I cannot say enough about the service I received from Jennifer Sim from Westland Insurance at Surrey-Head Office. She helped me so much with a very complicated insurance issue. It's not very common to find a knowledgeable person with the right attitude and helping nature like Jennifer. Thank you Jennifer so much, keep on shining!

We just insured our home in Abbotsford with Westland Insurance. We dealt with Tanys at the Surrey Head Office branch and she was excellent. The process was quick and seamless and would highly recommend Westland Insurance and in particular Tanys at the Surrey Head Office branch.

I had a great experience buying condo insurance for our new property. A huge shout-out to Tanys C, who provided excellent service: prompt, friendly, professional and helpful! Give her a bonus!

I was really pleased with the quote I received (cheaper than the big banks), and I felt really reassured that everything I want covered is covered. Other quotes I received were difficult to interpret, but Westland made it as simple as possible. Setting up my online account and setting up payments took 10 minutes, tops.

All in all, a great experience and I will definitely reuse them in the future if the policy price stays competitive:)

Amandeep Ferris is such a fabulous agent! I never have to think about my renewal as she calls & emails me well in advance of the due date, giving plenty of notice! Then I can respond at my convenience and she is so quick and polite! Love this process so much now!

We worked with Jennifer to receive a condo insurance quote and she was great! She responded promptly and answered all my questions. We are new to the insurance policy and have not had to deal with any claims yet, so I can’t review that aspect. But thus far their customer service has been great and I recommend working with Jennifer.

Cortley Gerlock did a fantastic professional job reviewing our existing insurance from a different provider. We switched to Westland because Cortley answered questions and helped with concerns ignored by our previous provider. And we got better coverage at lower cost, including not paying premiums for things we didn't need. Everything was clearly explained. Easily done remotely without having to go into an office. Best service I've ever had from a home insurance agent. Kudos to Cortley. We're happy we're with Westland now.

I have called three different offices of westland insurance and two weeks later, I still don't have a quote yet for commercial insurance. Horrible service, ppl at the Surrey office dont return phone calls or make excuses? I have spent THREE HOURS on the phone, trying to get a quotation. Disgraceful.

Manjot Brar from Surry 8 Department was the best to work with on line for the licensing of my vehicle - she went above and beyond to get all of the documents processed in a timely fashion. I am in Kamloops but because I had insured through Westland at the coast before I decided to do the same thing again. You should shop around before using their services. Seems they cannot associate the differences between condos and townhouses. Apples and oranges as far as risk which insurance is all about. Imagine how thrilled you would be having insurance coverage which gives you $25,000 coverage for gardening equipment which as Strata usually 3rd party attended too as well as up to $1,000 coverage per bottle of wine. Anything to hose you for monies for unnecessary insurance.

Spoke to several different agents at various locations. Thought that this location would be able to help as they appeared to be prompt with their service. I was proven wrong again, was dealing with the office manager Jessica, and the level unprofessionalism was appalling - not responsive to email or phone calls. Pretty disappointing when the manager themselves does not respond to client inquiries. Definitely would not recommend any of Westland insurance offices as the only consistent thing provided is poor service!

Jessica took an odd request of mine, a typo on a 20 y.o. Car that is now in the states, and handled it instantly, avoiding Covid issues and getting me what I need to license the car in WA State. Thanks Jessica!
