Robby helped me renew my annual ICBC vehicle insurance over the phone today (we were snow-bound!). He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, considerate and patient. He did a truly excellent job explaining in detail various options and aspects of the coverage that had never before been brought to my attention. I am so grateful! Thank you, Robby - 10 out of 10!

Robbie Garcia really knows insurance. I came in to buy a condo insurance policy that was a bit different and Robbie knew exactly what to do and how to get it. He is a hard working professional with a lot of knowledge. I rarely write reviews but he deserves recognition.

Hi just called the Murrayville branch and was on hold waiting for some information but got redirected to Gibsons for some reason? Robbie Garcia picked up and was very polite and courteous, was able to provide me with the information I needed right away! So happy with the service I received today and if I was near the Gibsons branch I would of come in asked for him directly! Today I contacted Kristine Boxall at the Gibsons Westland office regarding cancelling our home insurance due to an out of province move. I appreciated her quick response and willingness to go the extra mile by investigating whether we could get insurance to cover the moving process. We were able to cancel our homeowner policy and set up a tenant’s policy quickly and with minimal effort. Very good experience.

Lindsey is AMAZING. She makes visiting the insurance branch something to look forward to. I have been at this location multiple times now and I've had Lindsey each time, and she really does provide excellent service. For example, after transferring my insurance to my new car, Lindsey noticed something was off, she went out of her way to contact me to get me in store, and ended up saving me about $900. Super happy!
