Harpinder and Paulette were phenomenal! We had a lot to process with renewing insurance and trading a couple vehicles. They both did an excellent job helping us figure out all the details. There was another gentlemen that helped quicken the process, but I forgot his name! I appreciated all of their professional advice and enjoyed their personable character!

Avoid this place - waste of time and extremely unhelpful and even worse - the lady who works there is incompetent and needs to check with icbc for every little thing.

This place is awesome! I went there all the time when I lived on the coast. Im in 100 Mile House now, which is small town and love it. However, with that comes nothing open within 2hrs drive on Sundays. We were planing to go boating for my sons 13th bday and couldn’t believe i forgot to get trailer insurance. I called this location as they have always been awesome with all my issues and I had insurance within 15 min over the phone! Awesome service Derek

I've now had two fantastic experiences being helped by Jeevan, who was happy to answer the incredibly long list of questions I had regarding pricing for day permits and monthly insurance on my vehicle. He also was the only insurance agent in over 6 years to notice that my truck has been insured 3000lbs over its actual GVW since I bought it, and was able to rectify this, significantly lowering my rates. There's no doubt that Jeevan is doing everything he can to provide me with the best customer service possible, and for that I am extremely grateful. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

I very much appreciate the prompt and friendly service I've gotten from this Westland Insurance. I am impressed with the Covid Protocols they have instituted for renewal and cancellation and have used the service several times. I am also impressed that they send me a renewal reminder by phone text. That's a real bonus! I would definitely recommend them.

I've visited this location several times for my vehicle insurance purposes and Jeevan has always been a pleasure to work with. He's thorough, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. The location also has all the COVID protocols in place.

I had reached out to Hayley Pelzer by email from the prior year, as it was my yearly renewal date, and she quickly responded and helped me out! She makes doing this online method super simple, easy and straight forward. She explained and went over everything with me. I would 100% recommend her to anyone renewing or starting off with new insurance and I will try and work with her every year so long as she is still working.
