Been going to this place off and on and the workers there are kind, friendly and very accommodating when it comes to insurance.
The last employee i talked to there, Rosetta, was especially friendly, thorough, and willing to help me with any questions i asked her.

I went into the Murrayville Westland to renew my licence and the the lady Remy Poirier (maybe it is Pojvier.sorry not sure) helped me. The other workers didn't acknowledge me and in fact one was extremely rude. If it wasn't for Remy i would have taken my business elsewhere from the rudeness of the other 2 people working. Remy is a very kind, helpful and knowledgable individual who did all she could to help me. She was super fast and helped me get exactly what i needed. In my opinion, those are the kind of people you need working for you.

We received a courtesy call from a young man named Derek to remind us our insurance was up for renewal. That gesture brought us in to the branch where we were lucky enough to get him as our agent.en whDerek was an extreme pleasure to meet

We have been going to Westland Insurance in Murrayville since we moved to this area 4 years ago. The staff are always helpful, and takes the time to explain things to us when we have questions; they've never made us feel rushed. We also appreciate the effort they have put into making sure that the place is well-sanitized. We've been to their office3 - 4 times since Covid started, and we feel very safe when in their office. Great service from Desmond, who took me through a range of options for insuring my motorcycle, in a non-rushed and informative way. I really appreciated his professionalism and his excellent industry knowledge.

While I cannot claim "good value" as ICBC renewals are always painful, it is not the broker's fault and the telephone/on-line renewal process today with Brittney at Westland was quick, professional and her pleasant demeanor took some of the sting out of the process.

I had some really good service from Brittney Evans at this Westlands Insurance location in Murrayville. She was professional with the Covid protocals. She listened to all my questions and helped me find quotes for about 6 different vehicles in two different configurations. She even recommended ways to save more money by shopping around. She willingly printed out application forms for me. This is the type of agent you want to deal with when you come in for a quote!

Renewed my icbc policy today.they were taking all necessary measures for Covid-19.you line up outside.they come ask you a few questions.are you sick, have you traveled, etc. Then they direct you to a sanitizer station and show you to a seat in front of an agent separated by plexiglass. My Agent Mustafa Toor was excellent. He was cordial and explained everything for my policy clearly. My renewal was completed quickly and professionally. I'd highly recommend Westland Insurance and Mustafa to handle your insurance needs!

Inder went above and beyond when helping us secure out of province insurance. We purchased a travel trailer in Alberta and had a difficult time finding someone who would walk through the process with us. Inder stuck with us until we had the necessary paperwork complete.

Was having trouble getting through to an agent on the phone due to my own issue with reception. Went into the Murrayville Westland Insurance location. Was helped by Gulnar and had a really easy, seamless experience. Helpful, polite and friendly. They were had a very good sanitizing routine and kept everything within social distancing perimeters
