehicle to. There were two female staff members which made eveything so smooth and they were so helpful

They are doing great job. Just too slow. And serve one customer only. Was waiting outside for 20 mins then left. I went to higate park insure. Finished my car insure renew in 3mins. I know 2 meter distance rule. But consider the raining season. Please work quickly. There is another guy who is behind of me was over 60 years old.

I liked my previous insurance company and was with them for 30 years. When Westland bought them the service and customer care became noticeably better.
