Went into Westland Osoyoos to register a new car. Crystal promptly greeted us and brought us over to her desk. She filled out the transfer papers in a timely manner and was very efficient. The ICBC server was down so we couldn’t finish the registration at the time, so she took my number and called me back within 2 hours to let me know it was back up and running. After heading back down, I was pleasantly surprised she had everything ready for me, and I didn’t have to wait. Crystal made this experience pleasant and seamless. 10 out of 10 would recommend. We had a great experience with Crystal at Westland in Osoyoos. We brought her a huge tedious and repetitive task which took her at least 2 hours one morning and she did it with a smile on her face. We also had our baby with us who was getting a bit upset near the end but she stayed consistent and got the job done so we didn’t have to come back another time. I would recommend Crystal to anyone!

My family had a mountain of complicated paperwork to get done, and everyone at this office was so skillful and cheerful through the 2 1/2 hours they helped us. Our eternal thanks to Ryan, Crystal, Guransh, and Teresa!

The staff at Westland were incredibly helpful and supportive during my time there. Ryan was very kind and helped me through the first part of my process with an overall cheerful and lighthearted demeanor. Theresa supervised and guided us through the more difficult parts of the process. Guransh was dedicated to helping me finish the process, even though my paperwork was filled out incorrectly. Crystal was incredibly competent and had clever solutions to problems. Overall, my experience here was made so much better by the people behind the counter. I can’t thank them enough for all their help!

I visited the Osoyoos Westland Branch around 430pm on June 29. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly when I came in requesting documents for the CRA, getting new plates and renewing my coverage. They answered all my questions and didn’t blink an eye at working slightly past closing time to make sure everything was done properly. Super appreciative of the effort they put in! Would recommend to anyone looking for insurance. Thanks y’all!

Crystal in the Victoria office was sooooo fast. What normally takes 40 minutes was only 15! For two car insurances! I usually dread having to renew insurance but she made it easy!

When I called up from overseas today to change over storage policies on my vehicles, I was pleasantly surprised in a number of ways! Crystal answered my call quickly and I was expecting to have to go through this process with numerous calls/emails and difficulties as I have in the past with other providers. Great service. Crystal was able to take care of our policy changes and premiums over the phone. Very efficiently and with a sense of humor.

I went for a driving test yesterday and it was very smooth. She was very patient, so kind and full of encouragement. I feel very fortunate for having a really nice examiner! I highly recommend this location in terms of processing license and auto insurance. I've been there for couple of time and I want to show my appreciation to Rachelle who always assist me. She was really nice and friendly. She's a subject matter expert to work on your auto insurance. Plus! The new look of their office was BEAUTIFUL!

Friendly atmosphere. Reichelle was so helpful. I went in to cancel my license plate. She explained all the process including how to get another plate when I return. I luckily got Reichelle again when I went Back to get my license plate.

There is always a wait time before even starting. They didn't really guide me in what I needed to do to become a BC resident. Didn't tell me I had to go to service BC to get my healthcare.

Excellent service from Westland Insurance in assisting with the paperwork and process regarding the sale of our vehicle, cancelling our current insurance and putting our vehicle in joint names. They made it so easy, thanks Angelina, Barbara and Sharon for the expedited and friendly service!

Office is under renovations, considering the techs were there setting up the computer connections for everything, they did very well.

After receiving the wrong information from BCAA and having to last minute get insurance for a trailer purchased in Alberta, Westland took my call immediately and got my insurance set up right away (while I was still on hold with BCAA for 1.5hrs!) Thanks Reichelle!

Best Customer Service Ever. We were abandoned by an insurance provider in Castlegar while trying to get a newly purchased vehicle home to the coast. I called Devon at Westland in Osoyoos and she got us moving. We needed an insurance solution late on a Friday afternoon, and at 5: 15 pm Devon came up with one. The broker in Castlegar told us to try again on Monday, Devon got us home on Saturday. Besides saving us a bunch of money on hotel rooms, she simply cared and took care of us. Awesome service.
