Not good morning, hi, hey, or how are yah, but have you had both of your shots? Mmmm, pretty sure my medical history is my business not yours thx! Think I'm here for insurance, not medical advice. Fauci and any of his followers should be fired in my opinion. Once we got to the service part things weren't have bad, but there's enough brokers around, I think I can find one a little less nosy.

Tired to do my insurance there and get plates and papers sent to another of their location they actually sent me to a location that was no longer valid. Then when I called in they said unsure what to tell me so i replied how about Sorry. Avoid them they dont know what they are doing

Kea and Irene were both absolutely fantastic. This is the gold standard of the insurance business both over the phone as well as in person. Five star professional service, friendly smiles every step of the way, and no question or concern left unaddressed.even those I didn't think to ask while getting my business sorted out. I've never been so impressed by an insurance broker before. It seems clear to me employees and their loved ones are treated quite well here because they've got "Costco level" excellence to their customer service and work ethic.

Jesse is brilliant. I went in for an address change and ended up getting my insurance down from $2600 a year to $1500 a year! He did this by finding applicable discounts and looking at my driver factor, which are things that the person who did my insurance at the dealership didn't bother looking at when I financed the car 3 months ago. Jesse was welcoming, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend connecting with him for your auto insurance needs. Jesse, you made my day and I'm definitely coming back to you the next time!

Irene was AMAZING! Not only did she help me get the lowest rates possible, she helped me work around my out of province trailer with ease and that says something as trailers are the hardest to register when out of province. I am so impressed with Irene and Westland insurance. To all you other insurance agencies out there, this is an agency to live up to! All I can say is WOW!

I have moved back to Victoria after being posted to Ottawa and they made the transition back to BC with my vehicle registration, insurance coverage choices and payment options easy to understand. They were able to process my paperwork as a renewal which made things simpler and the coverage recommendations saved me a good chunk of money. Unreal! I have never stepped foot into an insurance agency and walked out the same day with my license plate in hand. They were so helpful and insisted that we get everything done that day. They even waited while I was on the phone with my bank, and they were all so friendly about it! If you want a good and informative experience, this place is for you!

Avoid this place for your insurance needs. They are loosing locations due to greed. I received very bad advice which cost a lot of money. Question asked was "Can you keep your plate without having road insurance due to having parking space on base. Reply was no you cannot. Well I believed them, so for 10 years I paid insurance for a 2009 Mustang gt and 3 years on a 2016 Corvette z06 3LZ both of which are off the road from September to Apr or May. If you let road insurance expire then put storage insurance on you are covered. This would have saved me thousands. I phoned district manager to explain this. She said she would look into it and get back to me. That was a year ago. Still no call. This company should be avoided if you want to feel secure that you are receiving genuine guidance that their advice is in YOUR best interests. One of the worst businesses I have ever done business with. I only make my mistakes once in life, you have been warned. Andrew your district manager had over a year to rectify the aweful service received by me. She chose to ignore the situation. On phone she placated me throwing shovel fulls of apologies toward me but did nothing in the end. I have moved on to a more knowledgeable and caring company. Your company will never receive another dollar from me. Customers like me hope that the companies they deal with know what they are doing. When they prove they don't you have no choice but to find someone you trust. I will never trust Westland Insurance ever again. I moved a 2016 Corvette Z06, a 2009 Mustang GT, 2011 Chevy Traverse LTZ, a house plus 4 acres of vacant Pacific Ocean Front land. All those premiums are going to your competitors. I tried to have this fixed, your supervisor chose to ignore me. If one person reads this review and chooses a better path then I will feel good that at least I saved them from incompetence. I don't need to hear sorry you're mad that we ripped you off now make the cheque out and grab a free calendar.

Ask for Jesse Villanueva. Half the reviews on here are for him, and for good reason. After an initial consultation with him, and then a much less than wonderful experience here with another agent, I realized that the agent makes all the difference! I had a rather complicated situation to begin with (motorcycle, moving from AB, patchwork claims-free history), and he dealt with that and the mistakes made by the other agent quickly, making calls to ICBC and management to have everything done as painlessly as possible, including various workarounds. Overall, he brought my experience with Westland Insurance back up to the 5/5 it was when I first went in. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone trying to navigate this sometimes frustrating process and system.
