When I first stepped into this office, if it weren't for the Westland Insurance banner behind the advisors, I would have been certain that I walked into the wrong business. "Gangsta's Paradise" was playing on the radio and I was greeted and beckoned forth by a smiling man who appeared to be wearing velvet head to toe. After my initial confusion subsided, I had what was easily the smoothest and most fruitful insurance experience of my life.
My first advisor, Jatin, made me aware of some gaps in coverage on my auto policy and offered me an option that not only saved me money but got me roadside assistance.
For my condo policy, Ken James brought to my attention my inadequate contents coverage and I ended up with a policy that better reflected what I actually needed.
It's been three or four weeks and I'm still thinking about it.
I'm extremely thankful and will be recommending this location to everybody looking for honest, sound solutions to their insurance needs.

Jatin was very knowledgeable regarding vehicle insurance and all the new changes. He got us a decent deal on private insurance. I'm still not happy with the 12% pst on used vehicle purchases but it's not the insurance agents fault.
