Went in and got insurance for my motorcycle. The person I dealt with was Harman Singh. He was fast and efficient, and suggested options for to reduce my monthly premium. He is also going to give me a quote for my home insurance.
I usually go here and will continue to do so.

Procrastinated renewing my insurance expecting it to be painful but Harman had me in and out in 10 minutes flat. Super easy, straightforward and clear. 10/10 would recommend

I made an appointment online at the main site and never received a call back in the time slot I selected so i decided to call the main number. Navdeep was super helpful and was able to do my renewal right away without issue.

Westland wouldn't be getting such a good review without an employee like Navdeep who was fast and efficient. Westland Please at least call or email saying you cannot make the scheduled time slot appointment so people can plan their day.

I called in from Kelowna and was told I would be called back as they were with a customer. I was called back within a short time and had super friendly service from Remy. I had a horrible experience at this location of Westland. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. My concerns weren’t addressed. I was helped by a women named Alexis. Who was not being understanding. Left me unattended for several minutes just to have a laugh with a coworker. I overheard her making remarks about my weight. I left feeling uncomfortable and absolutely hurt.

I LOVE this office! I have been coming for years for my car insurance. I bought my house and for some reason went to BCAA.then Amanda at Westland helped me find WAY better rates and massive SAVINGS! She is always so patient and helpful, without rushing me through my paperwork. I have even called her before coming into make sure we are good to go, because I have to head to work afterwards. I will never go elsewhere ever again!

Amanda Gilbert was a total all-star in helping me with my insurance. There was an error with my payment through ICBC and she stayed long after her shift ended just to help me figure it out. She was awesome.

Scammers 100%. They tell you that you will not save money using private optional coverage. Then you force them to run the numbers and you save 200$. Then they act surprised.

I received excellent service from Linda. She was very polite, personable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this branch.

Have had good service here, but they have been having issues with private insurance systems for weeks and have only been able to offer ICBC at this point.

The staff at Brookswood location are great. Had to switch insurance from Alberta for 2 cars. We did the 1st one on a Saturday where the agent lady wasnt 100% sure BUT she asked helper from other staff members and they did an amazing team work and helped each other out. They went out of their way.
The 2nd car we did the next day and there was another lady helping us and she knew everything that needed to be done. Very professional. The office was super busy with customers but didn't feel rushed at all.
Very pleasant experience will be returning next year.

Always get dealt with in a timely fashion and prices are comparable with anywhere else. I think my home insurance is cheaper than some other places I checked into.

I came in with a tricky interprovincial, family auto issue, Amanda was exceptional! She knew her info and adviced us on the best solution, confirmed it with a colleague, and helped us through it! It was quick, painless, and enjoyable (she was very adept and customer service!). Thank you, Amanda!

Went in to brooks wood office and was helped very quickly. Patti was very helpful in a situation that isn't the most common. She was on in touch with an office in Kamloops on my behalf and made it a breeze to get done will bring my business to her at any opportunity.

Its my first time back in awhile. Renewing my bike insurance and Talia is beyond rude and not helpful while feeling like im taking up HER valueable time while im asking about clarification on my rates. I understand its still a half from closing but if my business is taking up her valueable time id be happy to go else where. Any owner or rep of this business can take up the issue with me at anytime.
