I renewed my car insurance with the help of Poonam Manju yesterday, and it couldn't have been easier. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. Very glad to have taken her friendly reminder call.

Waited a long time to be served. Only to be told they could no longer do things the way we have for years. As a family and multiple business owner we insure over ten vehicles, trailers, boats, homes etc. I was appalled at the way I was treated and found my experience a total waste of time. I’m sure Icbc policies tie their hands and policies somewhat. There is however no excuse for making a customer feel like they are the problem.

Went in to renew insurance and didnt have to wait at all. Loveneet was incredibly knowledgeable and professional when working with me. I will definitely come back next year for my renewal.

I was stuck on the island and needing to make the last ferry, the permit on the vehicle I was buying was to expire at midnight. Akash at Westland was very helpful with my unique situation and getting a permit so when I landed at tswassen at 12: 45am my new car still had insurance.
This was all done over the phone.

Friendly staff and quite fast service. Very helpful and answered all my questions and asked all the right questions to help me with my insurance needs.

Let's be honest, it's an issurance broker. Pretty boring. But as far as they go, this one has friendly staff that just want to get you on the road without delay. No complaints here.

We have gone here several times for auto insurance and recieved great service each time. We even did one renewal over the phone/email because of illness. They are professional, efficient and clear with information and explanations. The only issue we had is with the phone system that didn't give us a callback. It also has terrible hold music and recorded messages that come on every 15 seconds. Staying on hold was too irritating so I left a callback number with the system. But I didn't get a call so I phoned an hour later and got through to the office right away.

After attempting to get household insurance quickly at BCAA for a new home purchase, my cousin gave up and contacted Danielle Knight at Westland's Mission office. Over the phone, Danielle very efficiently and politely put together the package, answered questions promptly and knowledgeably, guided my cousin through edocument signing on her tablet, dealt competently with unusual payment details, and had the policy in place in a few hours. Excellent service.

Angela Salo was the most kind and helpful autoplan agent that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in 30+ years of driving. She is a complete pro, and I am truly grateful for all of her help and hard work on my behalf

I worked with Kelsey to set up home insurance and she was amazing! She was organized from the get-go, sympathetic when giving bad news, incredibly informative, and seemed genuinely happy that she could help me.

I spoke to Kelsey about motorcycle insurance, she was super friendly and helpful. She was definitely more knowledgeable then lots of other places I've been for insurance. She was very thorough about what coverage I would need and suggested different options. Would highly recommend getting your insurance through someone you trust!

I was in to cancel plates, I didn't bring my license in cause I didn't think of it, my normal girl knows me. Anyways, my regular girl was not in, I seen Tammy, she was snippy, and rude, like I was wasting her time, I will leave if I ever have to deal with her again.

I have been a customer of Westland (formerly Envision) Junction Insurance for approx 15 years. I not only have used them for vehicle insurance, home insurance but also liability insurance for my landscape company Terra Effects Ltd.
Kyndree and Kim have always treated me well over the years and have always been responsive and communicative to all of my questions when the need arises. Since covid protocols have been in place I have found it to be even more convenient for ICBC renewals. I highly recommend Westland.

Courteous, efficient, professional service - I couldn't ask for anything more. Kelsey Epp is fantastic. I'd highly recommend her.

If your expecting good service or an actual explanation of what your being charged for then don't come here. The most horrendous experience I've ever had with an insurance agent.

Really happy with my experience today! Kyle really did go above and beyond. Not only did he call me back at a later time as I was stuck in class, he also had to call me again the next day once ICBC was open to complete my auto insurance. Seriously amazing customer service and made getting my car insured so conviennent! Will 10/10 recommend WestLand insurance

Been with this agency for 10 years and found their staff to be friendly and competent. They answered all of my questions concerning house insurance, vehicle insurance and trailer insurance. Two years ago they went to great lengths finding an company with better rates for house insurance.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not knowing where to go when i walked in the door lost them the 5th star.

I just went today to renew my ICBC car insurance and the service was par excellence. Kyle the service rep in the Mission store was very thorough in every aspect and I would have been done in record time except for my talking lol on that one. Bottom line I recommend going to here for all your insurance needs as I know I will.

Typical insurance place, not much to say, but I was happy they let my dog come in! Fast and friendly service

In January 2018 I went to this locastion to get a new 5th wheel travel trailer registered, icbc insurance and residential insurance as this would be my primary residence. When I left the office, I was under the impression that I had purchased a policy that would cover me for my purposes.
Fast forward to late December 2018 and time to renew the policy. Lori Ross the broker who set this policy up, called to talk about renewal.
Through the conversation, turns out, the policy I had in place was not what I had set out for nearly a year ago. During this conversation, almost a year later, Lori finally asks qualifying questions, am I skirted, type of foundation Im parked on etc. She then calls back and tells me that I am being refused renewal because I dont have the requirements to be covered. In their company records, Lori put into the notes that I wold be moving into the RV in the future, so basically put me into policy a step up from a storage policy and if any event would have caused me to make a claim, I wouldn't have been covered. When I looked at the policy, noticed she even had the wrong length of the 5th wheel, which wold also affect whether or not the insrance company would honour any calim that would have been made.
At this point I asked to speak with the office manager, and through her investigation, told me I wouldn't be covered. So I told them they would not be getting my last payment at which time they tried using extortion and blackmail to get my finally 40 dollars for the premium.
2 things are going to happen now, first if I dont make the final payment, then the policy gets cancelled by the company, secondly, if I do send the payment, and Aviva doesnt accept my renewal, then I am considered refused renewal which becomes a black mark against me for any future insurance, and would prevent me from getting any other policies n the future.
One of two things are blatantly obvious within this office, first, the agent doesnt use proper listening skills to set up the right insurance policy based on their clients needs. Second, this office is more concerned with selling any policy and has no interest in resolving their agents blatant disregard for clients.
Stay away from this agency, they have no morals and are disgusting people.
Insurance counsel of BC will be getting involved to deal with these unscrupulous agents.
