Awesome service! Rikki Snow helped me purchase trailer insurance. She was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She even helped me cancel a policy I'd previously purchased, and replaced it with a cheaper policy with better coverage.

I tried to renew online/ over the phone and had troubles. I went into this branch and was helped immediately and had no further issues. Vicky had answers to all my questions, and provided friendly and efficient service.

Went in the branch today, to pay my house insurance. Debbie
invited me to her space and asked me if she could help me.
I told her that I came in to pay my house insurance. I asked her if
I could have a copy of the insurance and she printed one out for
me right away. After I payed the bill, she asked me if she could help her with anything else. I told her that I was done, and thanks her for the service. Debbie is a very friendly member that helps and gives you advice when you need it. I'm pleased to tell that
that it is a pleasure that we have our insurance with Westland.
We also have our car insurance with Westland, and when Debbie isn't there, somebody is always willing to help.

I highly recommend this Westland insurance location, open Saturdays, nice spacious office, with ample seating. If your lucky enough to get Ricki, she is amazing! Super knowledgeable about all the trivial questions I throw her way and just a great personality!
