Mohak was able to help us register our car and insurance promptly, no appointment needed. He's very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Staff was unprofessional and had no knowledge of how to transfer ownership or insurance. What should have take 10 minutes or less took more than 45 minutes. We had to explain how to do it to them. I will never be back and I advise everyone to look for another insurance agency.

I had a great time and best insurance service in Westland Insurance. Peter, the agent who worked for my insurance, did awesome job with some special advises. He was committed to great service for the insurance and was extreamly friendly. Peter was a man of tact. I definitely liked that what he had done for me. Called on a Sunday to get my motorcycle insured and Mohak was fantastic and we got the bike insured quickly and effectively.

No one, and I mean no one, likes to deal with insurance but Kulvir Hunjan at the Surrey Guildford Village branch made it as pleasant as can be. He whipped up a car insurance quote for a new Subaru (couldn't be a worse time for the ol' A to B beater to break down than the peak of this auto market, right? !) in minutes. He was clear and responsive over the phone and now I have a good idea of how much ICBC will ream me when I go from a 2005 to a 2022 model, but hey what are you going to do? Anyway, thanks Kulvir.

I recently used the service from Shinder at Fleetwood Park Village Branch and appreciates how Shinder is very informative and organized when it comes to explaining the buying process and registering/importing vehicle. Shinder is also very thorough and lighthearted, which I find refreshing. Shinder went above and beyond to accommodate her client's needs to make sure that you understand the process, and the products you are purchasing.

The agent who helped me didn't seem very knowledgeable about the auto insurance product I was asking about. I was able to find out better info on the ICBC website myself (that directly contradicted what he'd told me). He proceeded to give me incorrect information about what I was buying, and also upsold me on my liability coverage based on the wrong info. If I hadn't looked into it myself I would have been left with inadequate coverage during my travels. Suffice it to say I went to another broker to rectify the problem.
