The person that helping me, was awesome. Understanding of my beef (or at least nodded her head and smiled and really that's what counts) and it was as pain free as a transaction as could be expected.

Awesome service from Nicole L, in port alberni bc. I renewed my vehicle and it turns out the previous insurance company didnt even have me listed as a driver! She patiently worked on adding a new driver onto my car and was very knowledgeable and kind! Great friendly efficient service on a sunday
