Renewed my ICBC policy over the phone with Pavneet Dang. She helped me get it done quickly and was super helpful and friendly. Would be great if all customer service representatives were as good as Pavneet.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Deanna Senghera is the worst, very dishonest. I’m wondering if it’s just her, or the company is dishonest.

Extremely bad experience.
They basically had a school kid sitting in the front desk. No one knew how to backdate a cancellation. This eventually cost me $50.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

This business has to be part of an insane asylum. They told me that because I forgot my license, I was unable to renew my insurance in person. BUT, I could phone them and renew over the phone, they just need my license number and some other details. I said I have a picture of my license on my phone, now, let's pretend we're doing this over the phone. They said they can't proceed that way, I could go sit in the mall and phone them and do it that way. So, I can sit 20 feet away and phone them, but can't sit in their office and talk to them in person. ARE YOU MENTALLY DERANGED? !? !

Pathetic service. She asked if I wanted the phone number and I said no, I'm good. I'll go elsewhere.

The woman helping me was very kind and polite, just delusional.

When doing your autoplan insurance look and ask for 'GAVIN'
he makes the process seamless. He s good at his job! 6 stars*****
Always great to go to a place that has great people like "GAVIN. Gavin helped me three times same great service and super guy!
Side note:
unhappy with turbon boss though - rude ''one star" told me to leave if i was in a rush.he didn"t have to speak - ruined the process with my son }}} acting like a big shot supervisor.i was annoyed after that!

I decided to phone in my insurance renewal just to test the phone-in vs the usual in-person renewal and the process was easy and very well handled by Barneet Singh Tiwana at the Langley/Willowbrook office. As long as you have email access and are willing to use docu-sign, I would recommend this to anyone.
