Catherine in the Oliver office was great. I called the Penticton branch for a quote on car insurance on my new car and was transferred to Oliver. Although I was annoyed to be transferred to Oliver, Catherine was fantastic and helped me out. Thanks Catherine!

We've been using Westland in Oliver for a number of years now. We love the fabulous customer care. They are always so friendly and take time to make sure we understand everything. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff!

Anyone with unique to them insurance requirements just needs to see either Sarbjeet or Christie in the Westland Insurance office in Oliver, BC. Unique to me was the adventure of purchasing an out of province registered motor home. These two agents worked with me to be able to get the proper paper in place to be able to bring the unit from Kelowna to home. They went out of their way, explaining the situation and requirements. DO NOT GO HERE! One of the people messed up on the value of my vehicle when I put insurance on it. Set the value to far below what the vehicle is actually worth and now I have a claim on the vehicle and going to be out thousands of dollars because of these people. I tried to call them to fix this problem and was told they can't do anything. Thanks a lot!

Our agent Ruby was excellent. Not only was she able to get our home insured with difficult issues (fires) she was personable and met our deadline. I highly reccomend Westland Insurance!

Recently we were affected by the Nk'Mp fire in Oliver.
Within 24 hrs of me contacting Sharon Laine she was on top of our claim. Guiding us thru the steps to file a claim. Sharon referred us to Kacia R as our investigating claims officer, an absolutely phenomenal lady. The team that Kacia works with was organized and easily contacted. ICBC = 1 star! Staff = 5 hard place to rate. I'm sure if you've ever dealt with ICBC you know what I mean. Coming from paying and dealing with Calgary insurance companies it's atrocious the differences in the two provinces. It's no wonder so many people choose to keep an Alberta residence of some sort in order to legally have Alberta insurance and registration. I pay $360 for a 2014 Yamaha R1 in Calgary for the year, or almost $3,000 for the same bike in BC. Just Crazy!

Hailee from the Kelowna office was very efficient, really knowledgeable about the various insurance products, and she made the process easy and understandable. The first person I got from a different office was not as knowledgeable. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

I was in the process of changing my insurance supplier over to westland.today changed my mind. I done all the protocol right at the Oliver office. I had this bleached blonde haired lady yell at me twice.this lady definitely needs some people skills.i wont be back to the Oliver office.

The staff answered my questions and when my question wasn't clear they made me aware of it so that they could answer me even more accurately. I also received good auto insurance advice.

Renew trailer insur/ plate. Good service in these slow covid times. They cleaned all surfaces b4 my entry

This place is the biggest joke of a business I've ever dealt with. They won't insure my trailer because the way I look. They say I forged the signatures that are clearly the same as the owners, BECAUSE THEY ARE!
Don't go here! DISCRIMINATION!

In a panic we realized two of our travellers needed travel insurance. Roberta exhausted all avenues to ensure that we got this last minute insurance done properly. She extended kindness and help far beyond what was required. Way to go Roberta!

Great service! They pulled my past year's receipts for my taxes. The other insurance place in town wouldn't do it for me. The staff here are very accommodating.

The girls who works in there try so hardb, that ended up make it so long. It's easier do the same request in the insurance companies next to this one.

Spoke on the phone will Jill about premiums and the best option on saving money, extremely helpful, then called me back after initial conversation to give another recommendation.will continue to come here and make the trip from Kelowna

I was incredibly grateful after I spoke with Lisa W.at the Oliver Westland Insurance office. She was very helpful and in my opinion, went above and beyond what her job requires! She gave very detailed information, suggested various ways I could save money - legally! - and encouraged me to continue with my plan and what options might work best. She also gave me the number of ICBC General Inquiries to ensure I was doing the safest and best thing for my vehicle and my physical health. She also informed me that contacting them might possibly lead to a reduction of costs as I was being fully honest with my situation. What a wonderful woman and a real blessing Lisa is.
